Xolo Maridueña has joined the cast of One Piece season 3.

Netflix has announced that the Cobra Kai star has been cast as Portgas D. Ace in the upcoming third season of the series.

One Piece is set to go back into production for season 3 later in 2025 in Cape Town, South Africa.

Maridueña joins the previously announced cast member Cole Escola, who is set to play Bon Clay in the upcoming season. Additional cast members for season 3 of One Piece will be announced at a later time, according to the streaming service.

The pirate adventure show is based on Japan’s highest-selling manga series of all time. It follows Monkey D. Luffy during his quest to find the fabled treasure and become King of the Pirates.

Season 2 of the show, called One Piece: Into the Grand Line, will be available to stream on March 10, 2026.

Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Taz Skylar, Emily Rudd and Jacob Romero star in the upcoming season 2, which finds Luffy and the Straw Hats setting sail “for the extraordinary Grand Line—a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn,” according to an official description for season 2. “As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”

The live-action Netflix series has Matt Owens and Joe Tracz as its co-showrunners for season 2. Tracz and Ian Stokes will serve as the co-showrunners for season 3.

Tom Bergeron is coming back to the ballroom.

The former host of Dancing with the Stars is making his return to the show for its special 20th anniversary episode on Nov. 11. He will join the panel as a guest judge for the special episode.

This marks Bergeron’s first appearance on Dancing with the Stars since he exited the program alongside former co-host Erin Andrews in July 2020. He had previously been part of the show since its debut in 2005, hosting it for 15 years and almost 450 episodes.

At the time, Bergeron shared this statement to social media: “Just informed @DancingABC will be continuing without me. It’s been an incredible 15 year run and the most unexpected gift of my career. I’m grateful for that and for the lifelong friendships made. That said, now what am I supposed to do with all of these glitter masks?” 

Bergeron appeared on Good Morning America on Wednesday to make the announcement. He said “it feels really good” to be coming back to the ballroom.

“I’m really looking forward to it,” Bergeron said.

Current host and former pro Julianne Hough shared support in a comment under the social media announcement of Bergeron’s return to the show.

“The legend himself,” Hough wrote next to a red heart emoji.

Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz are reportedly coming back to The Mummy franchise.

ABC Audio has learned that the stars of one of Universal Pictures’ most-beloved action-adventure franchises are in talks to return for another film in The Mummy universe.

Fraser and Weisz would presumably reprise their roles of Rick O’Connell and Evelyn Carnahan from the films of the late ’90s and early 2000s in this new sequel.

The filmmakers Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, who are known as Radio Silence, will direct the fourth film in the franchise. They are known for the 2019 film Ready or Not. The duo also revived the Scream franchise in 2022. The pair will direct a script written by David Coggeshall, Deadline reports.

Universal Pictures had no comment when reached by ABC Audio.

Fraser starred in the original 1999 film, which co-starred Weisz. The movie told the story of a treasure hunter who awakens a cursed Egyptian priest who has supernatural powers. Fraser returned for its two sequels, The Mummy Returns and The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, while Weisz only appeared in the former.

Netflix has officially renewed Nobody Wants This for season 3.

The third season of the comedy series will premiere in 2026. It will continue to film in Los Angeles.

Kristen Bell and Adam Brody star as the agnostic podcaster Joanne and unconventional rabbi Noah who navigate their romantic relationship despite the challenges that get thrown their way.

Netflix shared a video to social media of Bell telling the cast the renewal news.

“@kristenanniebell surprises the cast of NOBODY WANTS THIS with the news that the show will officially return for season 3!” the post’s caption reads.

The show’s creator, Erin Foster, said she couldn’t be more excited for a third season.

“It is a privilege to be able to write about my favorite couple on a scale like this. As long as it doesn’t take too much time away from me watching reality TV at night, I’ll do it for as long as they want me to!”

Co-showrunners Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan said in a joint statement that they are grateful for another season.

“This job is criminally fun. Working with the uniquely gifted Erin Foster, this unbelievable cast of talented, hilarious pros, amazing writers, and incredible crew has been a truly great experience,” they said.

Season 2 finds Joanne and Noah’s spark to be “stronger than all of the obstacles trying to keep them apart. Now, they’re back and fully committed to merging their lives – and loved ones — together,” according to its synopsis. “But their differences still exist and can’t be ignored. The challenge now is not just falling in love against all odds, but staying together in spite of them.”

Nobody Wants This season 2 debuted on Oct. 23. It also stars Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn.

The official trailer for A Man on the Inside season 2 has arrived.

Netflix has released the trailer for the second season of the comedy series from creator Mike Schur. Ted Danson once again stars as Charles in the new season, which features a brand-new case, and a cast filled with fun guest stars and possible suspects.

“Eager to take on another big undercover case, Charles Nieuwendyk (Danson) gets his chance when a mysterious blackmailer targets Wheeler College president Jack Berenger (Max Greenfield), who enlists Charles to go undercover as a professor,” according to an official synopsis.

The trailer shows that Charles has many suspects — including a billionaire Wheeler graduate (Gary Cole) and a free-spirited music teacher (Mary Steenburgen). The latter “awakens feelings he thought he’d buried after the passing of his wife,” according to the season’s synopsis.

“I like your trench coat. You look like a spy!” Steenburgen’s Mona says in the trailer.

“What! That’s a ridiculous assertion,” Danson’s Charles says in response.

Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Lilah Richcreek Estrada, Stephanie Beatriz, Michaela Conlin, Lisa Gilroy, Stephen McKinley Henderson and Jason Mantzoukas also star in the new season.

The series is based on the Oscar-nominated documentary film The Mole Agent.

A Man on the Inside season 2 will be available to stream on Nov. 20.

Road House 2 has added six professional fighters to its cast.

Amazon MGM Studios has announced that Rico Verhoeven, Michael Chandler, Michael “Venom” Page, Dustin Poirier, Stephen Thompson and Tyron Woodley have joined the cast of the action sequel. Additionally, Jay Hieron has been set to reprise his role as Jax “Jetway” Harris in the upcoming film.

This group of actors joins star Jake Gyllenhaal and the previously announced ensemble members Leila George, Aldis Hodge and Dave Bautista.

Will Beall wrote the film’s script, although its plot still remains under wraps. The film’s production will take place in the U.K., Malta and Savannah, Georgia.

The studio promises that the new film will be “an even bolder, more adrenaline-charged ride” that brings “the franchise’s signature fighting spirit to new heights,” according to a press release.

Road House 2 is a direct sequel to the 2024 film Road House, which was a reboot of the ’80s classic film starring Patrick Swayze.

Verhoeven is a 13-time and the reigning Glory heavyweight world champion fighter, who has been recognized as The King of Kickboxing. Chandler is a UFC fighter and has won many Fight Of The Night and Fight Of The Year honors. Page is a British mixed martial artist and a former kickboxing champion. Poirier is a former UFC lightweight fighter, and Thompson is a former kickboxing world champion currently competing in the UFC’s welterweight division. Woodley is a professional fighter and boxer who has gone head to head with Jake Paul twice.

Cole Escola has joined the cast of One Piece season 3.

Netflix has announced that the Oh, Mary! creator has been cast as the beloved, fan-favorite character Bon Clay in the upcoming third season of the series.

People has bestowed its 2025 Sexiest Man Alive title on Jonathan Bailey.

In an interview with the outlet published on Monday, the Wicked star called the title “a huge honor.”

“Obviously I’m incredibly flattered. And it’s completely absurd,” he said. “It’s been a secret, so I’m quite excited for some friends and family to find out.”

Asked if he had told anyone about the honor ahead of this week’s announcement, Bailey said, “I told my dog Benson. … But no, I haven’t. How do you spell … NDA?”

He added that he expects “a lot” of his friends to give him grief about the title, saying, “They’ll be furious that I haven’t told them. And then they’ll just squeal with delight. They’ve seen me grow up. Behind the mask of being identified as a sexy man are other truths that they know and they’ve witnessed. They know the secrets.”

Bailey’s newest resume builder marks the 40th anniversary of People‘s Sexiest Man Alive franchise, which first began back in 1985 with Mel Gibson earning the inaugural title.

Bailey succeeds last year’s winner, John Krasinski, as well as Patrick Dempsey, who nabbed the cover in 2023.

Bailey is known for an array of roles both onstage and onscreen. His top billing included the hit series Bridgerton and Fellow Travelers, before breaking out on the big screen in 2024’s Wicked alongside Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, as well as 2025’s Jurassic World: Rebirth.

Bailey can be seen next in Wicked: For Good, in theaters Nov. 21.
