Kindred musical spirits and frequent tour mates Luke Combs and Ashley McBryde wrapped up the What You See Is What You Get tour together in 2021, and as a “thank you” to his opening act, Luke gave Ashley something special.

“Luke Combs built and gifted me a bar cart, and here is my reaction to seeing it,” Ashley wrote on TikTok, along with expletive-ridden video footage of her response the first time she saw her present.

“Oh s***. Oh s***!” the “Girl Going Nowhere” star exclaimed as she walked into the room and saw the cart and Luke standing beside it. As the reality set in, Ashley dissolved into laughter before going up to give her tour boss a hug.

Luke then gave her a tour of the cart, which features a lighted sign of her name and logo. Of course, the country superstar thought of everything, and set the bar cart up with all the fixings: It’s got cutting boards, a remote to control the light and a fridge stocked with what appears to be Truly Hard Seltzer.

“You’re the best,” Ashley replies at the end of the video, as Luke counters, “No, you’re the best.”

For his part, Luke recently reflected on the massive tour, which took two years plus and plenty of ups and downs to complete. He ended by saying that he was putting the “finishing touches” on his third studio album.

Adele‘s new album 30 is enjoying a sixth week at number one on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, which has now allowed her to join an exclusive club.

Adele has now spent 40 weeks at number one on the Top 200 over her career, counting 30‘s six weeks on top, plus 25, which spent 10 weeks at number one, and 21, which was number one for a record 24 weeks.

That makes Adele only the eighth artist in Billboard history to top the album chart for that many weeks, and she’s in very good company: The others are The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Taylor Swift, Garth Brooks, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and legendary folk act The Kingston Trio.

Of those seven, The Beatles are tops, having spent 132 weeks at number one, followed by Elvis with 67, Taylor with 55 and Garth with 52. Michael had 51, while Whitney and The Kingston Trio are tied with 46 each.

Meanwhile, on the Hot 100, Adele’s “Easy on Me,” which spent seven weeks at number one last year, now sits at number two. Her new single, “Oh My God,” is now at number 40 after debuting at number five in December.

After Jay-Z boasted two weeks ago, “No one can stand on that stage with me” in a Verzuz battle, the hip hop world has been debating who would be a fitting rival for Hova. Now Kodak Black has stepped up with a challenge, and a bet.

“I’ll do a [Verzuz] wit Jay Z,” the “Zeze” rapper tweeted with a smiling devil emoji. “‘IF’ he win he get 15% of my catalog I win he make me Vice President of roc nation.”

Lil Wayne, Eminem, Busta Rhymes and Kanye West are among the names that have been mentioned to battle the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer.

But even as Black hopes to get a shot at Jay-Z, he’s once again facing more legal problems. As previously reported, on New Year’s Day, he was arrested for allegedly trespassing in his South Florida hometown of Pompano Beach.

The Florida MC was released from prison in January 2021 after being pardoned by Donald Trump. He was arrested in April 2019 for weapons and drug possession and was serving a 46-month sentence in federal prison after pleading guilty to charges he falsified information while attempting to purchase guns in Miami. Black recently completed a court ordered 90-day drug rehabilitation program and was granted special permission by a judge to perform at the Rolling Loud New York Festival in October 2021.

Then in April, Black avoided going back to prison after he agreed to a plea deal for a sexual assault charge in South Carolina in 2016. He received 18 months probation and is required to attend counseling sessions.

Garth Brooks is plotting his course to San Diego, California for a just-announced 2022 Stadium Tour show. It’ll be the only time the Stadium Tour hits the West Coast.

The show is set for March 5 at Petco Park, a ballpark that boasts a stadium capacity of over 42,000 and is home to MLB team the San Diego Padres. It’ll be Garth’s first time playing the venue, and the first time he’s performed in San Diego for nearly seven years.

Despite the venue’s massive size, fans will have to act quickly in order to snap up their tickets to the show. Garth has been raking in impressive sales numbers for other stops on his Stadium Tour: In late November and early December, fans purchased a total 570,000 tickets across three different cities.

Of the 2022 dates announced on the Stadium Tour, only one — a March 26 stop in Orlando — isn’t quite sold out yet, though over 65,000 fans have already snagged their seats, according to Garth’s website. He’s got sold-out shows booked in Las Vegas and Baton Rouge, plus a sold-out, five-night stand in Dublin, Ireland’s Croke Park.

As ever for the Stadium Tour, seating will be in-the-round style. Tickets for the San Diego show go on sale on Friday, January 14.

Hulu has released a second trailer for the upcoming Pam & Tommy limited series about Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee‘s infamous sex tape.

While the first teaser focused mostly on the two men who stole and then sold the tape, played by Seth Rogen and Nick Offerman, the new clip gives us more of a preview of Lily James and Sebastian Stan‘s respective performances as the Baywatch superstar and the Mötley Crüe drummer.

“You don’t seem to understand what a big deal this is,” James’ Anderson tells Stan’s Lee, who replies, “I’m on that tape just the same as you.” When Anderson says that the tape is “worse” for her, Lee shoots back, “How is this worse for you?”

Pam & Tommy is set to premiere February 2 with three episodes. Subsequent episodes will air weekly.

It’s hard to believe, but there was a time when Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine wasn’t entirely covered in tattoos.

Brian Moghadam, a childhood friend of Adam’s who’s also a photographer, posted a picture of Adam on his Instagram that he says was taken “in high school probably in 1996 or 1997” — making Adam either 17 or 18 in the pic.  He’s wearing a short-sleeved, button-down plaid shirt and his arms are uncharacteristically free of ink.

“I literally picked up a camera in high school and never put it down,” Brian captioned the photo. “And since 2022 marks the 20th anniversary of Songs About Jane, I thought it would be nice to post old memories of the band through their early years…stay tuned for more memories…”

Songs About Jane, Maroon 5’s debut album, was released June 25, 2002. It made the band stars, thanks to a string of hits including “Sunday Morning,” “She Will Be Loved,” “Harder to Breathe” and “This Love.”

Last year, Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine told ABC Audio that the band was working on a documentary that includes footage of the sessions for that album. It’s not clear when it’ll be released.

According to E!, Adam now has more than 30 tattoos. He told People that he got his first one in 2001, when he was 21. That tattoo, which he acquired five days after 9/11, is of a dove: ” I felt this need to say something with this peaceful thing on my body,” he explained.

Kim Kardashian unfollows Miley Cyrus on Instagram following NYE special

Miley Cyrus has lost Kim Kardashian as an Instagram follower, further fueling the rumor mill the two are feuding over Saturday Night Live star, Pete Davidson.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Kim began following Miley in early December, which was around the time it was announced her rumored boyfriend would be hosting a televised New Year’s Eve spectacular with the “Midnight Sky” singer.  On Tuesday, the reality star hit the unfollow button, according to Page Six.

There are theories floating around about why the two are no longer Instagram mutuals, with the most obvious one being about Pete.

To recap, rumors that Miley had the hots for the comedian sparked after the two appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on December 10 to promote their upcoming holiday event.  The singer performed an impassioned cover of Yvonne Fair’s “It Should Have Been Me,” which some believed was a thinly-veiled jab at Kim, who — at the time — was photographed at the movies with the SNL star a few days prior.

“Pete Davidson, how could you do this to me?” she said during her performance and later quipped, “On the week of promoting our special!”

While it is unknown why Kim clicked that unfollow button, it certainly satisfied the rumor mill about a potential love triangle.

Kane Brown and his wife, Katelyn, gave fans a big surprise on New Year’s Eve when they revealed the news that they’d welcomed their second daughter, Kodi Jane. The news was especially shocking because the couple decided to keep Katelyn’s pregnancy private for the whole nine months, so no one even knew they were expecting.

But in the days since Kodi was born, The superstar pair have made up for lost time, sharing gorgeous maternity snapshots and an array of selfies from throughout Katelyn’s pregnancy.

This week, the singer’s wife shared a particularly special memory from their journey toward welcoming their second child: The day that she told Kane she was pregnant.

In a video she posted to social media, Katelyn displays her positive pregnancy test, then keeps the camera rolling as she wakes Kane up to surprise him. While Kane’s initially groggy as he’s waking up, he reacts with a wide grin once he realizes what’s happening.

The couple are already parents to a two-year-old daughter, Kingsley Rose. In music news, Kane is watching his current single, “One Mississippi,” rise up the country charts.
