With Carly Pearce’s fifth studio album on the horizon, there comes an unexpected change: The “I Hope You’re Happy Now” hitmaker is changing record labels. She’s leaving Blue Highway Records for BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville.

“Signing with BMG feels less like turning a new page and more like finding the best next chapter,” Carly says. “I am incredibly grateful to be surrounded by a team that truly hears my voice and matches my ambition. The horizon looks exactly how it’s supposed to.”

Carly’s new home at BBR/BMG makes her labelmates with Lainey Wilson, Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton and Jelly Roll, among others. She’s been with Blue Highway, formerly known as Big Machine, since the start of her career in 2017. Her current single is “If I Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay” with Riley Green.

The news comes on the heels of a busy week of CMA Fest, where Carly was a CMA Artist of the Day at Fan Fair X, hosted her fifth annual Carly’s Closet benefit for the CMA Foundation and played the main stage at Nissan Stadium.

If that wasn’t enough, she also performed at Billboard Live at Category 10 and Spotify House at Ole Red, as well as mentoring teens at Grammy Camp in Nashville.

When Taylor Swift revealed that she’d written a song for Toy Story 5, she noted that she’d been “a Toy Story kid from the age of 5 til now.” And she proved it by showing up to the movie’s premiere on Tuesday night with her original VHS tape of Toy Story under her arm.

But she wasn’t just carrying it around to prove her fandom; she asked Toy Story star Tom Hanks to autograph it for her. He did, as he told USA Today, and then laughed, “I told her she should have brought in the VHS machine so that we could have signed it, ’cause that could go into the Smithsonian Institute as well.”

Separately, Tom told Variety that he had no idea Taylor had a song in the movie until the last moment, when, he said, “They ushered us into a soundproof room and said, ‘Tonight, at 9 p.m., the true end titles song is going to drop and it’s by Taylor Swift.'”

“And I said, ‘You guys kept this from us all this time?’ We saw the movie and it did not — we had some dummy [song] in there, so they surprised us as well.”

He added, “That’s like saying, ‘By the way, Judy Garland is singing “Over the Rainbow” at the beginning of this’ — that kind of thing.”

And while speaking to E! at the premiere, Tom offered the following marriage advice to Taylor and her fiancé, Travis Kelce: “The man must make the waffles on Sunday.”

Toy Story 5 arrives June 19.

X-Men actor Tyler Mane has revealed that he has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Mane, best known for playing Sabretooth in X-Men as well as in Deadpool & Wolverine, shared his diagnosis Tuesday in a video on social media.

“I have some bad news. I start chemotherapy today,” Mane said, adding in the video’s caption that he was diagnosed with breast cancer, calling it “super rare.”

Mane did not share further details about his diagnosis or treatment.

ABC News has reached out to the actor for comment.

In his post, Mane said he hopes to raise awareness about breast cancer in men, saying that he “wants to change” the reality that the condition is “rarely talked about.”

In the United States, around one out of every 100 breast cancer diagnoses is found in a man, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Like a woman, a man’s risk of breast cancer is increased if they have either the BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes.

Other risk factors for breast cancer in men include being over the age of 50, a family history of breast cancer, obesity, exposure to hormone and radiation therapy treatments, liver disease and certain conditions that affect the testicles, according to the CDC.

There are currently no screening recommendations for breast cancer screening in men.

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends that women between ages 40 and 74 who are at average risk for breast cancer get a mammogram every two years.

The symptoms of breast cancer in men include abnormalities around the breast area, including a lump or swelling, redness or flaky skin, nipple discharge and pain in the nipple area, according to the CDC.

Taylor Swift has her biggest country hit in years with “I Knew It, I Knew You,” her original song for Toy Story 5; it’s currently #25 on the Mediabase radio chart.

Swift said in a new interview with ABC News that she was inspired by the journey of Jessie, the beloved cowgirl ragdoll in the animated movie franchise.

“We have seen her go through such heartbreak and such, you know, triumphs and loss, and we learned her back story,” Swift said in an interview that aired Wednesday on Good Morning America. “But in Toy Story 5, we see such a character development and, really, lessons that I could relate to as she’s grown up and as she has learned more about her experiences and her memories.”

The singer continued, “Just the feeling that, like, sometimes people’s paths diverge, and that doesn’t mean that that’s the last time that you get to feel those memories or know that person.”

When the song was released on June 5, Swift revealed that she collaborated on it with singer-songwriter and producer Jack Antonoff. She shared on social media that they wrote the song with “adoration” for the Toy Story characters that were staples of their childhoods.

Swift performed “I Knew It, I Knew You” for the first time live at the Toy Story 5 world premiere Tuesday night in Los Angeles. She also performed “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” alongside Randy Newman, the man who wrote and sang Toy Story‘s signature tune.

Toy Story 5, a Disney and Pixar film, is scheduled to premiere in theaters on Friday, June 19. Swift posed at the film’s premiere with its stars, including Joan Cusack, who voices Jessie on the big screen.

The 14-time Grammy winner said that as a longtime Toy Story fan herself, it was a “poignant” moment for her to pen and perform a song for the movie’s latest release.

“I watched Toy Story when I was 5 and I’ve watched every single one of the films so many times,” she said. “So I really think that, like, to be able to be welcomed into something that has welcomed me, unknowingly, its entire existence, just as a fan, feels like very poignant for me and for my family.”

Mgk’s experience getting a blackout tattoo was not an easy one.

Speaking with Billboard Canada, the “bloody valentine” artist opens up about the health issues he faced while getting his entire upper body inked in black, which he first debuted in 2024.

“After the first week, we hit my lymph nodes around my armpits and shoulders, and I got really sick,” mgk says. “My skin was turning yellow. I wasn’t able to sleep. I stopped being able to move certain parts of my upper body.”

The complications stemmed from mgk’s desire to get the ink done in a much shorter time frame than the two years tattoo artist ROXX, who created the piece, said it would take.

“She warned me that it was going to be near impossible, even from a pain tolerance standpoint,” mgk says. “I said, ‘yeah, we got two months.'”

In persevering through the end of the piece, mgk says he “came out the other side extremely inspired.”

“Not just because of what I had done, but because of what I had to overcome,” he says.

Mgk is currently touring North America in support of his latest album, 2025’s lost americana. He’s since put out a new song called “FIX UR FACE” with Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst and an EP titled blog era boyz with Wiz Khalifa.

A year ago nobody knew what a HUNTR/X was and nobody had ever heard of Saja Boys. But on June 20, 2025, KPop Demon Hunters took over pop culture, and now Netflix has planned special celebrations for the movie’s one-year anniversary.

First, KPop Demon Hunters will return to theaters across the U.S. and the world for anniversary screenings. Check your local listings for a theater near you. Additionally, there will be free outdoor screenings of the sing-along versions of the Oscar-winning film across the U.S. starting June 19 in Salt Lake City. That will be followed by free screenings in Atlanta, San Francisco, San Diego and Brooklyn on June 20; Butte, Montana, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 24; and Cleveland, Ohio, on June 25. A different location in San Diego will host an additional screening on June 26. Visit Tudum.com for full details.

Both Netflix houses — one in Philadelphia and one in Dallas — will offer a full day of fan activities on June 20. There will be screenings all week at the Philly house.

KPop Demon Hunters became the most-watched original title in Netflix history. Its soundtrack dominated the Billboard charts, including the #1 hit “Golden,” the first K-pop song in history to win a Grammy Award and the first to win an Academy Award. The film also won the best animated feature film Oscar. The voices of HUNTR/X — EJAE, Rei Ami and Audrey Nuna — have become stars in their own right, performing on TV and at live events, and a KPop Demon Hunters World Tour is coming.

(CHICAGO) — Chicago police are investigating a disturbing incident in a downtown park where a large cross was set on fire in the middle of the day on Tuesday.

Videos and images of the burning cross in Grant Park, which police say was discovered around 2:30 p.m., went viral, shocking onlookers. The burning cross has historically been a symbol of hate that white supremacists have used to harass and intimidate Black Americans.

Alyna Carlton, 22, who filmed the burning cross while she was in a car with her mother, told WLS Chicago on Tuesday that she could not believe her eyes.

“Seeing that in Chicago, in 2026 … yeah, we were really taken aback,” she said.

The Chicago Fire Department quickly responded and put out the fire, according to investigators. There were no injuries or serious property damage.

The Chicago Police Department said in a statement that it is investigating the incident, but as of Wednesday morning, no arrests have been made.

(TOLEDO, Ohio) — A manhunt is underway after investigators have identified one of the two suspects believed to have opened fire at an Ohio festival last weekend. Investigators are now asking the public for help identifying a second suspect, as both remain at large.

Twelve people were shot at the Old West End Festival last Saturday, with all of them expected to survive, officials said Tuesday.

One of the shooters has been identified as 20-year-old Ka Nye Taylor. He is described as a 5-foot-11-inch black male with black hair and brown eyes, according to the Toledo Police Department.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Ka Nye Taylor, who is wanted on 11 counts of felony assault in connection with the shooting at the festival, police said.

Investigators have released a photo of the second shooter and are seeking help from the public in identifying him.

Several people of interest were brought in for interviews, and investigators executed several search warrants, but no arrests have been made yet, Toledo Police Chief Michael Trinley said at a press conference Tuesday.

Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from a dispute involving two rival groups, Trinley said.

Two groups were “disrespecting each other and it led into a little bit of a foot chase” before one individual assaulted another person. At that point, one person pulled out a firearm and started shooting. Someone from the rival group then pulled out his firearm and started returning fire,” Trinley said.

Both suspects are believed to be between the ages of 18 and 24, Trinley said.

Some of the victims shot were intentionally targeted, but the majority were innocent bystanders, according to Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ka Nye Taylor or the identity of the second shooter is encouraged to call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. Tipsters may remain anonymous.

Police are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the suspects’ arrests. The U.S. Marshals Service is also offering an award of up to $5,000.
