Reba Hart and Cheyenne Montgomery will soon be together again.

Fans of Reba McEntire‘s self-titled sitcom will recognize the character names from the popular sitcom, in which Sweet Magnolias star JoAnna Garcia Swisher played the country star’s daughter.

Now, Swisher’s set for a reunion on Reba’s new show, Happy’s Place. She’ll play an influencer named Kenzie on the NBC sitcom, which puts her at odds with Reba’s character, Bobbie.

Of course, McEntire’s Reba nemesis, Melissa Peterman, also stars in the show, which is going into its second season. Steve Howey and Christopher Rich, respectively the son-in-law and ex-husband on Reba, both guested in season 1.

The second season of Happy’s Place premieres Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

Former One Direction bandmates Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik are hitting the road together — not for a tour, but for a new road trip show coming to Netflix.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two British singers will embark on a journey across the U.S. for the new docuseries. In addition to discussing their lives and careers along the way, they’ll reportedly discuss the unexpected passing of their One Direction bandmate Liam Payne.

There are currently no plans for fellow 1D members Harry Styles and Niall Horan to appear, according to THR. The show is expected to debut sometime next year.

Liam died in 2024 at age 31 after a fall from his hotel balcony in Argentina.

George Michael’s estate is thrilled that the late singer’s song “Father Figure” has been incorporated into Taylor Swift’s new album, The Life of a Showgirl.

As previously reported, Taylor’s track of the same name interpolates the 1988 classic.

“We were delighted when Taylor Swift and her team approached us earlier this year about incorporating an interpolation of George Michael‘s classic song ‘Father Figure’ into a brand new song of the same title to be featured on her forthcoming album,” the estate wrote on social media Thursday.

“When we heard the track we had no hesitation in agreeing to this association between two great artists and we know George would have felt the same,” the statement added. “George Michael Entertainment wishes Taylor every success with The Life of a Showgirl and ‘Father Figure.'”

The Life of a Showgirl drops Friday. Ahead of the release, Spotify revealed two more song lyrics on billboards in Mexico City and Toronto: “My infamy loves company” and “Thank you for the lovely bouquet.”

Sunset Fest Cabo, scheduled for Oct. 24 through Oct. 26, was initially announced back in August, featuring a lineup that included Christopher Cross, Kenny LogginsRick SpringfieldAlan Parsons, Ambrosia and Pablo Cruise.

But now, less than three weeks before the festival is supposed to kick off, several artists on the bill have pulled out. Cross, Loggins, Parsons and Ambrosia all recently announced on Instagram that they wouldn’t be playing the festival, citing “unforeseen circumstances” beyond their control.

Killer Mike has issued a public apology to Ayesha Curry, Steph Curry‘s wife, after he commented on a TikTok video that made fun of her. Speaking to Shannon Sharpe on the Club Shay Shay podcast, he explained he was high when he wrote it.

“Steph Curry, Ayesha Curry — boy, my wife done cussed me out. My oldest daughter called me. My youngest daughter called me. … Homeboys that have played in the NBA called me,” Mike said of the situation, which taught him “that maybe I shouldn’t smoke and get on Instagram.”

“So let me say this, ’cause I appreciate you checking it; it shows you have a tremendous amount of respect for me,” he added. “Mrs. Ayesha Curry and her husband, Steph, I apologize for my statement being misconstrued.”

“I was just stoned up, trying to make a joke,” he said. “It wasn’t my damn business, like my wife said. So, I’m sorry, y’all.”

Mike’s apology to Ayesha was for the comment he made in reaction to a video by BooWoodz, who suggested Ayesha was craving attention.

“She wants to be GloRilla or some s***. Like we get it, bro. Just drop an an album or some s***. Stop embarrassing this man, bro. This s***’s getting pathetic,” BooWoodz said in the post, which prompted a response from Mike.

“My n**** said she wanna go be Glo!!! Man Steph doesn’t deserve the embarrassment frfr. God Bless him,” Mike wrote. Steph responded, “Naaaa not you Mike.”

“I’m cool [staying] silent and letting these other clowns have [their] moment! And you’re the worst of them [BooWoodz]. But you’re better than that [Killer Mike],” Steph continued. “Stay in your lane and let God keep blessing me like he is. We r good over here.”

You’ll find Lainey Wilson on the November cover of Southern Living, and you can get a glimpse of her house in an article titled “Lainey Wilson’s Tennessee Home: Celebrating in style with country’s biggest star.”

“I always say that this house is kind of like the inverse of me because I feel like a farmhouse on the inside but a hippie on the outside,” she tells the magazine. “And I feel like my house is a farmhouse but a hippie on the inside, you know?”

Southern Living‘s interview took place in Lainey’s basement, which is decorated like “a cozy, kitschy speakeasy.”

“For so long, I’ve said, ‘When I get a place of my own, I want to walk in and just see a bunch of different colors and feel inspired and creative,'” she explains. “I write a lot of songs in this area. I get to look at these velvet paintings on the wall, I see Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton over here, and I wanna feel inspired.”

You can check out the full profile online, complete with a preview of what Lainey’s Thanksgiving will be like.

Chad Kroeger is going from “Rockstar” to TV star.

The Nickelback frontman has been cast in an upcoming comedy series called I Kill the Bear, set to premiere in 2026 on the Canadian streaming service Crave.

I Kill the Bear is created by Jared Keeso, who also created the Canadian series Letterkenny and its hockey-themed spinoff, Shoresy. It follows a “family of bear wranglers for film sets, and why – after 100 years – they’ve decided to make this film their last,” according to a press release.

As far as we can tell, I Kill the Bear is not at all related to a certain Chicago-set, high-stress restaurant dramedy.

Nickelback’s most recent album is 2022’s Get Rollin’.
