Soon, fans of Rihanna‘s Fenty lingerie line will be able to physically peruse the shelves and hand pick their favorites.

On Friday, the Grammy winner announced that she’s expanding her franchise from the digital world to the physical world.  “2022, we coming in HOT! we bout to bring you a whole new #SavageXFenty experience with the launch of our brick-and-mortar retail stores!” Rih says in an Instagram post, and she also released a teaser of what one of her stores is going to look like.  The physical Fenty locations are extremely colorful and flaunt a sleek, modern design.

“Can’t believe it’s actually that time, and I can’t wait for you to have this experience irl,” she continued before revealing where exactly her excited fans can go shopping.  “Our very first locations: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.”

It’s obvious that more stores are to come, but Rihanna is keeping those details tightly under wraps.  The singer has yet to reveal when the lingerie stores will open their doors or if they’ll be selling new merchandise exclusive to their locations, but she’s been teasing that a big announcement should be expected very soon.

Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty line was launched in 2018 and has grown to sell more than women’s lingerie, including items for men, sleepwear and much more.  Her venture, paired with her Fenty Beauty line, has pushed Rihanna’s net worth past a billion dollars in 2021, according to Forbes.

Folk legend Judy Collins has been making albums for over 60 years, but for the first time ever, the 82-year-old singer will be releasing a record entirely made up of songs she has written.

Spellbound, which will be released on February 25, features 12 recently composed folk tunes, plus a new version of her 1990 gem, “The Blizzard.”

Collins tells Billboard that the project began coming together in 2016, after she tasked herself with writing a poem a day for 90 days, which, at her husband’s prompting, turned into a year.

Then, after the COVID-19 pandemic began, Judy says, “my job was to sit down at the piano and write a poem that day or try to finish the ones that were sitting there — if anything spoke to me as a song, write it. It’s the only thing I was doing.”

In the songs, Collins reflects on various aspects and periods of her life, including being part of early-’60s folk scene in Greenwich Village, traveling around the U.S. as a young woman, and her love of her longtime home of New York City.

“I thought I should write a script around it,” Collins jokes about the collection of songs. “It could very well be a musical, a history of my life.”

Her nostalgic tune “When I Was a Girl in Colorado” has been released as an advance digital single, and an animated video for the song has debuted at Collins’ official YouTube channel.

Judy tells Billboard that she has plenty more songs written, so a Spellbound II may be on the horizon. She also is planning a children’s record, another project with frequent collaborator Ari Hest and, possibly, a new duets album.

Collins also has dozens of 2022 concerts scheduled.

Here’s the Spellbound track list:

“Spellbound”
“Grand Canyon”
“So Alive”
“Hell on Wheels”
“Shipwrecked Mariner”
“When I Was a Girl in Colorado”
“Thomas Merton”
“Wild with Mist”
“Gilded Rooms”
“Prairie Dreams”
“City of Awakening”
“Arizona”

The Weeknd‘s all-new album, Dawn FM, is finally here and, with it, comes some speculation over whom he may be referencing in some of his songs.  One particular track has fans wondering if he confirmed his long-rumored relationship with Angelina Jolie.

The ballad “Here We Go… Again,” which is the eighth track on the album, features a lyric that gave some listeners a double take.  In it, he sings, “My new girl, she a movie star,” and that he “Loved her right /Make her scream like Neve Campbell.”

He continues singing in the track, “But I make her laugh/ Swear it cures my depressing thoughts/ ‘Cause, baby girl, she a movie star/ Baby girl, she a movie star/ I told myself that I’d never fall/ But here we go again.”

The Weeknd has yet to confirm if the song is about Angelina or another mystery woman.

In October, the Eternals actress was asked about her rumored relationship with the singer after the pair were photographed together several times.  When speaking with E!’s Daily Pop, host Justin Sylvester asked Angelina, “Your kids are at the age where they have opinions…were they more excited that you were in the Eternals, or that you’re friends with The Weeknd?”

Angelina replied with a smile, “They’re very excited about this film, if that’s what you’re asking. They’re very excited about this film.”

Other reports have since come out to say their relationship is cordial, but leave it to The Weeknd to get the rumor mill back up and running once again.

Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall and Jack Ingram are taking fans inside the making of their Grammy-nominated album, The Marfa Tapes, with an upcoming documentary film.

The movie, which has the same name as the album, will add a visual element to the Texas trio’s raw, acoustic project, which they recorded while on a songwriting and music-making trip to Marfa, Texas. The project captures the live energy of the songs, as well as the ambient noises of planes overhead, cows in a neighboring pasture and coyotes howling in the distance.

“It’s scary, it’s risky, it’s very, very vulnerable, to not have any fixes,” Miranda explains in a trailer for the documentary. “To not have any production. To just let the wind blow, and the birds, and the cows, and kinda let it be.”

The Marfa Tapes documentary film premieres January 20 on Paramount+.

‘The Boys’ season 3 debuts June 3

(SPOILERS) The third season of Amazon Prime’s Emmy-nominated hit The Boys finally has a release date: June 3.

The revelation was made after the first footage of the anticipated new season was revealed on the Amazon Prime Video web series Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman, an in-universe “news program” brought to you by the show’s Vought News Network.

Based on Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson‘s very graphic graphic novel series of the same name, The Boys series centers on an Avengers-like group of superheroes known as The Seven. But unlike their Marvel counterparts, most of them are anything but heroic. Opposing them are The Boys: Karl Urban as Billy Butcher and Jack Quaid as Hughie, and their pals, all of whom have various scores to settle with the not-so-super super people.

The new footage doesn’t reveal too much: It shows Erin Moriarity‘s Annie/Starlight and Homelander smiling for the paparazzi. Fans know neither want to be there after the events of the last two seasons.

As the camera closes on Homelander’s face and the flashes strobe, his smile is increasingly pained. After all, season 2 closed with the sociopath losing custody of his son, and the death of his new love — a superhero called Stormfront — after The Boys publicly exposed her as being a real-life back-in-the-day Nazi.

As the Omicron variant surges across the country, DJ Khaled is promoting a new home test for COVID-19.

The Grammy winner has partnered with the eMed company for a multi-million dollar “Keep America Healthy” campaign aimed at improving COVID-19 testing in the United States.

“Everybody, and I mean everybody has to be tested when they come to my house,” Khaled says in a promo video. “What’s so beautiful about eMed is that you can get tested at home, at your pool, your office, your studio, wherever you’re at. Right there, get tested and get your results in 15 minutes right there on your phone verified. Be smart. Trust, Verify.”

eMed CEO and co-founder Dr. Patrice Harris announced the collaboration with Khaled Wednesday at the CES tech trade show in Las Vegas.

“We believe that when people don’t feel well, they should be able to take an accurate test at home, receive verified and validated results and get rapid access to the right treatment as soon as possible,” Dr. Harris said in a statement “We’re thrilled to be in Las Vegas among like-minded disruptive companies showing how we can use technology to improve the human experience.

“I’m particularly excited about our upcoming campaign, as we know too well that the message is as important as the messenger,” she continued. “We need to cut through the noise and help Americans understand the options they have at hand to stay safe, healthy and productive.”

“It’s amazing!” Visual effects wizards on bringing ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ to life

“It’s amazing!” Visual effects wizards on bringing ‘WandaVision’ and ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ to life
Marvel Studios/Disney+

(SPOILERS FOR “SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME”) Cutting-edge tech company MARZ crafted eye-popping visual effects for shows like the Emmy-winning WandaVision and Watchmen, and for big-screen projects including Marvel’s Eternals and the recent blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home

The company’s name is an acronym for its stock in trade: Monsters, Aliens, Robots and Zombies. And while its wizards have brought those to life, it’s their expertise in more subtle effects that has won them acclaim.

The best effects are the ones we don’t notice. One of the company’s specialties is digital de-aging: doing with pixels things of which a plastic surgeon could only dream.

The company’s Partner and Chief Operating Officer Matt Panousis tells ABC Audio there’s a “huge demand” for their services. “[Y]ou have so many actors and actresses in their primes right now that want to maintain…their careers in their primes,” he says.

He adds, “it opens up the possibility for actors to play roles that are not representative of their true ages.”

Effects artist and company co-president Lon Molnar enthuses, “From a storytelling point of view, I mean, this is exciting for audiences to be able to see, you know, a younger Michael Douglas [in the MCU] or younger — I don’t want to give anything away — but in Spider-Man just being able to see, you know, younger actors or the way they were perceived 20 years ago.”

MARZ worked extensively on shaping Paul Bettany‘s Vision in WandaVision. So how do they feel about Bettany being nominated for an Emmy and a Golden Globe?

“I think it’s amazing, and we’re really pleased,” Molnar says, “…but at the end of the day, it all comes down to…Paul’s performance, and all we are doing is enhancing that performance.”

Walker Hayes eases his heartache with classic country music and alcohol in “Drinking Songs”

ABC

Walker Hayes might be “trying to stay out of AA” in his current single, but in his just-released new tune, “Drinking Songs,” he’s falling prey to “ciga-regrets” and the kind of heartache only a stiff drink can cure.

It’s the first song on the track list of Country Stuff The Album, an upcoming expansion on his 2021 EP of the same title. That project also includes his mega-hit, “Fancy Like,” plus follow-up single “AA” and 10 more tracks.

Though he’s six years sober, Walker says he loves revisiting the heady healing powers of alcohol through the lyrics of his new song.

“‘Drinking Songs’ is one of my favorites off the new album. I don’t drink anymore but I still connect with how a song can get you through, just like a drink can for some people,” he explains. “We’ve all been in a bar full of people singing together, arms around each other. Plus, the lyrics and the beat have a relatable quality to them that feels so country to me.”

Later this month, Walker’s kicking off The Fancy Like Tour.

Did Charlie Puth shade Billie Eilish on TikTok?

ABC/Randy Holmes

Charlie Puth may have opened up a can of worms after participating in the latest TikTok challenge, where people are asked to name a beloved singer that they can’t stand.  The “Attention” singer seemingly has no love for Billie Eilish.

Charlie didn’t say who he disliked outright, but he did leave enough context clues that have some fans believing he’s shading the Grammy winner.  The video starts with him beatboxing before he dramatically says, “I have my Invisalign in.  I wonder what note that is.”  He then rolls his eyes and resumes beatboxing.

It didn’t take long for speculation to begin in the comments to Charlie’s post.  You may recall that Billie is known for using an Invisalign, which is an alternative to metal braces. In the song “!!!!!!!,” which is the opening track of Billie’s debut studio album, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO?, Billie introduces the album and says she spit out her clear aligners.  In addition, her brother FINNEAS told Vulture that Billie has to take out her Invisalign because it makes her sing with a lisp.

Charlie has yet to clarify who he referenced in his TikTok video.
