“Favorite Country Song” seems to be living up to its name, as HARDY‘s latest hit sticks around at the top of both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts.
The COUNTRY! COUNTRY! track is spending its second week at #1 on Mediabase and its third on the Billboard tally.
Of HARDY’s five number ones, this is only his second that’s non-collaborative, following “Truck Bed.” Previously, “Wait in the Truck” featured Lainey Wilson, while he teamed with Dierks Bentley and Breland for “Beers on Me,” and Lauren Alaina and Devin Dawson for “One Beer.”
It seems HARDY may already be cueing up his next chart-topping collaboration, since his non-album single “McArthur” with Eric Church, Morgan Wallen and Tim McGraw has just started its country climb.
Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ (ABC/Randy Holmes)
Foo Fighters have shared a teaser video hinting at new music.
The clip, posted to the band’s Instagram, sounds like one or perhaps several songs cut up. Meanwhile, the phrase “Do you want more???” continually pops up on the screen.
“This is just a test,” the accompanying caption reads.
Foo Fighters released two new singles in 2025, “Today’s Song” and “Asking for a Friend.” The band’s most recent album is 2023’s But Here We Are.
In between, the Foos parted ways with drummer Josh Freese — who joined in 2023 following the 2022 death of Taylor Hawkins — and recruited Ilan Rubin, formerly of Nine Inch Nails.
As we wait for possibly more new Foo Fighters material, you can plan your trip to see them live. The band’s upcoming schedule includes a U.S. stadium tour kicking off in August.

We’d guess Tate McRae is secretly rooting for Team Canada, but in a new promo for the Winter Olympics, she is hyping Team USA.
In the spot, Tate, rocking a red jumpsuit, is skiing in the Italian Alps and tells an owl, “Oh. hi. I’m a bit lost.” When the owl says, “Whooo?” she replies, “Tate McRae.” When it asks again, she jokes, “Oh, I’m nobody. Nobody’s girl, that is” and winks — a nod to her song of the same name.
“I’m trying to get to Milan for an amazing opening ceremony and meet Team U.S.A,” she continues, mentioning the skating events and “Lindsay Vonn‘s epic comeback” following a torn ACL. She adds that she’ll then head “back to the states for the big game: Super Bowl 60.” Both events will air on NBC.
When the owl remains silent, Tate shrugs, “O.K. I’ll just ask someone else then.” When the owl calls out once more, “Whooo?” she responds, “Ah, forget it!”
After Tate leaves, another owl asks the first in Italian what Tate wanted. “I don’t know,” the owl replies in Italian. “I don’t speak English.”
The Opening Ceremony is slated to begin Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

Lorde is donating the money from the merch sales at her shows in Minneapolis to immigration funds.
The “Royals” artist shares in an Instagram Story that the money, totaling $204,000, will benefit the Minnesota Immigration Rights Action Committee and the Immigrant Defense Network.
The post also includes the phrase “ICE out” drawn on Lorde’s hand, referring to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It comes after federal immigration agents shot and killed U.S. citizens Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis in January.
Lorde played two shows in Minneapolis in October in support of her latest album, 2025’s Virgin.

Turnstile has shared a statement regarding the band’s two Grammy wins Sunday.
The hardcore outfit took home best rock album for NEVER ENOUGH and best metal performance for “BIRDS.” They were also nominated in the best rock song and best alternative music performance categories.
“We never thought we’d be in these rooms, but we are very grateful to be here,” Turnstile writes in a Facebook post. “This band has never been about the individual, but rather about a collective searching for a common thread in a world where those threads are being hidden from us. The world likes to tell us who we are and what we’re not, but the truth is we belong to nothing and we belong to everyone.”
“We’re existing in a time of heightened state violence,” the post continues “We are watching people be pushed out of their homes here in America, in Palestine, in Sudan, in Iran, everywhere, as if they don’t belong to them. As if we don’t belong to each other. Music is a vehicle for voices that are buried, that are searching, that are alien. Turnstile has always existed as an alien thing.”
Turnstile concludes the statement by thanking “our family, our friends, our partners, our peers for continuing to shape us and give us sense of belonging,” as well as their fans, team and their hometown of Baltimore.
“Thank you to everyone who has allowed this band to be a mirror for this community,” Turnstile says.

Tell me why … it’s America’s best network. That’s what Backstreet Boys sing in their new Super Bowl T-Mobile ad, which ABC’s Good Morning America aired a preview of Wednesday morning.
In the clip, the group, wearing white and pink, surprise customers who are shopping for a phone plan in New York’s Times Square. “They couldn’t believe the Backstreet Boys were actually performing in the middle of a T-Mobile store,” Nick CartertoldGMA’s Will Reeve.
“So that was great, and it’s just been a collaborative effort between, I feel like, with these producers, the directors and everybody. It’s been a really great experience.”
Of course, the group’s ongoing popularity is what allowed them to book the ad in the first place.
“We’re grateful, very blessed, and that’s a testament to our music, our fans, and hard work, perseverance, and keep going,” Kevin Richardson told GMA.
Howie Dorough added, “Us still having the drive to want to do this — we’re like a family. We’ve been in this family here longer than our own marriages. Things just keep getting better and better.”
Amid their wildly popular Into the Millennium residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, AJ McLean said the group is “always trying to set new goals and achieve those goals.”
Nick added, “When we get up on that stage at Sphere, and we see these people coming, wearing the same outfits, enjoying the nostalgia — those are all moments for us to remind us why we do what we do, and why we continue to love it, and that’s what keeps us together.”
Tucker Wetmore‘s third country radio hit is currently making its way up the chart, propelled in part by an elaborate music video — one that came straight out of Tucker’s imagination.
“Me and my content guy, his name is Chase Foster, we were just sitting down,” he tells ABC Audio. “I was like, ‘Dude, I really want to do a music video for “Brunette,”‘ and I gave him a whole rundown. I was like, ‘I want it to be like an old Western-type feel. I want there to be some cameos that people see some familiar faces in it and kinda make it a whole event.'”
“One contingency I said was I want everybody in the video to be blond, whether it’s a wig or a natural blond or whatever, besides me and the main girl character,’ which was Hannah [Godwin] from The Bachelor,” he adds. “You know, it turned out great. There’s some quirky stuff in it and fun stuff, but it turned really good.”
On Sunday, Tucker plays Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Tailgate in San Francisco ahead of the Super Bowl.

Little Feat has added a new set of spring and summer dates to their final tour, dubbed The Last Farewell Tour.
The new shows kick off May 26 in Ocean City, Maryland, with stops in Connecticut, New York, Las Vegas, California and more, before wrapping Aug. 22 in Denver, Colorado.
Tickets for the new shows go on sale Friday.
Little Feat announced in November that they would be embarking on their final tour in 2026 before retiring from the road. The name of the tour is a callback to their 1975 release, The Last Record Album.
“My hope is ‘The Last Farewell Tour’ resembles a long passionate kiss, a prolonged warm hug, giving us all time to embrace this special moment to remember our collective past with those here and others departed but still in our hearts,” keyboardist and founding member Bill Payne writes on Instagram. “This is a celebration that acknowledges gratitude to all for an unforgettable journey, mingled with joy, sadness, but no regrets.”
He adds, “Let’s allow some time for all of this to play out. We still have a lot to say and share. All endings suggest new beginnings.”
Little Feat will launch the first leg of The Last Farewell Tour on April 10 in Orlando, Florida. A complete list of dates can be found at LittleFeat.net.
