“Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID situation across Europe, our February EU headline tour needs to be postponed,” BMTH says. “We want to bring you the full show with no holding back — the true Post Human experience — but we need to do it safely.”
“Post Human” refers to Horizon’s ongoing EP series, which began with 2020’s Post Human: Survival Horror. The release date for the next installment, which is expected to feature the single “DiE4u,” has yet to be announced.

Michael Ray has achieved a personal milestone with his #1 hit, “Whiskey and Rain.”
The song about nursing one’s heartbreak away with a glass of something strong has officially become Michael’s first multi-week #1, sitting in the top slot on the Billboard Country Airplay chart for the second consecutive week.
“Y’all don’t know how happy that makes me,” Michael says in an appreciative video on Instagram as he thanks fans and friends for continuing to request the song on country radio. “Pour a little whiskey and know that this is your #1 too.”
“Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough……. WHISKEY AND RAIN IS OFFICIALLY MY FIRST TWO-WEEK #1!!!!” he adds in the caption. “I’m sending all the love and support I’ve felt and continue to feel for this song right back to each and every one of y’all who called and requested it, streamed it like hell, and sung it loud back to us on tour. This #1 belongs to all of us!!!”
“Whiskey and Rain” is the singer’s fourth #1 single. It’s featured on his 2021 EP, Higher Education.
Starting today, David Bowie‘s entire music catalog is available for Peloton users, and in conjunction with the launch, three brand-new mixes of Bowie songs by contemporary artists also have premiered exclusively for the home exercise platform.
The songs, 1980’s “It’s No Game (Pt. 1),” 1983’s “Let’s Dance,” and 1975’s “Golden Years,” were remixed, respectively, by alternative rocker St. Vincent and DJ/producers Honey Dijon and TOKiMONSTA.
St. Vincent says she chose to remix “It’s No Game (Pt. 1)” a song from David’s Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps) album, “because it has a part 2 on the record, and I figured maybe Bowie wouldn’t mind so much if I made a part 3.” She adds, “I wanted to take Bowie’s throat-shredding vocal take from part 1, and make it front and center.”
Honey Dijon notes, “When I was asked to remix one of my favorite David Bowie songs, I chose ‘Let’s Dance’ because it’s a true celebration of music and movement — just like Peloton!”
As for TOKiMONSTA, she says she relates to Bowie because he was “an amazing innovator,” pointing out that he “was always reinventing himself and pushing the envelope of music, while somehow never ceasing to be authentically himself.”
The David Bowie Collection, including the remixes, will be available for various exercise classes under the “Collections” sections in the Peloton App or the Peloton hardware touchscreen.
For non-Peloton members, a free two-month trial of the app is available. Visit OnePeloton.com for more details.
After decades in the business, logging roles in productions as varied as the still-acclaimed X-Men 2 to HBO’s awards magnet Succession, to voicing over McDonald’s spots, Scottish actor Brian Cox is spilling the tea.
In his new memoir, Putting the Rabbit in the Hat, which GQhas excerpted, the Emmy-winning actor reveals some of his favorite working experiences, and those he turned down.
Cox calls his “incredible” 25th Hour boss Spike Lee “simply one of the best directors I’ve ever worked with,” who has a “knowledge of the cinema…second to none.” Lee is also “diplomatic,” Cox explains, as Spike “firmly” dealt with unwanted input from co-star Ed Norton, who Cox calls “a nice lad and a bit of a pain in the arse because he fancies himself as a writer-director.”
Cox dishes on why he didn’t take a role of Robert Baratheon in HBO’s Game of Thrones, explaining, the money “wasn’t all that great.”
The actor adds, “I can’t tell you whether or not he was an important character, and I’m not going to Google it just in case he was, because I turned it down.”
Slyly, he then adds of the one-season role, “…I passed on it, and Mark Addy was gored by the boar instead. (I lied. I did google it.)”
When it comes to another near-miss, the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Cox says it “would have been a money-spinner,” but jabbed that the films are the “‘Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow’ show.”
He calls Depp “so overrated.”
Cox says, “I mean, Edward Scissorhands. Let’s face it, if you come on [set] with hands like that and pale, scarred-face make-up, you don’t have to do anything. And he didn’t. And subsequently, he’s done even less.”

According to Twitter, manifestations are the new resolutions: The number of tweets from people hoping to turn their dreams into reality has grown 100% over the past three years. If you don’t think it works, Twitter has enlisted some celebrities — including Demi Lovato, Niall Horan and Megan Thee Stallion — to prove that it does.
The social media platform’s new campaign involves billboards rolling out on Tuesday in eight cities — including New York, LA, Toronto, Chicago, Houston and Toronto — all highlighting past tweets from stars that later became a reality.
For example, on February 7, 2010, Demi tweeted, “One day, I’m gonna sing the national anthem at a super bowl. Onnnee dayyy.” On February 2, 2020, they did just that, belting out “The Star Spangled Banner” at Super Bowl LIV in Miami.
On January 16, 2010, Niall Horan tweeted, “applied for xfactor, hope it all wrks out.” Of course, the Irish singer’s time on X Factor resulted in him being put together in a group with four other guys. That group, One Direction, went on to sell more than 70 million records worldwide. Today, Niall is a successful solo artist.
And on May 27, 2014, Megan Thee Stallion tweeted, “I need a team bc I promise this rap s*** gone take off for me.” Two number ones, three Grammys and six BET Awards later, she’s a global superstar, and one of the 100 most influential people in the world, according to TIME.
Other stars featured in the campaign who manifested their dreams include Shang-Chi star Simu Liu, Insecure star and creator Issa Rae and Oscar-winning directorMatthew A. Cherry.
As part of the campaign, Twitter is donating to the stars’ charities of choice on their behalf.

(NEW YORK) — Microsoft Corp. announced plans on Tuesday to acquire gaming giant Activision Blizzard Inc., the maker of immensely popular franchises including “Call of Duty” and “Warcraft,” for $68.7 billion.
The companies jointly announced news of the all-cash deal on Tuesday, which involves tech giant Microsoft purchasing the controversy-marred gaming company for some $95 per share. When the transaction closes, Microsoft will become the world’s third-largest gaming company by revenue — behind only Tencent and Sony — Microsoft said in a statement Tuesday.
The deal comes as the gaming industry has become one of the fastest-growing sectors in the entertainment industry, and as Microsoft seeks to accelerate its mobile, PC, console and cloud gaming as well as prepare for the mainstream adaption of the metaverse.
“Gaming is the most dynamic and exciting category in entertainment across all platforms today and will play a key role in the development of metaverse platforms,” Satya Nadella, chairman and CEO of Microsoft, said in a statement. “We’re investing deeply in world-class content, community and the cloud to usher in a new era of gaming that puts players and creators first and makes gaming safe, inclusive and accessible to all.”
The announcement also comes as Activision Blizzard has been rocked by accusations of fostering a culture of sexual harassment and gender discrimination.
Bobby Kotick will continue to serve as CEO of Activision Blizzard, and once the deal closes, the Activision Blizzard business unit will report to Microsoft Gaming’s CEO Phil Spencer.
“For more than 30 years our incredibly talented teams have created some of the most successful games,” Kotick said Tuesday. “The combination of Activision Blizzard’s world-class talent and extraordinary franchises with Microsoft’s technology, distribution, access to talent, ambitious vision and shared commitment to gaming and inclusion will help ensure our continued success in an increasingly competitive industry.”
The transaction has been approved by the board of directors for both Microsoft and Activision Blizzard, but remains subject to the latter’s shareholder approval, the companies said. It is expected to close in fiscal year 2023.

Despite the hype surrounding The Weeknd‘s suprise release of his album Dawn FM, the project was narrowly beaten to the number-one spot on the Billboard Top 200, and had to settle for a number-two debut.
Instead, it was rapper Gunna who took the top spot with his new mixtape DS4Ever, which features Chris Brown, Roddy Ricch, Young Thug and other big names. Gunna’s album sold 150,300 equivalent album units, while The Weeknd’s album sold 148,000. This is Gunna’s second number-one album
