Travis Kelce may be dating one of the most famous people in the world, but to him, Taylor Swift‘s just a regular gal — and he’s just a regular dude.
In a new interview with GQ, Travis says, “Whenever I’m with her, it feels like we’re just regular people. When there is not a camera on us, we’re just two people that are in love.”
“It can be perceived as something else because of how much it is talked about. … It happened very organically, even though from a media standpoint it was being tracked. It still happened very organically.”
He adds, “When I say it was so organic, we fell in love just based off the people we were sitting in a room together with. We are two fun-loving people who have the morals to appreciate everyone for who they are. We share all those values. It kind of just took the f*** off.”
Travis says he and his mom, Donna Kelce, share many of the same qualities, including their work ethic, noting that like his mom, he’s seen Taylor “setting goals for herself and exceeding the expectations.”
But the couple has a lot in common, as well. “I hadn’t experienced somebody in the same shoes as me, having a partner who understands the scrutiny, understands the ups and downs of being in front of millions. That was very relatable,” he tells GQ.
And, he notes, he’s also able to learn from her.
“Whenever I get in front of a crowd, I feel like I’ve got to be like, ‘Woooo!’ Like, excited, bringing the energy. Then I saw that coolness and that calmness and that relatability that she is so good at presenting. I really grabbed that. Like, ‘Man, I can use that side of entertainment as well.'”
Cardi B has a new single coming out soon. Alongside a photo of her sporting pink hair, a white fur coat and posing in front of a white Rolls-Royce, she wrote on Instagram, “Just a lil taste of the drama. IMAGINARY PLAYERS THIS FRIDAY.” “Imaginary Players” is the follow-up to her lead single, “Outside”; both will be featured on Cardi’s upcoming album, Am I the Drama?, set to drop on Sept. 19.
Brent Faiyaz and Doechii have teamed up on a song. Brent shared a screenshot of an audio file titled “movie star. (feat Doechii).” This follows a post back in March, when he and Doechii posed for a picture in the studio. Brent’s new album, ICON, arrives on his birthday, Sept. 19.
Lil Wayne was supposed to perform in Toronto Monday night as part of his Tha Carter VI Tour, but the show was postponed. Budweiser Stage shared the news, noting Wayne came down with an “unforeseen illness.” “As his fans know, he loves putting on nothing short of the best performances for those who come out, and he was so excited for this one,” the venue posted on Instagram. “Please stay tuned for the new date coming soon. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date once announced.”
In a post shared to Instagram, Drake says he’s “coming to a city near you.” The post begins with the view of an empty venue, which is later filled with people who’ve come to watch him perform. Clips from the show are also interspersed in the video. It’s not clear whether Drake is promoting his current $ome $pecial $hows 4 UK tour or something new to support his upcoming album, Iceman.

One of Eddie Van Halen’s iconic guitars is going up for auction in September.
The rocker’s Kramer Electric, 1982, which is based on his original “Frankenstein” guitar and features Van Halen’s well-known black-and-white stripe abstract design, will be up for auction as part of Sotheby’s Grails Week.
The guitar, which Eddie played on tour in 1982 and 1983, features Eddie’s signature with a note to his guitar tech Rudy Leiren that reads, “Rude – Its Been a Great Ten Years – Lets Do Another Ten. Eddie Van Halen.” The back of the headstock reads, “#1 Edward Van Halen Model.”
Leiren sold the guitar to Mötley Crüe guitarist Mick Mars, who used it during several recordings, including their 1989 album Dr Feelgood. It comes with a case and note from Mars that reads, “hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Also it’s a great piece of history.”
Grails Week, described as a “celebration of popular culture,” is taking place at Sotheby’s New York Sept. 22-Oct. 28. The sale of Van Halen’s guitar will open on Sept. 24 at 12 p.m. ET; it is estimated to sell for between $2 million and $3 million.
Rise Against has premiered a new song called “Ricochet,” the title track off the band’s upcoming album.
“When I was writing ‘Ricochet,’ I couldn’t shake this image: people dancing while bombs and bullets careened overhead,” says frontman Tim McIlrath. “That contrast — the obliviousness of joy against the backdrop of destruction — felt like the world we’re living in. The video brings that to life.”
Said video, which begins with a quote from George Orwell‘s 1984, is streaming now on YouTube.
“It’s about more than action and reaction,” McIlrath continues. “It’s about how even our silence, even our detachment, carries weight. Every choice, every shrug, every shot fired — they all ricochet.”
Ricochet the album drops on Friday. It also includes the previously released songs “Nod,” “I Want It All” and “Prizefighter.”
Rise Against will resume their Rise of the Roach tour with Papa Roach in September.
Of all the things Justin Moore loves about singing country music for a living, the travel definitely isn’t one of them.
Specifically, it’s the air travel he despises.
“I hate flyin’,” he says. “I thought when you got into this business, you just got on a tour bus and went. I never realized there was the amount of flying that is involved.”
Just how much does the Arkansas native hate to take to the skies? Well, so much so that he says he might have made a different career choice.
“I’ve told people this in the past and they don’t believe me, but it’s true: Had I known that, I probably wouldn’t have done it,” he admits. “Because it literally has taken years off my life from stress. I mean, I’m the one that shakes my leg the whole time.”
“I’ve gotten better over the years, but I still don’t enjoy it,” he adds.
On Thursday, Justin takes the stage at Bulldog Park in Crown Point, Indiana, as his hit “Time’s Ticking” continues its climb up the chart.

Led Zeppelin has shared a remastered version of their track “Houses of the Holy,” which will be part of the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration of their classic album Physical Graffiti.
“Houses of the Holy” is one of several remastered Physical Graffiti tracks Led Zeppelin has recently posted on their official YouTube page. They previously shared “In My Time of Dying,” “The Rover” and “Custard Pie.”
Led Zeppelin announced in July they will mark the album’s anniversary with the release of a new live EP, titled Live EP. It will feature performances of four songs: “In My Time of Dying” and “Trampled Underfoot,” both recorded live at London’s Earls Court in 1975; and “Sick Again” and “Kashmir,” both recorded at the Knebworth Festival in England in 1979.
The remastered songs are part of an updated release of 2015’s three-LP Physical Graffiti Deluxe Edition, which includes the remastered version of the album, a bonus album featuring rough mixes and early versions of songs, and a new replica Physical Graffiti poster.
Physical Graffiti, released on Feb. 24, 1975, was Led Zeppelin’s first album to be released under their Swan Song Records label. The record, produced by Jimmy Page, spent six weeks at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It was the first album to go Platinum from preorders alone and has since been certified 17-times Platinum in the U.S.

Taylor Swift‘s new era is upon us.
At 12 minutes after midnight on Aug. 12, Taylor announced that her 12th studio album will be called The Life of a Showgirl and you can pre-order it now. The official release date is yet to be announced, but the album that you order will “ship before Oct. 13, 2025.”
The cover of the album is currently blurred, but based a preview clip of Taylor’s upcoming appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast New Heights Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET, she’ll be unveiling it at that time. So far, the color scheme seems to be mint green and orange.
The new album is the follow-up to 2024’s The Tortured Poets Department.
In another promo video for Taylor’s New Heights appearance, Taylor compliments her boyfriend Travis on his blue hoodie, saying, “Such a nice color on you.”
“Yes, I know,” sighs Travis. “It’s the color of your eyes, sweetie. It’s why we match so well.”
Taylor then exclaims, “We’re about to do a f****** podcast!”
Billy Porter was bullied as a child, but he found his voice when he discovered his talent of singing. The experience inspired his new book, Songbird in the Light, a story about a boy who goes from being bullied by classmates to discovering hix singing voice and confidence in time for the school showcase.
“I was bullied mercilessly from like the first to the fifth grade,” Porter tells People. “I realized the power that was in these vocal cords. And it changed everything for me.”
He says the message he wants fans to take away is: “You could be different and succeed, and be present and have hope. There is hope, and there is light, even when it doesn’t feel like it.”
Songbird in the Light will arrive on March 17, 2026, with Black families and experiences depicted in the book’s artwork.
“The African American-ness of it, visually, is important,” Porter said. “The fact that the hair of my character is in plaits, that’s very, very specific and necessary for us to be able to see ourselves. Also, you know, he’s really kind of fashionable, too.”
