Natalie Portman is expecting a third child.

The Oscar-winning actress, 44, revealed the news in an exclusive interview with Harper’s Bazaar published on Friday. It’s her first baby with her partner, French music producer Tanguy Destable.

“Tanguy and I are very excited,” she said. “I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle.”

Portman, who didn’t share specific details about her pregnancy, acknowledged the challenges people may face with pregnancy and trying to conceive.

“I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant,” she said. “I have so many people I love who’ve had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it’s also not an easy thing.”

She continued, “And so I know how lucky it is. I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude.”

Giving birth later in life is a growing reality in the United States.

According to recent data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, from 1990 to 2023, birth rates have declined among women in their 20s and increased among women in older age groups.

Compared to birth rates in 1990, the birth rate increased 71% among women ages 35–39 (from 31.7 to 54.3), 127% (from 5.5 to 12.5) among women ages 40–44 and 450% (from 0.2 to 1.1) among women 45 and older in 2023.

Meanwhile, birth rates remain highest among women in their 20s but have declined 51% among women 20-24 years old (from 116.5 to 57.7) and 24% among women 25 to 29 years old (from 120.2 to 91.0) over that timeframe, CDC data shows.

At age 44, Portman is nearly a decade past the age — 35 — that doctors consider women to be of “advanced maternal age.”

While many women over 35 years old have healthy babies and pregnancies, there are risks for the mother and baby that increase with maternal age, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Portman shared that she has “more energy” than she expected, and said that she is swimming and doing gyrotonics to stay active.

Portman is also the mom to son Aleph Millepied, 14, and daughter Amalia Millepied, 9, whom she shares with ex-husband, Benjamin Millepied.

No Doubt is getting ready for their residency at the Sphere Las Vegas, and they’re giving fans some insight into how they feel about some of their songs.

The band posted a video on social media in which they pit some of their biggest hits against each other. Standing in a straight line, two songs appear above their heads and the members move to the left or right depending on which song is their favorite.

The first round is “Don’t Speak” vs. “Just a Girl,” with Gwen Stefani and Tony Kanal choosing “Don’t Speak,” and Tom Dumont and Adrian Young picking “Just a Girl.” In the round two battle of “Hella Good” vs. “It’s My Life,” again Gwen and Tony agree, picking the latter tune, with Adrian and Tom picking the former.

When it comes to “Spider Web” only one person, Gwen, picks it as their favorite over “Sunday Morning,” while the entire band chooses “Bathwater” over “Ex Girlfriend.”

They captioned the clip, “We learned a lot about ourselves doing this one. See you in two weeks @spherevegas.”

No Doubt’s Sphere Las Vegas residency kicks off May 6 and wraps June 13. A complete list of dates can be found at NoDoubt.com.

Fresh off his surprise appearance during Justin Bieber’s Coachella set, The Kid LAROI’s got a new single called “I CONDEMN,” along with an official music video. It’s his first new release since his album BEFORE I FORGET came out in January and arrives ahead of his A PERFECT WORLD TOUR, which kicks off April 27.

Stephen Sanchez is ready to “CHUCK THE MONEY” with his latest new song. The track is featured on his upcoming sophomore album, Love, Love, Love, out May 8. “This was the second song we wrote for the record,” Stephen says in a statement. “It’s about throwing out the material things and placing value back on connection and intimacy that’s real and has a heartbeat. But also taking it to a place that’s fun and innocent as well.”

Lewis Capaldi has released “Stay Love,” a special addition to his 2025 Survive EP. He sings on the track, “Oh just stay, love, when everybody’s leaving/ C’mon stay, love, to get me through the evening/ You know I pray, love, that you’ll always be the on / And when the road gets rough, don’t give up on us, and this could stay love.”

It seems Paul McCartney got a little help from his friend Ringo Starr for his upcoming solo album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane.

Billboard reports that McCartney had a listening party for a group of about 30 fans at producer Andrew Watt’s Diamond Dust studios in Los Angeles Thursday, and in taking them through the record revealed that his Beatles bandmate appears on one of the tracks.

According to the mag, Starr plays drums and trades vocals with McCartney on the song “Home to Us,” described by Billboard as the “most Beatle-esque” Dungeon Lane track.

The tune, which also features vocals from Pretenders’ Chrissie Hynde and Texas’ Sharleen Spiteri, has lyrics about growing up in Liverpool. McCartney explained, “Even though where we lived was a little rough, it was home to us.”

McCartney joked that Starr’s contribution to the track is somewhat of a first for him, noting, “Ringo’s never done a duet with one of the Beatles.”

The Boys of Dungeon Lane will be released May 29. It is McCartney’s first solo album since 2020’s McCartney III.

Ashley McBryde’s trapped in the car with an unhappy family in the music video for her new track, “Lines in the Carpet.”

“She keeps pushing that Dyson everyday all over again/ And he’ll come home from work tonight and walk all over them,” she sings in one of the verses.

Even though it’s a song she didn’t write, it’s a topic that resonates with Ashley.

“I see so many women I know in this song,” she reveals. “There’s no promise in the lyrics that things are going to change or get better—it just stays with that feeling of being contained, and knowing that the person you’re with is completely oblivious to everything you’re feeling.”

“This record is about getting back in touch with the Wild within,” she adds, mentioning her upcoming fifth album. “I think part of that means taking a good long look at what keeps us caged.”

Friday and Saturday, Ashley wraps up her 2026 Redemption Residency at Chief’s in Nashville with a show titled Mixed Tape from the Mixed Up Years, featuring deep cuts and covers.

Wild drops May 8.
