Bill Murray and Pete Davidson are famed gangsters in the official trailer for the crime comedy Riff Raff.

The film, which is being released by Grindstone Entertainment Group and Roadside Attractions, comes to theaters nationwide on Feb. 28.

The all-star cast of the film also includes Ed Harris, Jennifer Coolidge, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Pullman, Miles J. Harvey and Emanuela Postacchini.

Dito Montiel directed the film from a script by John Pollono.

Harris stars as Vincent, an ex-criminal who just wants a normal, peaceful life with his wife, Sandy (Union), and son DJ (Harvey).

While the family spends winter break in a cabin before DJ goes off to college, Vincent’s disowned son Rocco (Pullman), Rocco’s girlfriend Marina (Postacchini) and Vincent’s ex-wife Ruth (Coolidge) abruptly show up to spoil the fun by sending famed gangsters Leftie (Murray) and Lonnie (Davidson) out to get them.

“Once you start killing, it sort of becomes your de facto solution for every problem,” Murray’s Leftie says in the trailer.

“What?!” Coolidge’s Ruth exclaims in fear.

Riff Raff first premiered at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.

The trailer for the Jonathan Majors-starring Magazine Dreams has arrived.

The film’s official trailer made its debut on Wednesday, two years after the movie first premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival.

Briarcliff Entertainment picked up the distribution rights for the film in December 2024. It will be released in theaters on March 21.

The film follows Killian Maddox (Majors), a man consumed by his dream of being a world-famous bodybuilder who graces the cover of fitness magazines.

“You have to do something big and important, or nobody will remember you when you’re dead,” Majors’ Killian says in the trailer.

As the trailer goes on, we see scenes of Killian preparing for bodybuilding competitions through training, motivation and the use of performance-enhancing drugs.

“He lives a lonely, regimented life, and his relentless drive for perfection only pushes him deeper towards self-destruction, but beneath his tenacious pursuit of superstardom lies a desperate, aching need for human connection,” the film’s official synopsis reads. “As he battles both the limits of his physical body and his own inner demons, Magazine Dreams explores the lengths one man will go in his haunting quest for recognition in a world that often overlooks him.”

After its buzzy festival premiere two years ago, Searchlight dropped Magazine Dreams after Majors was found guilty of two misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment against his former girlfriend Grace Jabbari.

The film also stars Haley Bennett, Taylour Paige and Mike O’Hearn.

‘The Bachelor”s Rachael Kirkconnell breaks her silence on split from Matt James

Rachael Kirkconnell is sharing her side of her split from Matt James after four years together.

While appearing on the Jan. 29 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kirkconnell, who met James on season 25 of The Bachelor, said she’s “doing OK” and that “some days are better than others” after their breakup.

James shocked many fans when he announced in an Instagram post that he and Kirkconnell were no longer together.

James wrote in the caption, “Father God, give Rachael and I strength to mend our broken hearts. Give us a peace about this decision to end our relationship that transcends worldly understanding. Shower our friends and family with kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our Joy comes from you, Lord.”

Kirkconnell said that James shared the breakup post “two or three hours after” they privately called it quits while on a trip together in Tokyo. She saw the post right before she got on a flight where she wouldn’t have service for 12 hours, leaving her “freaking out” and “in total shock.”

As for what led to the split, Kirkconnell said they were butting heads in Tokyo, which led to a serious argument about compatibility issues in their relationship and marriage.

“He said that at the end of the day there were just qualities about me that he worries about having in a wife. Like at the end of the day, like, there are things that we aren’t compatible with,” Kirkconnell said.

She added, “And yeah, it was just one of those things where he I think just had this realization that I should want to propose to you by this time. Like, at this point in our relationship, I should be wanting those things and I should be ready for that. But I’m not still, I still don’t feel like we’re ready or I don’t feel like I’m ready. I don’t know if I ever see myself proposing to you. I can’t actually see myself married to you. He said that, you know, maybe one day he would get there, but he doesn’t feel ready now.”

Kirkconnell also said she doesn’t see how she could be with James again given how he handled their split, saying she “forgive[s] him” but feels like he “disrespected” her.

Good Morning America has reached out to James for comment.

Billy Crystal, Meg Ryan star in hilarious Super Bowl ad with nod to their iconic film

Hellman’s

Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan’s reunion has been revealed and it’s … a Super Bowl commercial!

In the new ad released Wednesday for Hellmann’s mayonnaise, the When Harry Met Sally co-stars are right back where it all started, sitting in New York City’s famous Katz’s Delicatessen, where one of the most iconic scenes from the 1989 film took place.

“I can’t believe they let us back in this place,” Crystal says to Ryan in the commercial. When Ryan asks “Why?” Crystal says “Hello …,” nodding to the famous deli scene from the classic.

“Nobody remembers that,” responds Ryan, shrugging off the reference.

As Ryan and Crystal dig into their sandwiches, Ryan expresses displeasure, but after she adds mayonnaise to her sandwich, she immediately begins to really enjoy the sandwich, channeling her famous excited reaction from the original film, 35 years later.

“Here we go,” responds Crystal in annoyance.

As Ryan continues, banging her hands on the table and rolling her head back, Crystal chimes in, “This one’s real.”

“Lunch and a show,” he says, addressing onlookers.

A surprise twist at the end reveals Sydney Sweeney sitting nearby, who delivers the now-iconic punchline, “I’ll have what she’s having” — which was originally delivered by When Harry Met Sally director Rob Reiner‘s mother, Estelle Reiner.

The 30-second spot will air in the second quarter of the Super Bowl on Feb. 9, while a 60-second version will debut on social media.

The stars previously teased the reunion in an Instagram post.

Conan O’Brien on how he’s preparing to host the 2025 Oscars

ABC News

Conan O’Brien is prepping for his next big role: Oscars host.

The comedian sat down with ABC News’ Chris Connelly ahead of Hollywood’s biggest night and said that anything is possible for his first time as the host.

“We polled America. I spent a lot of my own money polling Americans and saying, ‘Would you like to see Conan O’Brien sing and dance?’ Shocking response,” he said. “People don’t want it, which means I’ll probably try and do it. I like to be an irritant.”

“Let’s just say there are many possibilities … and …we’ll see what happens as we get closer,” he added. “And my involvement in the show could expand, it could contract. It’ll all depend on where we are then.”

As for poking fun at the celebrities in the audience that night, O’Brien jokingly said he’ll “go after the ones that have personally been cruel” to him over the years.

He added, “I’m paying people to create moments.”

“I’m going to have a lot of fake moments that I can react to and people can say, ‘Wow, Conan is a genius. How did he see that coming?'” he continued. “And then later on, I’m giving Tom Hanks $300 in the parking lot.”

On a more serious note, O’Brien also talked about how he and producers are carefully crafting the show, which will take place just two months after wildfires devastated parts of Southern California, killing 29 people and destroying thousands of homes and buildings.

“L.A. has just been through this traumatic experience,” he said. “There’s a lot that’s happening nationally that people are very tense about and it changes day to day. And so my job right now with my writers is to create possibilities.”

The 2025 Oscars air March 2 on ABC and stream live on Hulu.

Adam Scott is reminiscing about his time in Pawnee.

In a recent interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast to promote season 2 of Severance, Scott spoke about his time acting as Ben Wyatt, the love interest to Amy Poehler‘s Leslie Knope, on the sitcom Parks and Recreation.

“I haven’t seen the show in a long time,” Scott said after the podcast’s host played him a clip from it. “Honestly because it makes me sad to see the show, because I miss them and I miss all the actors even though we’re constantly in touch and stuff, but I miss the time of making it.”

The actor continued, saying although the cast members on the show — including Poehler, Rashida Jones, Aubrey Plaza, Nick Offerman, Chris Pratt and Rob Lowe — keep in touch through a text group chat, he’s nostalgic for the years he spent working beside them.

“It was a really just joyful five years — for me, seven years for the show — getting to go work there every day with that group of people. We had so much fun and [were] making something that meant something to people; it meant something to us,” Scott said.

The gang reunited for a virtual Zoom reunion during the pandemic, but Scott said an official reunion would be up to the show’s creators, Michael Schur and Greg Daniels.

“The show itself, the series finale kind of took us to the end. It jumped pretty far ahead into the future, so I’m not sure what else there is to add, but it’s entirely not up to me at all,” Scott said.

Noah Centineo on filming in South Korea for ‘The Recruit’ season 2

Netflix

Noah Centineo is back with more action and comedy on season 2 of The Recruit.

In the Netflix drama, Centineo stars as rookie CIA lawyer Owen Hendricks, whose life is upended when an Eastern European asset threatens extortion. As the connection to the CIA comes to light, Hendricks is drawn into dangerous international politics, risking everything to survive.

The first season, which premiered in 2022 with eight episodes, ended on a cliff-hanger with Hendricks and Max Meladze (Laura Haddock) captured and in serious danger.

Season 2, premiering Jan. 30, follows Hendricks as he takes on a high-stakes espionage mission in South Korea, only to discover that the greatest threat may come from within the CIA itself, according to a synopsis.

In an interview with Good Morning America ahead of the premiere, Centineo shared his experience balancing his roles as both actor and executive producer.

“There’s more of an obligation, I think, to really do your best to make sure other people are comfortable and they have what they need to do the job that they’re hired to do,” he said. “There’s a little bit more checking of responsibility in that regard.”

Centineo also discussed his experience filming in South Korea, noting that adjusting to the time difference was the biggest challenge.

“You know, developing or acclimating to the new time zone,” he said. “The crews there were incredible, young, spirited, hard working, you know, really willing to work. And that was great, because I had never filmed there before — the locations were gorgeous.”

He continued, “We just had so many signs and so many lights naturally that were built into the buildings, and then you just went down the street so that they reflected them, and it’s super cinematic. The food is incredible there. Yeah, I had a wonderful time in South Korea.”

The teaser trailer for Bowen Yang and Kelly Marie Tran‘s chosen family comedy The Wedding Banquet is here.

Based on the 1993 Ang Lee film of the same name, this updated remake stars Yang, Tran, Lily Gladstone and Han Gi-chan as two same-sex couples who navigate cultural identity, family expectations and their own queerness.

The trailer sets up the premise: after commitment-phobe Chris (Yang) rejects his boyfriend Min’s proposal, Min (Gi-chan) then proposes to their friend Angela (Tran) in an effort to keep his green card and remain in the United States. Angela accepts the proposal after Min promises to fund her partner Lee’s (Gladstone) IVF treatment.

Chaos erupts when Min’s grandmother, who does not know he is gay, travels from Korea to meet the person he is to marry.

“Min’s grandmother flew in from Korea to meet her future granddaughter-in-law,” Yang’s Chris says in the trailer. “We gotta de-queer the house!”

Fire Island director Andrew Ahn helmed the film and co-wrote the script along with James Schamus.

Joan Chen and Youn Yuh-jung also star in the Bleeker Street film, which debuted at Sundance Film Festival on Monday, Jan. 27. It arrives in theaters on April 18.
