If you want to take an “Escapade” through one of Janet Jackson‘s homes, you’re in luck.  She just listed her sprawling apartment in New York City for a cool $9 million.

Mansion Global reports the upscale 34th-floor property is located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, and offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the city skyline an Central Park, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows.  The spacious, 2,094 square foot apartment comes with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath.

The residence also includes a marble bath, walk-in closets, a library, gourmet kitchen, two entrances designed for entertaining and an open concept living space.

The perks continue with the building itself.  It’s attached to the Trump International Hotel, which offers a state-of-the-art gym, spa, swimming pool, housekeeping services, 24-hour room service from French chef Jean-Georges, valet parking, concierge, and a full-time doorman.

“Whenever entering my apartment of 25 years, I always treasured my home’s wonderful location and the breathtaking views that capture the magic and excitement of New York,” Janet’s quoted in the listing as saying. “Stepping through its threshold instantly made me feel so tranquil and at peace — so many memories.”

The “All For You” singer purchased the apartment in 1998 for $2.8 million but she hasn’t lived in it since 2019, so she put it on the market for $8.995 million.  The reason Janet decided to part with her home is because “it’s time for someone else to enjoy it and make new memories,” her spokesperson said.

Halyna Hutchins’ widower slams investigators for release of information in ‘Rust’ shooting

Halyna Hutchins’ widower slams investigators for release of information in ‘Rust’ shooting

In a strongly-worded letter to Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza, lawyers representing Halyna Hutchins‘ widower, Matthew, and young son Andros slammed Mendoza’s office for its release Monday of information related to the Rust investigation.

As reported Monday, the office released a trove of materials related to the fatal shooting of the cinematographer on the film’s set in October, including interviews with Alec Baldwin, who fired the fatal shot, as well as graphic footage of the attempts to save Hutchins’ life.

“Your office trampled on the constitutional rights over the Hutchins [family],” the attorneys’ letter reads, in part. “Your office promised to allow Mr. Hutchins to review the materials being publicly released in advance of their dissemination to the press…It failed to give the Hutchins [family] the dignity and privacy the New Mexico constitution affords them.”

Further, the letter asserts “The first time Mr. Hutchins saw the disturbing and unsettling video footage of his dying wife laying on the church floor was on Radar Online, an Internet website. A greater respect for the Hutchins’ constitutional rights would not have allowed this video footage to be released.”

“The potential consequences are disturbing given how information is misused on social media,” the attorneys argue. “We fear for example that this shocking footage of Andros’ mother dying may be material used by bullies to emotionally abuse him in the future.”

The attorneys also claim what’s “most troubling” is that the release of the material wasn’t legally required, they say.

The letter concludes with a demand that the sheriff’s office respects the Hutchins family’s “constitutional rights of dignity, privacy, respect, and fairness going forward,” as well as remove the video footage of Halyna.

“While the damage of publishing that video is irreparable, taking down the video will end your office’s complicity in causing further harm,” reads the letter.

Esmé Bianco alleges Marilyn Manson blocked collaboration with Deftones in amended lawsuit

Esmé Bianco has filed an amended complaint in her ongoing lawsuit against Brian Warner, aka Marilyn Manson, alleging that he put a stop to a planned collaboration she had with Deftones.

In the document, which was obtained by Rolling Stone, Bianco’s lawyers write that she took part in a video shoot for Deftones to provide images of herself that would be used in the production for the band’s ongoing international tour. She posted about the collaboration in her Instagram Story on April 12 with the “approval from the creative director.”

However, Bianco alleges that when Warner found out about her working with Deftones, he “proceeded to contact the band and confront them over Deftones’ decision to work with Ms. Bianco.”

“Defendant Warner used his power and influence in the entertainment industry to interfere with Ms. Bianco’s ability to continue working with the Deftones,” the complained reads. “Defendant Warner’s actions were intended to cause the contract with Ms. Bianco to be breached by the Deftones when they refused to utilize her images.”

Bianco says she was then informed that Deftones decided not to use her images for the tour “due to Mr. Warner’s inference,” resulting in “loss of the opportunity to work with a the highly regarded creative director” and “loss of exposure from her images being used during the Deftones’ world tour.”

In a statement to Rolling Stone, Bianco says, “By continuing to threaten my career opportunities, Warner again demonstrates that even amidst criminal investigation and civil litigation he will stop at nothing in an attempt to silence his victims.”

A rep for Deftones declined to comment to Rolling Stone. Warner’s rep also did not respond.

As previously reported, Bianco — an actor know for her work on Game of Thrones — is suing Warner for sexual assault. Warner has denied the allegations.

Tennis legend Serena Williams says she is “so grateful” to be honored by Nike, after the sports company unveiled an office building in her name at its world headquarters in Oregon on Wednesday.

In an Instagram post, Williams described the honor as childhood dream.

“When I was just a kid I visited the @nike campus and I saw that athletes get buildings! After that visit, I knew I wanted two things; to be a Nike athlete and to have a building,” she said. “it is beyond an honor and giving me chill bumps. I am so grateful to Nike and the Nike team.”

According to Nike, the Serena Williams building is now the largest office space on campus, spreading across one million square feet — the equivalent of 140 full-size tennis courts — and is where the Nike Consumer creation teams have access to many lab spaces.

The infrastructure includes 140,000 square feet of showrooms and work spaces, a footwear library, a color lab and the two-story, 140-seat Olympia Theater, named after Serena’s daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.

“The whole building takes your breath away,” Williams said in the Nike press release. “Every element, everywhere you go, is an opportunity to be inspired. I hope this building encourages people to bring out the best of themselves and to dream bigger than they thought possible.”

Williams joins a few other women who have buildings dedicated in their name, including Olympian Joan Benoit Samuelson and Olympic gold medalist soccer player Mia Hamm.

“Can you believe it? I have a BUILDING Y’ALL!!! This is CRAZY!!!,” Williams said.

Phil Collins accuses ex-wife of fraud in ongoing battle over mansion proceeds

Phil Collins and his ex-wife Orianne Cevey faced off — online, at least — Wednesday in front of a judge, in the latest chapter of their ongoing multi-million-dollar legal battle over Phil’s Miami mansion.

The New York Post reports that Phil and Orianne are fighting over the proceeds to the mansion, which he sold in January of 2021 for $40 million. Phil believes Orianne has no right to half the proceeds from the house; she thinks otherwise. In their latest court filing, Phil’s lawyers accuse Orianne of “committing a fraud” when it comes to the various affidavits she’s filed in connection with the case.

Phil and Orianne were married from 1999 to 2008. Orianne then married Charles Mejjati, but divorced him, she claims, after Phil promised to give her half of the proceeds from the Miami mansion if she split up with Mejjati. She also claims that Phil asked her to move in with him and said he’d “take care” of her.

Phil denies ever promising her half the house. However, the two did reconcile in 2016 and were together until 2020, when Orianne secretly married another man named Thomas Bates — who, court papers reveal, she “picked from a male escort site.”

She then moved Bates into the Miami mansion when Phil was in Europe; the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer was forced to legally evict them. Phil then sold the mansion and moved to Switzerland.

Phil’s lawyers say there are “literally dozens of additional irreconcilable conflicts between” Orianne’s position in the case and things she stated in 2016 when she divorced Mejjati.

Orianne was Phil’s third wife. They have two children: 21-year-old Nic — who drummed in Phil’s place during his farewell tour with Genesis — and Matthew, 17.

Sorry, fans: Despite what one of his managers said back in April, Post Malone‘s album won’t be out next month after all.

On Instagram on April 11, Post’s co-manager, Dre London, wrote, “@postmalone album coming next month!”  But now, Posty himself has confirmed that the album, Twelve Carat Toothache, will actually arrive June 3.

And London himself wrote, “I have been waiting a long time to tell the world ”Coming Soon” finally has a date June 3rd the long awaited @postmalone 4th Album ‘Twelve Carat Toothache’ pre save Let’s Go!!!”

Posty released the lead single for the album — the Weeknd-featuring “One Right Now” — back in November.  He recently revealed that the project, the follow-up to 2019’s Hollywood’s Bleeding, would feature collaborations with Doja Cat, The Kid LAROI, Roddy Ricch, and Robin Pecknold of indie folk band Fleet Foxes.
