Jessica Jones is back.

Krysten Ritter will be reprising her role as the Marvel superhero for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again, Disney announced at its Upfront presentation Tuesday.

Ritter first played the role in the Netflix series Jessica Jones, which ran for three seasons from 2015-2019.

“It’s so great to be back, returning to Jessica after three seasons and The Defenders and now joining the MCU,” Ritter said. “I’m so excited to bring back this iconic character, and without giving too much away, there is much more in store for Jessica Jones. This is going to be an incredible season!”

Jessica Jones was one of five Marvel series that aired on Netflix, including Daredevil and The Defenders, before Disney launched its own streaming service, Disney+.

Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio reprised their Daredevil roles for Daredevil: Born Again, which aired its first season on Disney+ earlier this year.

Kim Kardashian is using what she’s learned about the law in the new series All’s Fair, out later this year.

The teaser for the highly anticipated legal drama was released Tuesday, and features the reality star and SKIMS founder among a star-studded cast.

The series follows a team of female divorce attorneys who “leave a male-dominated firm to open their own powerhouse practice,” according to a synopsis.

Kardashian’s character, Allura Grant, opens the teaser and is overheard saying, “Deep breath. Tell us your story.”

The camera then pans from Allura, who is seated alongside fellow lawyers Liberty Ronson and Emerald Greene (Naomi Watts and Niecy Nash-Betts, respectively), to a woman with blond hair, facing away from the camera. The camera turns and faces the woman, revealed to be actress Elizabeth Berkley, who plays Dee Barber.

Dee replies, “It’s been a lot. I’m sorry.”

“No, no, we don’t meet with sorry people,” Liberty says.

The song “Cell Block Tango” from the musical Chicago begins playing as another clip shows Glenn Close, who plays Dina Standish, telling another woman, “Get mad. Get hot. Get revenge.”

A synopsis for the new series adds that the team of female divorce attorneys “navigate[s] high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances — both in the courtroom and within their own ranks.”

Also starring in the series are Sarah Paulson as Carrington Lane, Teyana Taylor as Milan and Matthew Noszka as Chase Munroe.

All’s Fair is written and executive produced by Ryan Murphy, who also directs. Kardashian, Close, Watts, Nash-Betts, Paulson and Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, are also among the executive producers.

The show comes to Hulu this fall and Disney+ internationally.

Kim Kardashian testifies in Paris trial over 2016 jewelry heist

Kim Kardashian thought she was going to die during a violent robbery at a luxury hotel suite in Paris in 2016.

“I absolutely thought that I was going to die,” the reality TV star and entrepreneur said Tuesday in a Paris courtroom, where a trial is underway for 10 people accused in connection with the violent robbery of millions of dollars’ worth of her jewelry.

Kardashian testified mid-afternoon, giving her version of the incident, which allegedly saw her tied up and held at gunpoint in a luxury hotel suite during Paris fashion week in 2016.

Nine men and one woman are accused in connection with the robbery, during which five masked men posing as police officers allegedly stormed into Kardashian’s hotel suite.

The suspects allegedly made off with valuables worth at least $6 million, including a diamond engagement ring given to Kardashian by her then-husband, Kanye West. That ring alone was said to be worth about $4 million.

The trial, which began last month, has been a spectacle in the French media, where the defendants are collectively referred to as the “grandpa robbers” — or “les papys braqueurs” — because many of them are over 60.

The defendants are charged with several counts, the main one for most of them being armed robbery in an organized gang. Some are also charged with kidnapping.

Kardashian’s testimony followed that of Simone Harouche, a stylist and Kim’s childhood friend. She told the court earlier on Tuesday about the shock and trauma of waking up during the robbery.

Harouche described the scene, saying she saw Kardashian coming down the hotel suite’s stairs with tape on her feet. She said Kardashian was screaming that they might have to jump out the window to escape the burglars. Harouche said she could hear “terror” in Kardashian’s voice.

“It was a sound I never heard from Kim,” Harouche told the court. “It was terror. I remember specifically she said, ‘I have babies and I need to live. Take everything. I need to live.'”

Alex Newell says ‘Another Simple Favor’ plot benefited Vicky, pitches third film

Alex Newell says ‘Another Simple Favor’ plot benefited Vicky, pitches third film
Alex Newell says ‘Another Simple Favor’ plot benefited Vicky, pitches third film
Lorenzo Sisti

(SPOILER ALERT) Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick reunite in the murder mystery Another Simple Favor.

Paul Feig directed the sequel, which is streaming now on Prime Video. This time around, Stephanie, played by Kendrick, is the maid of honor at Emily’s (Lively) picturesque Italian wedding. But don’t be fooled by all the glitz and glamour — there’s also plenty of murder and betrayal to be found, and Alex Newell is around for all of it.

Newell plays Vicky, Stephanie’s book agent, who supports Stephanie taking part in this wedding if it means boosting the sales of her new novel. There are so many twists and turns in this film, and Newell says their “Type-A Leo-Virgo cusp energy” helped them figure out the “entire plot right before everything goes wrong.”

“I’m always in on the twist,” Newell said.

Additionally, Newell said it was Vicky who benefited the most from the twists and turns of the film’s plot.

“I really think the entire trip just served Vicky’s plot,” Newell said. “Everything that happened just made Vicky seem like the literary hero that she is. The one being like, ‘Yes, I told you to go on this trip. Yes, there was going to be mayhem. Yes, I was correct.'”

The end of Another Simple Favor sets things up for a potential sequel. Newell has a few ideas for what could happen if there were to be a third film in the franchise.

“I just think we have to go back to Italy. I think the franchise should just think about really moving everything to Italy, that’s number one,” Newell said. “We still don’t know who killed Darren. Could be anyone. Also, I think Vicky, I liked her being a book agent, I love that, but I think this time it’s like the book agent that got the film.”
