Country music’s latest Dylan-squared collab has arrived.

Dylan Scott and Dylan Marlowe have teamed up for their anthemic new song, “Boy Back Home.”

Marlowe penned the track with Joe Fox and Seth Ennis, and the autobiographical tune pays homage to Marlowe’s buddies back home in Statesboro, Georgia.

“The song came from a real spot,” says Marlowe. “When I moved to Nashville I kind of missed a lot of my guys I hung out with back home. And I feel like there’s a lot of songs about girls but there’s not enough songs about the boys.”

“Thank you @_dylanmarlowe for letting me hop on this song with you!!!” Scott shares on X, formerly known as Twitter, alongside a video of him singing along to the song on his tour bus.

Scott is currently #5 and ascending the country charts with “Can’t Have Mine (Find You a Girl).”

Taylor Swift is getting her collaborators in on celebrating 1989 (Taylor’s Version).

In an Instagram post on Sunday, October 29, Taylor honored her longtime music producer and friend Jack Antonoff by commemorating the rerelease of “Sweeter Than Fiction.”

“’There you’ll stand ten feet tall, I will say ‘I knew it all along,’” Taylor wrote in her caption, referencing lyrics from the track. “This song has always made me think of my friend Jack. It was the first song we made together and watching him challenge himself and make beautiful art over the years has been the thrill of a lifetime.”

Taylor couldn’t help but tease her bestie. “How can he be 6 years older than me and also somehow still be my precocious young son? We may never know,” she wrote.

Taylor also congratulated Diane Warren, who cowrote the vault track “Say Don’t Go” from 1989 (Taylor’s Version), by sending her a bouquet of flowers. The pair wrote the song nine years ago, though it was ultimately left off the original version of the album.

Diane posted a photo of the flowers to X, formerly known as Twitter. “If U want to know why she is the biggest artist on the planet, this kind of kind and classy gesture is one more reason why,” she wrote of Taylor.

Taylor also got one of her new friends in on the celebration. Brittany Mahomes received a 1989 (Taylor’s Version) gift basket over the weekend, complete with a handwritten note from Taylor, a vinyl record of the album and a turquoise cardigan. Brittany is married to Patrick Mahomes, quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs and teammate of Taylor’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

Is Britney Spears returning to music after all?

In her memoir, The Woman in Me, she wrote, “Pushing forward in my musical career is not my focus at the moment” — but in an Instagram post Sunday, she revealed she has composed a new song.

“I wrote a new song !!!” she wrote. “Hate you to like me !!! No beef with anyone … just being a narcissist in a claimed, self-entitled way !!! It’s to accumulate interest by giving ego with my eyes closed because I hear important people do that these days.”

She accompanied the post with a close-up photo of her face, eyes closed.

Britney’s last music release was a collaboration with Elton John on the 2022 single “Hold Me Closer.”

She wrote in her book that she was struggling with the decision on whether to perform again, explaining,
“I’m enjoying dancing and singing the way I used to when I was younger and not trying to do it for my family’s benefit, not trying to get something, but doing it for me and my genuine love of it.”

With Halloween falling on a Tuesday this year, many stars pulled out their costumes this past weekend. From Keke Palmer to Ice Spice to Lizzo, here’s how some celebrities dressed up to celebrate the spooky holiday.

First, Keke Palmer went full-on scary as the Bride of Frankenstein, while her eight-month-old son, Leodis, dressed as her monstrous but adorable scientific creator, Dr. Frankenstein. “He gave me LIFE,” Keke wrote in one of the posts. Then, the star made her debut as Tyra Banks, donning a pink strapless dress and silver tiara as she paid homage to the classic childhood film, Life-Size.

Ice Spice went all out as Betty Boop during a music performance on Saturday. Her look featured a strapless red mini dress, complete with pointy black kitten heels and jet black curls in her hair.

Lizzo channeled her inner Tina Turner with a black leather fringe outfit and light brown afro wig. She later put her unique take on horror character Elvira’s classic all-black look and jet black bump hairstyle.

The Bailey sisters both dressed up — Chlöe as Khaleesi the Mother of Dragons and Catwoman, while Halle and her boyfriend, DDGcosplayed Janet Jackson and Tupac in Poetic Justice.

Teyana Taylor fully tapped into her role as Loc Dog (played by Marlon Wayans) from the 1996 cult classic movie, Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood. Her look came complete with bunny slippers, multiple beepers on a belt, random objects in her hair and the famous Loc Doc grimace smile.
