The wins keep coming for Miley Cyrus. Thanks to her new #1 song “Flowers,” her entire music catalog is enjoying a streaming boom.

Billboard broke down how “Flowers” is performing on streaming services, saying the track earned 52.6 million streams in its first week. Fans bought the song 70,000 times.

“Flowers” is also shining a light on Miley’s back catalog. Her U.S. fans streamed her entire discography about 20.7 million times.

The tracks earning the biggest gains include her 2013 heartbreak anthem “Wrecking Ball,” which saw a surge of 59 percent; her 2009 breakout “Party in the U.S.A.,” with a rise of 35.4 percent; and “We Can’t Stop” after fans bolstered its streaming numbers by 46.3 percent.

Her 2020 track “Midnight Sky” earned some of the largest gains after fans upped its weekly streams from 1.7 million to 3.2 million, which is an 88.8 percent increase.

It should also be noted Bruno Mars‘ 2013 hit “When I Was Your Man” is enjoying a streaming boost, likely because fans are spreading a rumor that Miley’s ex Liam Hemsworth once dedicated that song to her. They believe Miley’s “Flowers” is a response, but that has yet to be proven.

Drake is taking the stage at a private event during Super Bowl weekend. The rapper will be performing at the annual invite-only h.wood Homecoming pop-up experience in Scottsdale, Arizona.

According to a press release, h.wood Homecoming will transform a private jet complex into “a two-story playground that showcases artists, brands and experiences in an unforgettable backdrop.” Drake will wrap the night up with his performance.

h.wood Homecoming will take place February 10 at Scottsdale Hangar One, with star-studded guests in attendance. Super Bowl LVII is set to go down two days later.

When the Grand Ole Opry returns to the Opry House in February, it’ll have a brand new look.

Right now, the world’s longest-running radio show is taking its usual January jaunt to its former home, the historic Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville. But now we know what they’ve been up to north of town in the Opryland area: building a new stage. 

The Opry’s iconic barn backdrop has long been part of its nearly 100-year history, which will officially hit the century mark in a couple years. While it’s been updated several times, we’ll have to see what the first major change in two decades brings. The new stage is part of $4 million worth of Opry upgrades.

You can tune in to get a first look at the new stage Saturday, February 4, at 9 p.m. ET on Opry Live on Circle Network. Jon Pardi, the Oak Ridge Boys, and The War and Treaty are all set to perform that night.

If you ever wanted to play harmonica like Mick Jagger, now’s your chance. The Rolling Stones frontman has teamed up with harmonica company Lee Oskar for a new line of harmonicas that will be available in 10 major diatonic keys.

“Always loved Lee Oskar harmonicas,” Jagger, who’s played harmonica on Stones songs like “Midnight Rambler” and “Gimme Shelter,” shares, “and now I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with them on a harmonica of my own.”

The harmonicas all feature Jagger and Oskar’s names on them and come in a Jagger-branded custom case to keep them safe. They sell for a little over $60 and are now available for preorder, with shipments going out starting February 8.

Reba McEntire‘s inviting you to her place for a show this week.

Thursday night, Reba will do a special concert at the grand opening of her new attraction, Reba’s Place in Atoka, Oklahoma. Though the performance is closed to the public, you can check it out starting at 7:45 p.m. ET on her socials. 

Located near her hometown, Reba’s Place is a restaurant, bar, music venue and store built in an old Masonic Temple. The two-story building houses a restored antique bar, as well as a rotating collection of memorabilia from the Country Music Hall of Famer’s career.

Kim Petras has released several sexually charged songs, but have they impacted her dating life?

Speaking with Meghan Trainor on her Workin’ On It podcast, the “Unholy” singer said she’s been “single for a while.” She said she’s concerned her Slut Pop EP, which she released in February and contained explicit tracks, such as “Throat Goat,” has somehow set high expectations for her in the dating world.

“It kinda made me … scared to date again,” Kim laughed. “A lot of guys that I’ve been meeting know that record and it’s just immediately, like, ‘Augh, that’s so terrifying!'” Kim called the EP somewhat embarrassing because it’s “so exaggerated.”

“I just think that sexuality and sex is way more open [in Germany] than it is [in America]. It’s not, like, so shamed,” she continued. Kim grew up close to Cologne, Germany, and recalls being taught by her parents that “sex is a great thing — it’s not embarrassing.”

Meghan said she had the opposite experience growing up, noting she “never had the sex talk” and wishes her parents had sat her down for one. She also noted how “there was so much shame” associated with sex when she was younger.

Because of that, Meghan cracked, “I’m gonna make sure my kids — I’m going to play Slut Pop when they’re 6 and let them know this is what people do.” 

Kim was open to the idea of her EP soundtracking sex talks. “Just play your kid this, you don’t have to talk to them,” she laughed. 

Elsewhere in the interview, Kim spoke how excited she is to officially call herself “Grammy-nominated.”

“I feel like people see me now like I’ve seen myself for a long time,” she said.

Ella Mai will be taking her sophomore effort on the road. Kicking off March 31 in Wallingford, Connecticut, the Heart On My Sleeve Tour will visit a total of 34 cities across North America. It will wrap June 1 in Toronto, Canada.

Heart on My Sleeve dropped in May, featuring guests Latto, Roddy Ricch and Lucky Daye. Ella plans to release a deluxe edition on February 2.

“The deluxe tracks are some of my favorite songs currently so I’m happy to be able to share them with the world,” Ella said in a statement, per Rap-Up. “I get to bring new life to a body of work that is a year old but remains very close to my heart. Likewise with the Heart On My Sleeve Tour. This is the first time I’m getting to perform some of these tracks live. It’s almost like reading your diary aloud in front of an audience, but there’s no better place for me to be vulnerable than in my music and on stage with my fans.” 

Tickets to Ella’s upcoming tour go on sale January 27 at 10 a.m. local time, preceded by a presale starting January 25.

Move over, Dave Grohl‘s fake metal band — get ready for Daisy Jones & The Six.

The story of the fictional ’70s group, which had the talent of a Fleetwood Mac and also the drama of a Fleetwood Mac, is told in the hit 2019 novel Daisy Jones & The Six. Written by Taylor Jenkins Reid, the book is being turned into a limited series on Amazon Prime Video. Ahead of the show’s premiere, musicians including Marcus Mumford and Phoebe Bridgers have contributed to Aurora, a real-life version of the debut Daisy Jones & The Six album.

Aurora features lead vocals by the show’s stars Riley Keough and Sam Claflin, and songs co-written by Mumford, Bridgers and Jackson Browne. Additionally, it includes contributions from instrumentalists who’ve played with Pearl Jam, Nine Inch Nails, David Bowie, The Who, Elton John and Jeff Beck.

Both Aurora and the first episode of Daisy Jones & The Six will drop on March 3. The show also stars Suki Waterhouse, Will Harrison, Josh Whitehouse and Sebastian Chacon as members of The Six.
