The official trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 2 is here.

Disney+ released the new trailer for the upcoming season of the series based on Rick Riordan‘s beloved bestselling books on Thursday.

This season follows the events of the series’ second book in the Percy Jackson series, The Sea of Monsters. It promises to have higher stakes, even more action and thrilling new monsters.

“After Camp Half-Blood’s protective border is breached, Percy Jackson embarks on an epic odyssey into the Sea of Monsters in search of his best friend Grover and the one thing that may save the camp — the legendary Golden Fleece,” according to its official synopsis. “With help from Annabeth, Clarisse and his newfound cyclops half-brother Tyson, Percy’s survival becomes essential to stopping Luke, the Titan Kronos, and their impending plan to bring down Camp Half-Blood — and ultimately, Olympus.”

Walker Scobell once again stars as the titular son of Poseidon. Leah Sava Jeffries and Aryan Simhadri also star as Annabeth Chase and Grover.

Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn and Daniel Diemer make up the rest of the main cast, while a star-studded cast of recurring and guest stars includes Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jason Mantzoukas, Timothy Simons, Courtney B. Vance, Andra Day, Margaret Cho and Kristen Schaal.

“You guys get nightmares, right?” Scobell’s Percy asks in the trailer. “I usually get ones that tell me the future. Or, try to kill me.”

Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 2 premieres with two episodes on Dec. 10. New episodes will debut every Wednesday.

Another Gremlins film is on the way.

Warner Bros. has announced plans for a third installment in the Gremlins franchise heading to theaters on Nov. 19, 2027.

The reveal was made by Warner Bros. Discovery CEO and President David Zaslav during the company’s third-quarter 2025 earnings call on Thursday.

Steven Spielberg will executive produce Gremlins 3 through his company Amblin Entertainment. Chris Columbus, who wrote the original film, is returning to direct and produce this new sequel.

Final Destination Bloodlines directors Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein are writing the film’s screenplay with Columbus.

When Gremlins 3 is released, it will mark the first film in the franchise in 37 years. The first Gremlins movie came out in 1984. It was directed by Joe Dante. Its sequel, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, was also directed by Dante but not written by Columbus. That film was released in 1990.

(BRAZIL) — Prince William walked in the footsteps of his mother, the late Princess Diana, while visiting Brazil this week.

William, 43, posed in front of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday, more than three decades after Diana did the same while visiting Brazil in 1991.

Diana traveled to Brazil on April 25, 1991, on an official visit with William’s father, King Charles III, then Prince Charles, whom she would go on to divorce five years later.

Describing William’s visit to Rio de Janeiro and the city’s ties to Diana, a Kensington Palace spokesperson told reporters Wednesday, “The Prince has loved meeting so many people from across Rio over the last few days. He’s been incredibly struck by the number of people who fondly remember his mother’s visit to this beautiful city.”

In addition to posing in front of the statue, both Diana — who died in 1997 following a car crash — and William took in the view of Rio de Janeiro during their respective visits.

William visited the landmark just hours before hosting the fifth annual Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony, where he announced the five winners of $1 million grants for environmental innovations.

On Thursday, the prince spoke at the COP30 Leaders Summit in Belem, Brazil, where he said by championing conservation efforts, he is following in the footsteps of his father, the king.

“I have long believed in the power of urgent optimism: the conviction that, even in the face of daunting challenges, we have the ingenuity and determination to make a difference, and to do so now,” William said. “I grew up with my father — the king — talking about the power of nature and the importance of harmony in the natural world, a subject he has championed for over five decades. It is a privilege to also represent him here today, as well as everyone else who has championed this cause for so many years.”

Kris D. Lofton is coming with a different energy on season 3 of Power Book IV: Force. After feuding with his brother Diamond Sampson, played by Isaac Keys, over the leadership of the CBI drug organization, he says his character, Jenard Sampson, is just looking to restore their relationship.

“This season, I think, it’s more about trying to, like, rekindle that brotherly bond and flame that he knows is buried deep down in there, in him and his brother,” Kris tells ABC Audio.

Getting in his way, however, are several factors, including his power-hungry girlfriend, Shanti “Showstopper” Page, played by Adrienne Walker; his addiction to heroin; and his distaste for drug dealer Tommy Egan, played by Joseph Sikora.

“[Jenard is] being pulled in two, three, four different directions,” Kris shares, adding “he’s essentially trying to make everybody happy.”

“He’s a people pleaser, but he’s also kind of manipulative in a way. And he kind of all over the place,” Kris continues. “[Jenard] has got a lot going on.”

Force returns Friday, marking the third and final season of the show. Jenard was first introduced to fans as the younger brother of Diamond, who kept the CBI drug organization afloat when Diamond was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

The tension began when Diamond quickly took the reins back upon his release and started working with drug dealer and Chicago implant Tommy Egan. The move made Jenard feel overlooked, leading to his desire to oust Tommy and reclaim his position with CBI.

Jenard’s story continues Friday with the season 3 premiere of Force. It will be available to watch on the Starz app and all Starz streaming and on-demand platforms.

Millie Bobby Brown has made some rare comments regarding her decision to get married at age 20.

The actress spoke about her marriage to Jake Bongiovi in a new interview with British Vogue.

Brown, who wed Bongiovi in May 2024 before the pair celebrated with their families at a larger ceremony that October, told the outlet she understood she was getting married at a young age. She was 20 at the time, while Bongiovi was 22.

“I understood I was young — I know that,” Brown said.

The actress said at the time of their first wedding the couple had been together for almost three years.

“I truly just can’t say it enough: when you meet that person, you know it,” Brown said.

Bongiovi is the second-youngest son of Jon Bon Jovi. The couple became parents this summer when they adopted their daughter. They shared the news to social media in August.

“We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,” the couple wrote at the time.

Brown also spoke about what it has been like to become a parent, calling it “a beautiful, amazing journey” and saying their daughter has “taught us so much already.”

“Our days are filled with lots of cuddles and laughter and love. It’s just endless joy,” Brown said.

She also revealed she has no plans to share her daughter’s name, hoping to keep her life private.

“For me, it’s really important to protect her and her story until she’s old enough to potentially one day share it herself,” Brown said. “It’s not my place to purposefully put her in the spotlight unwillingly. If she chooses to share her personality one day with the world, like I did when I was young, that’s something we’d support.”

The former host of Dancing with the Stars is making his return to the show for its special 20th anniversary episode on Nov. 11. He will join the panel as a guest judge for the special episode.

This marks Bergeron’s first appearance on Dancing with the Stars since he exited the program alongside former co-host Erin Andrews in July 2020. He had previously been part of the show since its debut in 2005, hosting it for 15 years and almost 450 episodes.

I’m grateful for that and for the lifelong friendships made. That said, now what am I supposed to do with all of these glitter masks?”

Bergeron appeared on Good Morning America on Wednesday to make the announcement. He said “it feels really good” to be coming back to the ballroom.

“I’m really looking forward to it,” Bergeron said.

Current host and former pro Julianne Hough shared support in a comment under the social media announcement of Bergeron’s return to the show.
