Between them, Teddy Swims and Josh Groban can pretty much handle singing any kind of music, so perhaps that’s why they’ve been tapped to perform at this year’s Grammy Hall of Fame Gala. The two artists, who are both signed to Warner Records, will perform as part of a special tribute to the label, which is receiving the Visionary of Music Award for its more than 60 years of releasing records that have “made a lasting mark on music and culture.” The event will take place May 8 in LA.
KATSEYE will perform at the American Music Awards, airing live from Las Vegas on CBS and Paramount+ on May 25. The photo on the social media post announcing the news shows the group with five members, which is the configuration they’ve been appearing in since Manon Bannerman went on hiatus.
Shaggy will have a role in a new film starring Kevin Costner and Jake Gyllenhaal, ABC Audio has confirmed. Honeymoon with Harry is about a guy and his soon-to-be-father-in-law who are forced to take a trip together. At first they don’t get along, but they eventually end up bonding. This is Shaggy’s second film; he appeared in the 2018 Netflix movie Game Over, Man! Starting in June, he’ll appear opposite his buddy Sting in The Last Ship at New York City’s Metropolitan Opera.

Lenny Kravitz paid tribute to the late R&B superstar Prince on Tuesday, the 10th anniversary of the singer’s death.
Kravitz shared video on Instagram of him and Prince walking through a crowd to the stage and then performing Kravitz’s cover of Guess Who’s “American Woman” together.
“This man was a great inspiration and big brother,” Kravitz captioned the clip. “We had love and respect for each others work and I was blessed to know him. He encouraged and elevated me as you see here.”
He added, “How you are missed in the flesh but the music and spirit lives on.”
Prince died April 21, 2016, from an accidental overdose. He was 57.
The anniversary of Prince’s death was marked with the release of the previously unreleased track “With This Tear.” The song was previously covered by Céline Dion for her self-titled 1992 release.

The teenager was due in court in Miami on Wednesday morning for his arraignment, though he waived his appearance, according to a filing from his attorney.
Prosecutors alleged that the stepbrother “sexually assaulted and intentionally killed” Kepner. The Florida high school senior died from mechanical asphyxiation, officials said.
Anna Kepner’s father, Chris Kepner, is married to the suspect’s mother, Shauntel Kepner.
Chris and Shauntel Kepner said in a statement last week, “Our family is devastated by the loss of Anna and continues to grieve this unimaginable tragedy.”
“This situation is deeply painful and complex for our entire family,” the Kepners said. “Anna was deeply loved, and we remain committed to honoring her life and memory every day.”

(PALM BEACH, Fla.) — Mike Tyson, Tony Robbins, and President Donald Trump walk into Mar-a-Lago.
It’s not the setup to a joke — it’s a pitch to investors.
On Saturday, all three men and 297 of the top holders of Trump’s meme coin, called $TRUMP, are expected to convene for what organizers call “the most exclusive crypto & business conference in the world” at Trump’s Florida estate — the second such bid to boost interest in Trump’s digital asset since his return to office.
The event website warns that “no gifts will be accepted,” but some attendees, by virtue of their investment in the coin, will have already spent millions of dollars — much of which flows directly to the Trump family — for the privilege of potentially lunching with the president.
Critics have panned the event as a brazen pay-for-play opportunity, accusing Trump of attempting to personally profit by selling access to the presidency.
In a letter transmitted earlier this month to the event organizer, longtime Trump friend Bill Zanker, a group of Senate Democrats sought records tied to the event, stating that “it is essential that Congress fully understand the extent to which President Trump and his family are profiting off of his cryptocurrency ventures.”
Zanker did not respond to a request for comment from ABC News.
President Trump launched his meme coin — a type of digital currency that’s often based on an internet meme — in January 2025, just days before his inauguration. The coin’s value initially soared to more than $44 before plummeting almost immediately.
Last May, in a bid to reinvigorate interest in the coin, Trump announced plans for an “intimate private dinner” at his golf club in Virginia. Hundreds of investors attended the event, where Trump spoke briefly and handed out gold watches to a subset of attendees, many of whom traveled from overseas and remained anonymous until arriving in person at the event.
The 2025 event in Virginia helped bolster the coin’s value for a time, but interest in the currency again tapered off. By early March 2026, its value dipped below $3, meaning that an investor who purchased $10,000 worth of Trump coins at its peak would have been left with assets worth less than $700.
Last month, when Trump announced plans for the Mar-a-Lago gala, the coin’s value climbed above $4 before settling back below $3, according to CoinGecko data.
On-chain trading activity analyzed by the cryptocurrency data firm Nansen shows that the coin generated roughly $1.35 billion in trading volume on decentralized platforms across 2.74 million transactions ahead of the gala. The Trump family earns a fee from each of those transactions, according to its website, but the structure of those transaction fees remains opaque.
Notably, the volume of tokens bought and sold ahead of the Mar-a-Lago gala remained almost entirely flat, “suggesting wallets may be flipping for leaderboard points rather than building long term positions,” said Jake Kennis, an analyst at Nansen.
At the upcoming event, top investors will receive Trump-branded watches, colognes, posters and a VIP reception with the president, according to the event website. Like the event last May, the identities of these investors are hidden behind pseudonyms or a series of letters and numbers. Attendees will hear keynote addresses from Tyson, Robbins and other business executives.
Buried in the event fine print, organizers say that “President Trump may not be able to attend” — and in fact the White House has said the president plans to attend the White House Correspondents Association Dinner in Washington later that evening.
Critics say these events are just one way in which the president has used the office of the presidency to line his own pockets. His family business has struck several real estate licensing deals around the world over the past year, most notably in the Persian Gulf region, and he has lent his name and likeness to myriad merchandise, including watches, spirits, sneakers, Bibles, guitars and fragrances.
One year into his second administration, Trump’s personal wealth has ballooned to more than $6 billion, according to Forbes. Despite the fact that his meme coin has lost more than 94% of its value since its all-time high early last year, the transaction fees on trades for the currency has generated nearly $400 million for the president, Forbes reported.
Trump and the White House have repeatedly and forcefully denied that his private business interests create a conflict of interest.
“The President is working to secure GOOD deals for the American people, not for himself,” a White House spokesperson said when Trump held his earlier meme coin event. “President Trump only acts in the best interests of the American public — which is why they overwhelmingly reelected him to this office, despite years of lies and false accusations against him and his businesses from the fake news media.”

Lil Tjay has been in headlines following a shooting involving Offset that led to his arrest on disorderly conduct charges, but he continues to maintain his innocence. Speaking to Billboard, he said the situation has been as confusing for him as it has for the public.
“I’m just as confused as everyone else about that,” he said. “My lawyer told me not to touch on it too much. What I can say is the album will really hit home for my fans.”
As previously reported, Tjay was taken into custody at the Broward County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct, a first-degree misdemeanor and operating without a valid license. He was not identified as the gunman and was released on bond.
Now, he’s focused on his new album, titled They Just Ain’t You, his first fully independent release. He recently dropped the lead single “Life on Edge” alongside a music video that finds him in a therapy session.
“The main thing — it’s completely me. It’s an in-house project, no major label backing this time, unlike before. But the body of work should be just as strong,” he said of the album. “Now I’m able to be my own boss.”
After a slow period marked by low musical output, Tjay said he’s staying consistent with releases this go-round.
“I fell short transitioning off the label and haven’t dropped an album since,” he said. “Now I plan to keep my foot on the gas and not take long breaks again.”
They Just Ain’t You, the follow-up to Tjay’s 2023 album, 222, arrives on May 1.

Noah Kahan is featured in the latest edition of NPR’s Tiny Desk performance series.
The four-song set included the debut of two tracks off Noah’s upcoming album, The Great Divide: “American Cars” and “Paid Time Off.” He also played the title track from The Great Divide, as well as the Stick Season cut “Orange Juice.”
“I’m hoping the sweat makes it look like I’m crying,” a perspiring Noah said in between songs. “I am kind of crying. The songs are really sad, I know that. So thank you guys for keeping your smiles on your faces.”
On his Instagram Story, Noah shared how much it meant to him to appear on the show. “I’ve wanted to do tiny desk since I knew it existed,” he wrote. “For some reason, I just thought I never would. But here we are … and I think I speak for all of us when I say this immediately becomes a life highlight.”
The Great Divide is due out Friday. Noah will launch a U.S. tour in June.

The Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood is playing some solo shows in Europe this summer, and now he’s added two new dates to itinerary.
Ronnie and his band are now booked to play the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London on Aug. 21, and E-Werk in Cologne, Germany, on Sept. 3.
Both shows feature special guest Imelda May. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
Wood revealed plans to headline some rare solo shows back in March, with the first announced dates being two now-sold-out shows at the Paradiso in Amsterdam, Sept. 7 and 8.
The shows will be Ronnie’s first full live solo sets in over 16 years.
He is also playing Burg Clam castle in Sperken, Austria, with Van Morrison on July 16, and the Lucca Summer Festival in Tuscany, Italy, on July 17. He’ll also be a special guest for Eric Clapton’s Aug. 23 concert at the Royal Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, England.

The Go-Go’s guitarist and co-founder Jane Wiedlin is set to release her first memoir, TMI: Memoirs of a Go-Go, on Nov. 10.
According to a press release, the book is “a vivid account of rock excess and Hollywood drama,” with Wiedlin opening up about “childhood tragedy, mental health struggles, shattered relationships, and her own relentless reinvention.”
“My story is about my band the Go-Go’s, of course, but there is so much more to tell than that,” Wiedlin says in a statement. “My lifelong battle with mental illness, multiple failed relationships, living in literally dozens of places (including foreign countries), and discovering my passion for animal rescue and BDSM are just some of the other parts of me that I have divulged in this tell-almost-all memoir.”
She adds, “It’s called TMI for a reason!”
In the book, Wiedlin, who co-founded the Go-Go’s with Belinda Carlisle in 1978, will delve into the highs and lows of her career with the band, as well as opening up about her personal struggles.
The Go-Go’s, which also includes Gina Schock, Kathy Valentine and Charlotte Caffey, released their debut album, Beauty and the Beat, in 1981. It went double-Platinum and hit #1 thanks to hit singles “We Got the Beat” and “Our Lips Are Sealed.” They went on to become one of the most successful bands of the ’80s, and in 2021 were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
