XXXTentacion has a new song out titled “I’m Not Human,” which features Lil Uzi Vert. The track, initially released on Soundcloud, became available on DSPs Sunday, June 18, which marked five years since his tragic passing.

Kim shared a clip to an unreleased song that she had “in tha tuck,” and Cudi took to his Instagram Story to share a snippet of a song produced by BNYX. Michael Imperioli is paying tribute to his Sopranos co-star James Gandolfini 10 years after his death.
“Batman and Robin…my favorite picture of us,” Imperioli wrote in the caption of an Instagram post, which included a photo of him and Gandolfini from the 55th Primetime Emmy Awards in 2003.
“I can’t help thinking where we ended up that night and what you said,” Imperioli continued. “That was one for the books….It’s so very strange that it’s 10 years today since you left us. Would love to have shot one more scene or had another laugh or one more late night chat.”
“Forever grateful to have done so much work together, to have spent so much time in your company and for all the generosity and kindness,” Imperioli wrote. “Miss you lots as do many on the planet.”
Gandolfini played New Jersey mob boss Tony Soprano, the titular character of The Sopranos, from 1999 to 2007. The series followed his character as he sought help from a therapist for panic attacks brought on by problems at home and at work as the leader of a criminal organization.
The role earned Gandolfini a Golden Globe for best actor in a television series, several Screen Actors Guild awards and three Emmys for outstanding lead actor in a drama series.
Gandolfini died in Rome, Italy on June 19, 2013, after suffering a heart attack. He was 51.
Shania Twain is set to release an expanded version of her latest album, Queen Of Me: Royal Edition (Extended).
Sharing in an announcement on Twitter, Shania says the project will include “a couple of tracks that some of you may be familiar with,” as well as two unreleased songs: “Done & Dusted” and “On Three” featuring “Achy Breaky Heart” hitmaker and fellow ’90s country star Billy Ray Cyrus.
“I’d already written On Three and was in the studio recording it, I could just hear a sexy man with a southern accent counting the song in and the first person that came to mind was @billyraycyrus [laughing emoji],” Shania shares. “I called him up and literally had him record it down the phone.”
Shania’s Queen of Me arrived in February. In April, the country-pop icon gave it the deluxe treatment by adding five new tracks.

Dreamville stars J. Cole and Bas have teamed up for “an exclusive summer heater.” The track has yet to be released but can be heard at parties hosted by live music event experience and culture platform Everyday People.
“I gave my bro DJ Moma an exclusive summer heater me and J. Cole cooked up this week,” Bas tweeted. “Pull up on my Everyday People fam in a city near you to hear it. The song not out nowhere don’t look.”
Cole previously collaborated with Bas on 2016’s “Night,” 2018’s “Tribe” and 2021’s “The Jackie.”
He recently partnered with Lil Durk for the single “All My Life” — a joint effort the Chicago rapper says was two years in the making.
“It’s so crazy because we’d been talking for like, two years, and he’d always be like, ‘Send me a record.’ And I’m like, ‘I gotta find the right record,'” Durk said on The Nadeska Show. “I’m glad I waited two years. In my eyes, he a legend. If you have a chance to do a song with a legend, it be like, will you send them something just to send it, just to say you got one, or you gone make it stick. So that’s why I never just sent him a record. Cause I’m like, ‘I want something that’s gon’ stick.’”
Durk noted Cole “was the first person to pop in my head” when he “did the record.” “I believe in timing. Timing is everything,” he said. “All My Life” now sits at #13 on the Billboard 200.

As previously reported, the Nine Inch Nails frontman talked about his thoughts on pop music during an interview on producer Rick Rubin‘s Tetragrammaton podcast, explaining that while he’s long not been a fan of the genre — “I think it sucks, generally,” he quipped — he developed a different perspective while watching his 6-year-old daughter sing along to one of Lipa’s songs.
“She’s so into it, it was so cool,” Reznor said of his daughter. “This is her music. This is her thing.”
He continued, “It really reminded me that the art of writing a well-crafted song … I teared up listening to a Dua Lipa track the other day, ’cause it was just a really well done piece of music.”
After the music site Stereogum posted about the interview on Instagram, a reader left a comment wondering which Lipa track made the “Hurt” rocker cry. Reznor responded by revealing the culprit was Lipa’s hit “Levitating.”
“Her execution was spot on,” Reznor shared. “When she got to the ‘sugarboo’ line it broke me.”
Houston rapper Big Pokey passed away Sunday, June 18, after collapsing onstage in Beaumont, Texas, ABC13 reports. He’d been tapped to perform at Pour09 Bar& Rooftop as part of the Juneteenth celebration, where he eventually passed out. Footage shared on Twitter shows him falling backward at the bar with a microphone in hand.
“It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Milton ‘Big Pokey’ Powell,” reads a post shared on Pokey’s Instagram account.
“He was well loved by his family, friends and loyal fans. In the coming days, we will release information about his celebration of life and how the public can pay their respects. We ask that you respect his family and their privacy during this difficult time. Big Pokey will forever be ‘The Hardest Pit in the Litter,’” the post continues, referencing the rapper’s 1999 debut album.
Pokey’s death has since been met with heartfelt tributes, including one from fellow Screwed Up collective member Bun B.
“I wasn’t ready for this. One of the most naturally talented artists in the city. Low key, humble mountain of a man who moved with honor and respect,” he captioned an Instagram photo of Pokey. “He was easy to love and hard to hate. He’d pull up, do what he had to do, and head home. One of the pillars of our city. If heart of gold was a person. Iconic member of the SUC. There will never be another, and will be missed dearly. We love and honor you, Sensei. Rest in heaven.”

The short clip featured a static photo that read, “The summer song you didn’t know you needed… coming soon.” Chris also captioned the post “Young Love And Saturday Nights,” possibly hinting at the song’s title.
