Are you ready for Hagar-Back?

Nickelback‘s Chad Kroeger has apparently teamed up with former Van Halen vocalist Sammy Hagar for a collaborative song. That’s according to Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante, who says he played on the track.

Benante has shared an Instagram photo of him standing alongside Kroeger and Hagar in a recording studio, writing in the caption, “When you get a call to come over and play drums on a song that these 2 are doing… you drop whatever it is and go.”

“What a spontaneous thing and so much fun,” Benante adds.

Meanwhile, Hagar’s posted a video on his own Instagram of him, Kroeger and another drummer, Tommy Lee of Mötley Crüe.

“You say, ‘What are those three guys doing?'” Hagar teases in the clip. “Well, it’s hard to say.”

Hagar’s most recent song is April’s “Encore, Thank You, Goodnight,” which he wrote after having a dream about the late Eddie Van Halen. He recently announced 2026 dates for his Best of All Worlds Las Vegas residency.

Lenny Kravitz was a special guest at Dua Lipa’s Sunday night concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

“When I go back to thinking about New York artists, and artists and music that shaped my life, I think about this one song in particular that really helped me fall in love with music,” Dua told the crowd during her introduction of Kravitz.

“New York’s just got such an unbelievably cool energy. But the artist that sings this song, I’m afraid to say, might be a little cooler,” she added. “And he’s here tonight. For a treat for our last night in New York City — don’t say I don’t do anything nice for you guys — New York, give it up for New York’s very own Lenny Kravitz!”

Kravitz joined Dua for a performance of his track “It Ain’t Over ‘Til It’s Over,” from his second studio album, 1991’s Mama Said.

And Lenny wasn’t the only special guest Dua brought out during her shows in New York. On Saturday she was joined by legendary guitarist and producer Nile Rodgers of the band CHIC for a run-through of that group’s signature song, “Le Freak.”

Dua shared video of her performances with Lenny and Nile on her Instagram Story but you can find footage of both on YouTube, as well.

Kravitz’s next show will be at the Oceans Calling Festival in Ocean City, Maryland, on Friday. A complete list of dates can be found at LennyKravitz.com.

Kenny Chesney‘s adding three more stops to his Heart Life Music book tour after the two previously announced events in Johnson City, Tennessee, and Boston sold out.

After the book drops Nov. 4, Kenny heads to Chicago on Nov. 5, before two talks Nov. 6 in Nashville at the Country Music Hall of Fame’s CMA Theater.

“I wanted to go to the heart of the country, and Chicago sure represents that for me,” Kenny says. “I wanted to go to the place where all of my music came together, the songwriters and creative community were so generous and encouraging to me. Teaming with Parnassus Books for an event at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, yards from the turf where I’d played for tips when I arrived, is a dream come true.”

From there, Kenny headlines the Miami Book Fair on Nov. 16.

“It’s an honor to be part of such a respected and iconic event,” he adds. “And the way I love South Florida – from West Palm Beach’s Coral Sky to the Tortuga Music Festival, Miami and the Keys – this is a whole other homecoming.”

Tickets for Chicago and Nashville go on sale Friday, with Miami following on Oct. 13. And that’s not all, as Kenny’s teasing there are more dates still to come.

Jon Bon Jovi is opening up about being a grandfather.

The singer’s son Jake Bongiovi and his wife, Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown, announced in August they adopted a baby girl over the summer. During an interview with Bunnie XO for her Dumb Blonde podcast, the rocker shared that being a first-time granddad is “crazy, but great. Wonderful.”

“They adopted a girl, and we met the baby obviously and immediately that becomes your grandchild, you know what I mean? Your baby,” he said in a clip of the interview shared on TikTok. “It’s beautiful. I want to see pictures, like, every other day. I’m that pain in the butt guy already.”

Jake and Millie wed in May 2024, when he was 22 and she was 20.

“We blessed it because we get it, you know?” Jon said, regarding them getting married at such a young age. “They’re sorta mature beyond their years. She comes from a family where her parents are still together and they married very young.”

“Her and Jake fell in love and we just thought, ‘OK, you know, we’ll support this.’ And it’s working out,” he added.

And there are more grandbabies on the way. Jon revealed that his son Jesse Bongiovi and his wife are expecting a baby, as well.

Bunnie XO is the wife of singer Jelly RollBon Jovi and Jelly Roll just released the collaboration “Living Proof,” from the band’s upcoming album, Forever (Legendary Edition). The album has the band teaming up with other big-name artists to reimagine songs on their 2024 album, Forever. It will drop Oct. 24.

Seventy-year-old Carla Well-Knight had her wish granted to see Nine Inch Nails live.

ABC15 Arizona reports that Well-Knight, who is in hospice care with breast cancer, was given tickets to see the “Closer” outfit’s Peel It Back tour when it stopped in Phoenix on Sept. 16.

Well-Knight names Nine Inch Nails as her all-time favorite band — she sports a NIN logo tattoo on her arm — and is also a fan of Korn, Tool, A Perfect Circle and Linkin Park. While she’s known for her hard-rocking taste, Well-Knight is also known in her senior living facility in Mesa, Arizona, for her kindness.

With that in mind, one of Well-Knight’s caretakers nominated her for AARP’s Wish of a Lifetime program, which helps older adults in “fulfilling their dreams through personalized experiences that promote healthy and purposeful aging.”

Well-Knight was then sent floor seats to see Trent Reznor and company up close during the Phoenix show, where she rocked out amid the mosh pit.

Nine Inch Nails’ Peel It Back tour concluded Friday in Los Angeles. The band also just released their soundtrack to the movie Tron: Ares.

Marlon Wayans is not fazed by the negative reviews for his movie Him

The film received a C- CinemaScore from audiences and a score of 29% from more than 100 reviews on Rotten Tomatoes. But he says it’s not far off from the reviews for his past projects, posting on Instagram the Rotten Tomatoes scores for his movies White Chicks, Scary Movie and Scary Movie 2.

“Just to be clear…I respect critics. Their job is to Critique. I respect their work. It shapes our industry. But an opinion does not always mean it’s everyone’s opinion,” Marlon wrote. “Some movies are ahead of the curve. Innovation is not always embraced and art is to be interpreted and it’s subjective.”

“I’ve had a career of making classic movies that weren’t critically recieved [sic] and those movies went on to be CLASSICS,” Marlon continued. “So don’t take anyone’s opinion just go see for yourself. Love to all. Him in theaters now.”

Him, produced by Jordan Peele, follows the story of Cameron Cade, a rising quarterback who receives an offer to train with his hero, quarterback Isaiah White, following a potential career-ending injury.

Wayans stars as Isaiah, while Tyriq Withers takes on the role of Cameron. The movie is currently in theaters.

Evanescence brought back Paul McCoy to rock “Bring Me to Life” during their set Sunday at the Louder than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky.

McCoy, who also fronts the band 12 Stones, famously rapped and provided backing vocals on the studio version of the 2003 hit.

As seen in fan-shot footage, frontwoman Amy Lee began the Louder than Life performance without McCoy before introducing him to the stage just before his rap part was set to begin.

“C’mon Paul, are you gonna help me out with this or what?” Lee said.

After the song ended, Lee declared, “The real McCoy, ladies and gentlemen!”

Evanescence last performed “Bring Me to Life” with McCoy in 2016. Over the years, they’ve played it live with guests including Papa Roach‘s Jacoby Shaddix and Sonny Sandoval of P.O.D.

Cardi B just added another title to her resume: Guinness World Record holder.

The Grammy-winning rapper teamed up with drone delivery company Wing and Walmart to set the record for the most drone deliveries in one hour.

Together, 176 signed CDs of Cardi B’s Am I the Drama? were delivered across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area for the promotional event, according to a press release.

Fans who participated in the launch received signed copies that were flown to their doorsteps, dispatched from a local Walmart and delivered by Wing’s fleet of drones.

Guinness World Records confirmed the milestone on X, writing, “Most deliveries by UAV drones in one hour: 176, by @iamcardib @AtlanticRecords @Wing & @Walmart at multiple locations today across the Dallas-Fort Worth region, Texas, USA.”

While the drone deliveries were limited to North Texas, fans nationwide can still get their hands on Am I the Drama? The CD is available now at Walmart stores and online.

The album features 23 songs, including the Bia diss track “Pretty & Petty,” which caused an increase in the number of Google searches for “Bia” in the U.S. According to Google trends, “Bia” searches peaked on Saturday, following the Friday release of Cardi’s project.

This all comes during a milestone moment in Cardi’s personal life.

In an interview with CBS Mornings on Wednesday, the rapper revealed she and her boyfriend, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, are expecting a child together.

Cardi said the baby is due before the start of her Little Miss Drama tour in February, adding that she feels “strong” and “powerful” balancing her career and pregnancy.
