The biggest night in music took place on Sunday, as the 2026 Grammy Awards were hosted for the sixth time by Trevor Noah at the Crypto.com Arena in LA. This marked the last year CBS will air the awards ceremony, as it moves to ABC in 2027.

Bad Bunny won the top award of the evening, taking home the album of the year prize for Debí Tirar Más Fotos. Harry Styles presented him with the award after he made history as the first Spanish-language album of the year winner.

“I want to dedicate this award to all the people that had to leave their homeland, their country, to follow their dreams,” he said in his acceptance speech.

Bad Bunny also won the Grammy for best música urbana album. As soon as he took to the stage to accept that award, he said, “ICE OUT. We’re not savages, we’re not animals, we are humans and we are Americans.”

The Debí Tirar Más Fotos musician continued, saying, “The hate gets more powerful with more hate. The only thing that is more powerful than hate is love. So please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love.”

The Recording Academy spread the love this year, with awards going to many different artists during the ceremony. Lady Gaga won best pop vocal album for Mayhem, while Lola Young pulled off an upset and took home the award for best pop solo performance for her song “Messy.” Young was so shocked that she ran onstage without having prepared a speech, and accidentally cursed on mic as she accepted her award.

Meanwhile, Billie Eilish won song of the year for her track “Wildflower” from the album Hit Me Hard and Soft. She took to the stage with her brother and collaborator FINNEAS, where she said in her acceptance speech, “No one is illegal on stolen land.”

Record of the year went to “luther” by Kendrick Lamar and SZA. Cher presented the award, mistakenly saying that it was won by Luther Vandross. When Lamar took the stage to accept the award, he made sure to thank Vandross. Earlier in the night Lamar also walked away with a win for best rap album for GNX.

As for performances, Bruno Mars started off the evening singing his nominated hit song “APT.” with ROSÉ. Later on in the show, he also performed his new smash hit “I Just Might.”

Despite going home empty-handed, Sabrina Carpenter gave an entertaining performance of her nominated song “Manchild.” Dressed as a pilot, she performed on a set that resembled an airport, with a full-size plane and all. She arrived to the stage on a moving luggage carousel and even took to an airport intercom midway through the song, telling the audience, “Hey Grammys, how ya doing? It’s your captain, Sabrina, speaking. If you came here tonight for a little validation, stand up and I want you to put your hands together!”

Olivia Dean lit up the stage to sing her hit “Man I Need” from The Art of Loving, before she won the award for best new artist. All of the other best new artist nominees also gave performances, including KATSEYE, The Marías, Addison Rae, sombr, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren and Young.

Billie Eilish and Lola Young were among the winners at the 2026 Grammys.

Eilish won song of the year for “Wildflower,” and used her speech to criticize U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE.

“No one is illegal on stolen land,” Eilish said.

Young took home best pop solo performance for “Messy.”

“I don’t have any speech prepared,” a surprised Young said as she took the stage. “Obviously I don’t, it’s messy, do you know what I mean?”

Young was also nominated for best new artist, and performed “Messy” as part of a medley featuring every one of the best new artist nominees, including sombr and The Marías. The best new artist award ultimately went to Oliva Dean.

The Grammys will air on ABC in 2027.

The late Ozzy Osbourne was celebrated with a musical tribute at the 2026 Grammy Awards Sunday night.

During the in memoriam portion of the evening, Guns N’ Roses members Slash and Duff McKagan, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and producer Andrew Watt teamed up to perform the Black Sabbath classic “War Pigs,” with music star Post Malone handling the vocals.

Many of these artists had a connection to Ozzy, with Guns N’ Roses and Smith playing 2025’s Back to the Beginning concert, which took place two weeks before Ozzy’s death and marked his final live concert.

Watt produced Ozzy’s final two solo albums, 2020’s Ordinary Man and 2022’s Patient Number 9. Slash, McKagan, Smith and Malone also contributed to those albums. Ozzy also performed alongside Malone at the 2019 American Music Awards.

The Ozzy tribute wasn’t Watt’s only Grammy performance. Earlier in the evening he joined Lady Gaga for her performance of “Abracadabra,” which featured former Foo Fighters and current Nine Inch Nails drummer Josh Freese.

The 2026 Grammy Awards took place Sunday at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and aired on CBS. The 2027 Grammy Awards will air on ABC.

Box sets from Joni Mitchell and Bruce Springsteen took home trophies at the 2026 Grammy Awards.

Mitchell was the winner for best historical album for her box set Joni Mitchell Archives – Volume 4: The Asylum Years (1976-1980), her 11th career Grammy win. As for Springsteen, although he did not win an award, the art directors behind his box set Tracks II: The Lost Albums won best recording package.

And while Springsteen was not at the ceremony, he did help the Grammys pay tribute to The Beach Boys Brian Wilson, who passed away in June at age 82.

“Brian Wilson was the kind of shining musical genius who made generations of songwriters so much better. I know this because i’m one of them,” Springsteen said in a voice-over that accompanied a video tribute to Wilson. He added, “Brian, the last of the Wilson brothers, may be gone but he leaves behind so many great songs and good vibrations that will live forever.”

John Mayer voiced a similar tribute to the late Grateful Dead founding member Bob Weir, who died in January at 77.

“To play music with Bob Weir was to learn from a master. He understood songwriting to its core, having written and performed some of the most enduring music in American history,” Mayer said as photos and video of Weir played on screen. “Bob has left us, but the songs he sang will remain a roadmap for a better, more meaningful life.”

The 2026 Grammy Awards took place Sunday at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and aired on CBS. The 2027 Grammy Awards will air on ABC.

We are getting our first look at The Devil Wears Prada 2.

The trailer for the sequel to the 2006 hit just dropped, giving fans a peek at the reunited cast, including Meryl Streep as Miranda Priestly, Anne Hathaway as Andy Sachs, Stanley Tucci as Nigel and Emily Blunt as Emily.

The clip begins with a voice-over from Tucci, as we see Hathaway’s character entering the offices of Runway magazine.

Runway is not just a magazine, it’s a global icon, a winding road that brings us back together again,” he says.

We then see Andy walk into Miranda’s office, only for Miranda to not recognize her. “Sorry, who is this?” Miranda asks Nigel. “Do you know her? Do I know her?”

The trailer cuts to clips of Miranda and Andy in a bunch of glamorous locations. It ends with Miranda, Andy and Nigel bumping into Blunt’s character in the office.

“Am I having a hallucination?” she says, with Miranda once again surprised that someone knows Andy. “We were at Runway at the same time,” Emily says, before Miranda quips, “Really? Where was I?”

The Devil Wears Prada 2 opens in theaters May 1.

In the history of Hollywood and the world of entertainment, around two dozen people have achieved what is known as EGOT status, the ultimate prize amid the industry’s yearly awards season.

On Sunday Steven Spielberg became the newest member of Hollywood’s EGOT club when he won his first-ever Grammy.

EGOT is an acronym for the four biggest awards in the entertainment industry: the Emmys, the Grammys, the Academy Awards or Oscars and the Tonys.

Spielberg nabbed his win for best music film for Music by John Williams, which he produced. Spielberg’s Grammy completes his EGOT status, adding to his already stacked trophy case, which includes three Oscars, four Emmys and one Tony.

Following the Grammy win, Spielberg’s production company, Amblin Entertainment, shared a post on Instagram congratulating the team behind the film, including director Laurent Bouzereau and Spielberg on his EGOT status.

The post also included a statement from Spielberg, who said of his Grammy win, “This acknowledgment is obviously deeply meaningful to me because it validates what I have known for over 50 years: John Williams influence on culture and music is immeasurable and his artistry and legacy is unrivaled. I am proud to be associated with Laurent’s beautiful film.”

Demond Wilson, the actor best known for his starring role as Lamont Sanford on the beloved NBC sitcom Sanford and Son, has died. He was 79.

News of Wilson’s death was confirmed to ABC News in a statement from his longtime publicist, Mark Goldman of Goldman McCormick PR.

“The family of Demond Wilson is deeply saddened by his passing,” the statement read.

Goldman added, “Personally, I had the privilege of working with Demond for 15 years, and his loss is profoundly felt. He was an unbelievable man, and his impact will never be forgotten. The family appreciates the support and understanding of the community during this difficult time.”

He added that no further details were available and Wilson’s family had no information to share.

Born Grady Demond Wilson, the actor began building his career in the early 1970s, making an uncredited appearance in the 1970 film Cotton Comes to Harlem.

He went on to land small roles in several high-profile television series, including All in the Family, Mission: Impossible, and Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.

Wilson’s breakthrough came in 1972 when he was cast as Lamont Sanford, the level-headed son and business partner to Redd Foxx‘s Fred Sanford, on Sanford and Son.

The series, adapted from the British show Steptoe and Son, became a ratings powerhouse and a cornerstone of 1970s television, running for six seasons and cementing Wilson’s place in TV history.

After Sanford and Son ended its run in 1977, Wilson starred on the sitcom Baby … I’m Back! and later appeared on The Love Boat, The New Odd Couple and Girlfriends.

He is survived by his wife Cicely Loise Johnston and six children.
