En Vogue will tour this summer with TLC and Salt-N-Pepa, performing with members Terry Ellis, Maxine Jones and Cindy Herron. In an interview with People, the group addressed the absence of Rhona Bennett and Dawn Robinson.

According to the group, Bennett’s absence stems from unresolved contract negotiations. Ellis said Bennett was allowed to continue performing without a signed agreement, though “there was a lot of going back and forth between attorneys.”

When terms remained unsettled, the group performed without her at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Ellis claimed they later learned on social media that Bennett had left, adding, “She could be here, she chose not to be.”

Addressing Robinson, Ellis pushed back on her claim that the group wasn’t paid well for their success. She said Robinson “became adamant about being solo.” “She’s told us multiple times, ‘I’ll never come back.’ The door has never been closed to Dawn,” Ellis said. “We’ve always wanted her back. We wish her the best.”

Bennett has since responded to several points from the interview. She said in a Facebook post that she had consistently “prioritized En Vogue” throughout various contract cycles and was not informed in advance about the Hall of Fame performance. She also rejected the claim that the group learned of her departure through social media, stating that she made her announcement two days after her attorney received an email that the contract offer was withdrawn on Nov. 11.

“Ultimately, the terms presented were not aligned with my values or a level of mutual respect in the relationship,” she wrote on Facebook. “I spent over 20 years being connected to the brand and contributing to the group’s legacy. My position is rooted in self-respect.”

Mitchell Tenpenny walks the night streets of Gallatin, Tennessee, in the video for his new single, “Speed of Light.”

He also plays the piano in the middle of the road in the new clip shot on the outskirts of Nashville.

“I wrote ‘Speed of Light’ with some of my best friends, including one of my favorite artists and close friends—Teddy Swims,” Mitchell says. “We started the session talking about euphoric songs, songs that feel like outer space, and that’s how we ended up on ‘Speed of Light.’”

Jesse Hampton and Dallas Wilson are Mitchell’s other co-writers on the tune.

“I didn’t have a super great love song in my catalog that reflects who I am today, so this feels like my song,” Mitchell adds.

Speed of Light is the name of Mitchell’s headlining tour, which continues as he sets out on HARDY’s COUNTRY! COUNTRY! trek April 9 in Knoxville.

Traffic co-founder Dave Mason has released his first children’s book, Hole in My Shoe, a reimagining of his 1967 song, which he wrote when he was just 19 years old.

“‘Hole In My Shoe’ was the first song I ever wrote,” says Mason. “Released by Traffic in 1967, it spent 14 weeks on the U.K. charts, climbed to #2, and has carried its charm ever since. Now, it’s been reimagined as a children’s book for all ages.”

He notes, “I’ve had the lyrics beautifully illustrated and re-recorded the song, which is included as a download inside the book—and it’s the only way you can hear it.”

The new version of “Hole in My Shoe” features guitarist John McFee of The Doobie Brothers, with Mason’s wife contributing the spoken word passages to the song. The book includes a QR code for a free download of the updated recording.

“It brings great satisfaction [to] revisit my first creative endeavor,” he says of the book, which features illustrations by Jillian Dister. “A lot of miles and music have happened since then, and that song opened a door to a life bigger and better than I ever imagined.”

The book is available for purchase now at DaveMasonMusic.com.

In September, after more than 60 years in music, the 79-year-old Mason announced that he was retiring from touring due to ongoing health issues. While this is his first children’s book, he previously released his memoir, Only You Know and I Know, in 2024.

Céline Dion has confirmed what many had already assumed: she’s returning to the concert stage in Paris.

In a video message on Instagram Monday — the Canadian superstar’s birthday — Céline says, “This year, I’m getting the best birthday gift of my life. … I’m getting the chance to see you, to perform for you once again in Paris, beginning in September.”

The video was also shown on the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

“I’m feeling good, I’m strong, I’m feeling excited, obviously a little nervous, but most of all, I’m grateful to all of you. I love you all and I’ll see you soon!”

CELINE DION PARIS 2026 will be a five-week engagement at Paris La Défense Arena, which holds 40,000 people, starting Sept. 12. She’ll play a total of 10 nights through Oct. 14. According to a press release, the show will feature the singer’s “most beloved hits in both French and English.”

You can register for the presale on celinedion.com now through Thursday at 1 p.m. ET. The presale starts April 7; tickets go on sale to the general public April 10 at 4 a.m. ET. VIP packages will also be available.

Céline last performed a full concert on March 8, 2020; she was forced to cancel her Courage World Tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A planned 2021 residency in Las Vegas never materialized due to her stiff-person syndrome diagnosis, a rare condition that causes debilitating muscle spasms.

Céline choosing Paris as the city for her engagement is fitting: Her first public performance after revealing her diagnosis took place at the Eiffel Tower during the 2024 Olympics.

Euphoria fans are getting another glimpse of the highly anticipated third season of the show.

In a new trailer released Monday, Rue, played by Zendaya, is being interrogated by DEA agents. “Have you ever been to Mexico?” an agent asks, to which she responds, “Me? In Mexico?” The trailer then continues with scenes of Rue in the country.

Also featured are clips of Nate (Jacob Elordi) and Cassie’s (Sydney Sweeney) wedding, as well as Cassie admitting to him that she’s working with his ex Maddy (Alexa Demie) on her adult content creation. Jules (Hunter Schafer) is seen returning to sex work before Rue offers to be her sugar daddy. Meanwhile, Lexi’s (Maude Apatow) play gets great reviews from Sharon Stone’s character, an executive.

Rue is also shown holding a Bible and being confronted by Colman Domingo’s Ali, who tells her to undo the evil by changing herself. He is seen later in the trailer on a hospital bed, among other teaser moments.

The full third season of Euphoria, created, written, directed and executive produced by Sam Levinson, premieres April 12 on HBO and HBO Max. Picking up after a time jump, the official logline says the story follows “a group of childhood friends” who “wrestle with the virtue of faith, the possibility of redemption, and the problem of evil.”

Eric Dane, Martha Kelly, Chloe Cherry, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Toby Wallace also star in the show.

Dane, who plays Nate’s father Cal Jacobs, passed in February following his battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS.

Angus Cloud, who portrayed Fezco in seasons 1 and 2, died in 2023 of an accidental overdose.

Puscifer has premiered the video for “A Public Stoning,” a track off the Maynard James Keenan-led band’s new album, Normal Isn’t.

The clip, streaming now on YouTube, animates the panels from latest issue of Puscifer’s Tales from the Pusciverse comic book series, which is about a mysterious briefcase.

“The Briefcase has been part of the Puscifer mythology for years,” Keenan says in a statement. “Everyone wonders what exactly is inside. This issue doesn’t necessarily answer the question… but it moves the story forward.”

Normal Isn’t, the fifth Puscifer album and the follow-up to 2020’s Existential Reckoning, dropped in February. Puscifer is currently on a U.S. tour in support of the record into mid-May.

The U.S. Army is looking into why two helicopters flew by Kid Rock’s Nashville residence on Saturday.

Rock posted a video on Instagram showing one of the aircrafts hovering above his pool. The “Bawitdaba” artist is seen clapping and saluting the helicopter before it flies away.

“God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend her,” Rock wrote in the caption.

According to a U.S. official, the choppers are AH-64 Apache helicopters part of the 101st Airborne Division, based out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

“The Army is aware of a video circulating online that appears to show AH‑64 Apache helicopters operating in the vicinity of a private residence in the Nashville area,” reads a statement from an Army spokesperson. “Army aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism, and established flight regulations. An administrative review is underway to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements.”

“Appropriate action will be taken if any violations are found,” the statement continues. “Until the review is complete, there will be no further comment.”
