A baby is on the way for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Mayci Neeley.

Neeley, who is part of the cast of the hit Hulu series, announced Friday that she is expecting her third child with husband Jacob Neeley.

“Baby #3 is on the way and we couldn’t be happier!” the reality star and TikToker wrote in an Instagram post.

The couple are already parents to daughter Harlow and son Hudson.

In an exclusive interview with People, Neeley said that she and her husband revealed the news to their kids that they were going to have a third sibling an hour before they told the rest of their family.

“We were in California for Christmas break,” she said. “I knew that if we told them, they were going to spill the beans to my family, so I had to kind of do a two-in-one. So we told them, I want to say an hour before we told our whole family.”

She continued, “My kids are so excited to have a sibling. They already fight over whose baby it is, which is so funny. My daughter, she’s like, ‘It’s my baby!’ and my son’s like, ‘No, it’s our baby.’ They fight over who is going to change diapers, and I’m like, ‘Great, I’ve got some little helpers.’ I’m excited for them, for all of us.”

Two years ago Neeley revealed in a YouTube video that she and her husband were going to start IVF again after having her daughter Harlow via IVF in 2020.

“It’s been really exciting,” she said. “I think when you do IVF, it’s not a fun process. Usually you tell your friends and family that you’re doing it, so there are no secrets or surprises. We decided this time not to share it with anyone, not even our family.”

Theo James takes on double duty in Osgood Perkins’ new horror flick, ‘The Monkey’

The Monkey hits theaters Feb. 21 and it’s going to be a bloody good time.

In the adaptation of the 1980 Stephen King short story of the same name, Theo James takes on double duty starring as twin brothers Hal and Bill, who are forced to confront a murderous cursed toy from their childhood, a wind-up monkey.

Despite experiencing the same traumatic events, James describes the brothers as complete opposites, sharing, “[Hal] had dealt with death around himself a lot, and he’d come to terms with it in a way. And then juxtaposing that with Bill, who is trying to escape death … he’s just a scared child that has never evolved beyond childhood and is desperately afraid. And as a result, he’s looking for love and immortality in the wrong places. The wrong place happens to be a maniacal monkey.”

Director Osgood Perkins, who also directed the 2024 horror film Longlegs, shared that he had no hesitation when it came to sharing his adaptation of the story with the King of Horror, King.

“I was pretty confident that … the handle I had on it was … pretty true, was pretty authentic,” he says. “I felt like I was an authority on sort of the insanity of life and death. It’s like sort of been something I’ve dealt with in my life. So, I felt like I knew what I was talking about, and I was approaching it with sort of humor.”

King gave his stamp of approval, and Perkins says, “Ultimately, he loves the movie. So all things worked out.”

And Perkins does not hold back on the insanity of death with plenty of creative and humorous killings — if you have the guts to watch.

Innie and Outie characters are ‘on a collision course’ in new episode of Apple TV+’s ‘Severance’

Innie and Outie characters are ‘on a collision course’ in new episode of Apple TV+’s ‘Severance’
Britt Lower, Zach Cherry and Adam Scott in ‘Severance,’ now streaming on Apple TV+.

(SPOILER ALERT)  Episode six of Severance season 2 is now streaming on Apple TV+, and it offers further developments in the relationships between characters whose Innie and Outie worlds have been colliding all season.

Severance follows workers at the mysterious Lumon Industries who’ve voluntarily undergone a “severance” —while at work, they have no knowledge or memory of their non-work lives and vice versa. But this season, we’ve seen crossover between the “Innies” — the workers — and their “Outies,” i.e. who they are in the “real world.”

Zach Cherry‘s Dylan has gotten a chance to meet his Outie’s wife, who he didn’t know existed until season 1’s finale. Their relationship progresses in episode six, and Cherry tells ABC Audio it’s a “unique story.”

“There’s this almost love triangle with one guy and his wife and his Innie and his Outie,” he says. “It was also a lot of fun to learn more about Dylan on the outside world and then watch how the Innie learning about himself affects him on the inside. … It was great to get to kind of open that up this season.”

Episode six also brings developments in the “love triangle” between Adam Scott‘s Mark S. and Britt Lower‘s  dual role of Helly and her Outie, Helena Eagan, daughter of Lumon’s CEO.

Lower tells ABC Audio that Helena’s unexpected behavior this season toward Mark is easier to understand when you see her with her father, as we did in season 1.

“I think a lot can be extrapolated from that relationship and how isolating Helena’s upbringing must have been,” she notes. “Being indoctrinated by this company that has almost cult-like rituals.”

“It makes a lot of sense that her Innie, her inner child, would have this kind of really alive rebellion within her,” she adds. “And that the two sides of them are now on a collision course.”

Robert De Niro marks his first-ever leading TV role in the new thriller Zero Day.

Now streaming on Netflix, the series follows former President of the United States George Mullen, played by De Niro, who is called out of retirement in order to find out the source of a deadly cyberattack.

Matthew Modine plays Speaker of the House Richard Dreyer in the show, and he told ABC Audio working with De Niro felt full circle.

“I was a teenager when I moved to New York City and wanted to be with those actors Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Christopher Walken, Dustin Hoffman and all the incredible directors that grew up in a part of the fabric of New York City. So to be able to have the opportunity to work with him was really closing the loop,” Modine said. “He’s not just a great actor. He’s a great citizen. He’s a patriot.”

Lizzy Caplan, who stars as Congresswoman Alexandra Mullen, said playing De Niro’s daughter was a dream come true.

“When I signed on, only De Niro was attached, which is like, ‘OK, yeah, where do I sign?’ I’ll like, you know, change the toilet paper in his trailer. Like, what do I have to do to just, like, be on that set?” Caplan said.

To prepare for playing a politician, Modine said it was important to remember that they are all simply people.

“You have to remember that politicians are fleshy human beings that are subject to [having] bad opinions, to banking political errors and that they’re not above the law,” Modine said. “When they start acting like they’re above the law or that they’re better than the rest of us, that’s when we start getting problems.”

Daisy Ridley saves the day in the new action film Cleaner.

Helmed by Casino Royale director Martin Campbell, the film arrives in theaters on Friday. Ridley plays Joey, a former soldier turned window cleaner who must save those trapped inside a building that gets taken over by radical activists.

While suspended 50 stories up on the outside of the building, Ridley’s Joey strives to stop an eco-terrorism group from killing 300 hostages — including her younger brother. Ridley told ABC Audio that it was an exciting film to be a part of.

“It’s always exciting doing something that I feel I haven’t done before,” Ridley said. “Figuring out how to hang off a building for a film was all new.”

You might think Ridley would be free from a fear of heights to sign on for such a role, but that is not the case.

“I do not like heights,” Ridley said. “For the most part, I was 20 or 30 [feet] in the air and then that would go up to 60.”

There was a particular scene that really scared Ridley — when Joey stepped out onto the side of the building for the first time.

“That was properly terrifying because for the most part I got used to being put where I needed to be for the scene. And that was the first time I had to take my own step and guide myself down the side of the building,” Ridley said. “That was terrifying.”

Mikayla Matthews‘ family is getting bigger.

On Thursday, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 24, announced that she is expecting her fourth child with husband Jace Terry in an exclusive interview with People.

She said that the news was a “surprise” and that she and Terry were “not planning or trying.”

“I miss my period a lot with my health issues, so for me it’s normal to sometimes be off track,” she said. “Then a month and a half went by and I was telling my friends, like, ‘Maybe I should take a test.'”

“My husband was with me when I took the test,” she said. “He never really has much of a reaction to anything, but we were both pretty in shock. Then it set in and we got really excited.”

Matthews and Terry are already parents to daughters Tommie and Haven, and son Beckham. She said she shared the news about her pregnancy with them while they were filming The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives around Christmastime.

“We waited until after my first ultrasound to tell them,” she said. “We actually told them on the show, and they were so excited. They said Santa brought them a baby for Christmas. It was so sweet.”

“It’s so wild to me that we’ll be a family of six,” she added. “I feel like it’s the Mormon in me coming out.”

Looking ahead, Matthews said that she can picture herself having more kids.

“I’m surrounded by Mormon culture still and my husband’s siblings all have so many kids,” she said. “They’re like, ‘Once you hit three kids, you can have 10 kids,’ That’s kind of the mindset I have. When people ask me how many kids I want, I’m like, ‘I’ve always wanted three or four, but I could see myself having six.'”

Big shakeup for ‘next phase’ of James Bond franchise announced

There’s a major shakeup in the James Bond franchise.

Amazon MGM Studios announced Thursday that it has teamed up with longtime 007 producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson to form a joint venture to house the James Bond intellectual rights.

Additionally, Broccoli and Wilson, who are siblings, will remain co-owners, but Amazon MGM Studios gains creative control of the franchise moving forward.

Amazon has held the rights to distribute Bond films since 2022, when it acquired MGM.

“Since his theatrical introduction over 60 years ago, James Bond has been one of the most iconic characters in filmed entertainment,” Mike Hopkins, head of Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, said in a press release.

Hopkins went on to express gratitude to Broccoli and Wilson “for their unyielding dedication and their role in continuing the legacy of the franchise that is cherished by legions of fans worldwide,” adding, “We are honoured to continue this treasured heritage, and look forward to ushering in the next phase of the legendary 007 for audiences around the world.”

Wilson, in a statement, said he is “stepping back from producing the James Bond films to focus on art and charitable projects” after helping lead the franchise for “nearly 60 incredible years.”

Broccoli said her life has “been dedicated to maintaining and building upon the extraordinary legacy” of James Bond and, with Wilson’s retirement and the conclusion of the latest run of 007 films, she feels “it is time to focus on my other projects.”

The announcement comes more than three years after the most recent Bond film, 2021’s No Time to Die, ended Daniel Craig‘s time as the beloved British spy.

Hulu

The official trailer for Good American Family has arrived, offering a first look at Hulu’s gripping new drama.

The series was inspired by the story of Natalia Grace, a Ukrainian orphan with dwarfism, and features an all-star cast including Ellen Pompeo, Mark Duplass, Imogen Faith Reid, Dulé Hill, Christina Hendricks, Sarayu Blue, and Jenny O’Hara.

Narrated by Pompeo, who stars as Kristine Barnett, the clip opens with a voiceover: “I’ve always considered myself blessed. I’ve known I was put on this Earth to build a world where all kids can feel safe.”

The trailer then teases a complex tale of shifting perspectives, mounting threats and unsettling accusations.

Faith Reid takes on the role of Grace, whose adoption initially seems like a fresh start, until her new family’s dream turns into a chilling nightmare filled with suspense, twists and shocking revelations.

“Told from multiple points of view, as a means to explore issues of perspective, bias, and trauma, this compelling drama is inspired by the disturbing stories surrounding a Midwestern couple who adopts a girl with a rare form of dwarfism,” a brief synopsis for the show reads.

The show marks Pompeo’s first major role since Grey’s Anatomy debuted in 2005. After playing Meredith Grey for over 400 episodes, she stepped down as a series regular in 2023 but has continued to make guest appearances.

Good American Family will premiere March 19 with the release of the first two episodes. Following the premiere, one episode will be released weekly.

Hulu is owned by Disney, the parent company of ABC News.
