Ariana Grande’s long-awaited Eternal Sunshine tour launched in Oakland, California, on Saturday night. And, as its name suggests, the set list was heavy on songs from that 2024 album, as well as tracks from the deluxe version, Eternal Sunshine: Brighter Days Ahead, which came out last year.

All the extra tracks from the deluxe version made it onto the setlist: “warm,” “twilight  zone,” “past life,” “hampstead” and “dandelion.” She also performed multiple tracks from the original album, opening the show with “yes, and?” and also performing “supernatural,” “the boy is mine,” the title track, “we can’t be friends (wait for you love)” and “imperfect for you.”

Positions, the other album Ariana released since her last tour in 2019, was represented by three songs, including the title track.  Only one song from her upcoming album, petal, made it onto the set list, the single “hate that i made you love me.”

As for Ariana’s classic hits, fans got to hear “Dangerous Woman,” “Thank U, Next,” “Break Free,” “Into You,” “Honeymoon Avenue,” her Lady Gaga duet “Rain on Me” and “7 Rings.”

According to Rolling Stone, the set design was inspired by the flooded and destroyed house in the Brighter Days Ahead short film. At the end of the concert, she’s lifted up towards a set of alien spaceship-looking lights, just like the film.

The tour is set to continue through September.

(NEW YORK) — International rescuers have indefinitely suspended the search for two gold miners believed trapped in a cave in Laos, nearly three weeks after they were reported missing with five others who were rescued, officials said.

International dive teams that converged on the country’s Xaisomboun province, where monsoon flood waters trapped the miners last month, were heading back home on Sunday, a search coordinator told ABC News.

The cave system, according to the coordinator, has become too unstable to safely carry on with the search. The rescue coordinator said the hope of finding the two remaining miners is now very low.

While water in the flooded subterranean labyrinth has been pumped out and lowered to a manageable level, the coordinator said the entrance to the cave has become too unstable for rescuers to safely proceed with the operation.

A local rescue team will keep pumping water from the cave in hopes of a miracle, the coordinator said.

The operation was halted after rescuers explored a newly discovered 196-foot-deep shaft they had hoped would lead them to a chamber where they suspected the two miners might be. But no sign of the miners was reported.

A group of seven illegal gold miners entered the cave on May 19 and became trapped when monsoon rains flooded the cave’s entrance, rescuers said.

The rescue team was able to pump enough water out of the system for four miners to crawl out of the muddy abyss on May 30, authorities said. A day earlier, a fifth miner was able to crawl and swim out of the cave after he was taught how to scuba dive, rescuers said.

In an interview with ABC News last week, Josh Richards, an Australian diver who was part of the rescue operation, said the two remaining missing miners could be in a sixth chamber, past the one where the five other miners were located.

But Richards said some of the rescued miners told officials that there were only six of them trapped in the cave, including one who managed to extract himself at the outset of the emergency and alert authorities.

Richards said that one possible theory is that eight miners entered the cave and three got out on their own and went into hiding because their mining activities are illegal in Laos and subject to prosecution.

(TOLEDO, Ohio) — Twelve people were wounded, two critically, after gunfire broke out near an outdoor festival in Toledo, Ohio, on Saturday evening, police said.

Toledo Police Deputy Chief Joseph Heffernan said it appears there were at least two shooters who “probably” began shooting toward each other, with the victims caught in the crossfire.

Lt. Dan Gerkin said the ages of those shot ranged from 14 to 61.

No suspects are in custody.

The incident began unfolding around 5:37 p.m. local time when police received a call for a shooting near the Old West End Festival, a community event celebrating the historic neighborhood.

Police said the investigation continues.

“We’ll dissect what happened and who was responsible and certainly the motives are going to be one of them,” the deputy chief said. “You know, why would somebody do something like this? It’s horrible.”

He added later, “This is a perfect example of when bullets start flying, they can go anywhere. They can strike anybody.”

George Kral, the city’s director of public safety, urged anyone with information or evidence to come forward.

“There were several hundred people there tonight and everyone has one of these,” said,” he said, holding up a cellphone. “I know in my heart that footage is out there. So I am imploring my fellow Toledoans to look through your cellphone video and reach out to [the Toledo Police Department] and help them catch the people who did this.”

He added, “This is one of the most iconic festivals in Toledo, and it’s a shame that something like this had to ruin it.”

Anyone with information can text or call Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.

Toledo, a city of about 270,000 people, is located in Northwest Ohio.

In a message posted to its website, the festival announced that further events planned for Sunday were cancelled.

Olivia Rodrigo made a surprise announcement on Saturday that she’d be performing at Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona, Spain — and then used her set to debut a new duet with Robert Smith of The Cure.

The two songs Olivia’s already released from her new album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, both refer to the legendary British post-punk band: “drop dead” name checks The Cure song “Just Like Heaven,” while the second single is literally called “the cure.” The duet Olivia premiered is called “what’s wrong with me.”

Olivia introduced the song by saying, “I can’t believe this song exists with the person that it exists with. I’m just so f****** over the moon.”  She also mentioned that it’s the first time she’s had a feature on one of her albums.

After singing the first verse and chorus, Olivia said, “Ladies and gentlemen, will you welcome Robert Smith!!!” He walked out wearing his signature all-black outfit, lipstick, eye makeup and untamed hairstyle and took the second verse. The two then harmonized on the chorus: “My head is spinning and my stomach is sick/ Say I’m in love, so it’s hard to admit/ I can’t eat, I can’t sleep/ I think you’re what’s wrong with me.”

“I feel like I’m gonna cry,” Olivia said at the end of the song. “I can’t believe that that’s a thing that happened in the real world and not just a figment of my imagination.”  The performance was streamed live on Amazon Music.

According to setlist.fm, Olivia’s set also included “drop dead” and “the cure,” as well as past hits “vampire,” “deja vu,” “drivers license” and “good 4 u,” among others.

Olivia and Robert first performed together in 2025 at U.K.’s Glastonbury Festival.

Her album comes out June 12.

Jack White has gifted a social media star one of his signature guitars, after she went viral for posting clips of herself performing classic guitar riffs — badly.

Charlene Kaye has amassed a social media following thanks to videos where she butchers iconic songs while playing in a Guitar Center just to anger men.

Well, apparently White is a fan. In a new post, Kaye revealed that the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer sent her one of his signature Triplecaster guitars.

“I don’t know how to say this without bragging, so I’m just gonna brag,” Kaye says in the post. “Jack White sent me a guitar.”

She adds that after playing a gig at White’s Third Man Records in Nashville, she met his wife, Olivia Jean, who let her know that White was a fan and wanted to send her the instrument.

“It’s so dope, because not only does it mean that he is a feminist, he also has a sense of humor,” Kaye says of White’s fandom. “So, thank you, thank you Jack, for this beautiful Triplecaster, and to honor your legacy, I have started an all-Asian White Stripes cover band called the Rice Stripes.”

She then sang what she said was the band’s debut single, performing a parody of the White Stripes classic “Seven Nation Army.”

The Who is celebrating the 50th anniversary of their Who Put the Boot In tour with a set of limited-edition soccer jerseys, or football jerseys as they say in the U.K.

Why soccer jerseys? Well, the tour had the rockers playing three different U.K. football stadiums, and the merch line will consist of three different limited-edition collectible jerseys.

The first jersey to be released is inspired by the Charlton Football Club. The Who headlined a sold-out show at their home grounds, The Valley, on May 31, 1976.

In addition to the jersey, the set comes with a Who Put The Boot In tour pin, a tour poster, a replica ticket and a hand-numbered certificate of authenticity.

It is available now at TheWho.com.

While the other two jerseys have yet to be revealed, the other two stadiums The Who played on that tour were Celtic Park, home of the Celtic Football Club, in Glasgow, Scotland, and Vetch Field, home of Swansea City A.F.C., in Swansea, South Wales.

Adam Lambert takes it back to 2000 with new ‘ADAM’ single ‘Under the Rhythm’

Adam Lambert takes it back to 2000 with new ‘ADAM’ single ‘Under the Rhythm’
Adam Lambert (Nick Knight)

“Eat U Alive,” the first single from Adam Lambert’s upcoming album, ADAM, takes its sonic cues from ’90s alternative rock. But for his new single, “Under the Rhythm,” he’s looking back to 2000.

The dark dance tune interpolates ATC’s “Around the World (La La La La La),” which came out in November 2000 and hit the top 30 in 2001. There’s also a video that features a bizarre-looking Adam held captive in what looks like a mental institution before he breaks out, reverts to his normal self and dances in a darkened space together with a group of other people.

Adam says the song is “about overcoming life’s hardships through the connective and healing power of music,” adding, “It encourages the listener to keep pushing forward, one day at a time, one dance at a time, toward joy.”

“It’s easier to breath again/ The beat is in my soul/ Now I just need to find a friend/ To take the party home,” he sings, describing a night out at the club.

ADAM comes out July 10. Tickets are on sale now for his album release shows, which run from July 10 in LA through July 23 in Berlin, Germany, with stops in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and London.
