Looking at the title, it might be easy to dismiss Bailey Zimmerman‘s latest single, “Chevy Silverado,” as just another country song about a truck.

But for the “Backup Plan” hitmaker, it goes much deeper than that.

“It’s crazy. That song has taken me three years to write,” he tells ABC Audio. “It took me three years to get that perfect and, you know, tuned up, I guess you’d say. And I really didn’t even know if people were gonna like it because it was kind of a more personal song to me.”

“I thought maybe it’d just be one of those my deep fans would love,” he continues. “But to see it going to country radio was just like, ‘This is actually crazy.’ I did not expect this at all, zero percent. So it’s really cool. It was a big, big surprise.”

You’ll find Bailey’s tale of love lost on his sophomore album, Different Night Same Rodeo.

He’s set to kick off the tour of the same name Feb. 19 at Hertz Arena in Estero, Florida.

One of Alex Warren’s ‘weird pinch-me’ moments? Texting Jennifer Aniston

Alex Warren’s Little Orphan Alex Live tour (Live Nation)

If you wondered how Alex Warren got Jennifer Aniston to appear in his tour announcement video as a judge, it’s because he and the former Friends star are actually, well, friends.

Alex tells Billboard that “Jen,” as he calls her, has been a pal of his “for a little while now,” though he doesn’t explain how they first met. “It’s just been such a cool thing that she said yes to that,” he adds.

Alex also shares that he wrote the script for the hilarious tour announcement, which finds him defending himself in court against Little Orphan Annie — she’s upset that he wants to call his tour Little Orphan Alex. At the end, Max Greenfield comes into the courtroom and reveals that Annie is not actually an orphan because he’s her father. Judge Aniston then rules in Alex’s favor.

“I was so nervous for her to read my first script I’ve ever written. So, when she read it and she loved it, it was really reassuring,” Alex says. “I was like, ‘No, no, tell me the truth. Tell me you hate it.’ And she loved it, and she didn’t change anything. I thought that was the coolest thing in the world.”

“I was just so thankful that she loved it and she wanted to be in it, and very thankful for her friendship,” he adds. “So, it’s been cool. It’s a weird, pinch-me moment whenever I get a text from her, and it’ll say, like, ‘A text from Jennifer Aniston,’ and I’m like, “Holy f***!’”

At one point in the video, Jennifer mistakes Alex for Ed Sheeran, who’s also a friend of his. Ed happens to be close with Jennifer’s friend Courteney Cox, so maybe that’s how they connected. Hey, who really understands the mechanics of celebrity friendship?

Bruno Mars, ‘The Romantic’ (Atlantic Records)

Bruno Mars hasn’t kicked off his new tour yet, but a recent online concert has earned him a Guinness World Record.

On Jan. 17, during a session of Roblox’s game Steal a Brainrot, Bruno — or at least a virtual avatar of him — performed his new hit “I Just Might” along with his 2012 hit “Locked Out of Heaven.”

According to the Guinness World Records, 12,862,161 concurrent viewers watched the concert, setting a record for the largest music concert in a video game by a single artist. Guinness notes that audience was larger than the entire population of Sweden.

Roblox reports that 10 million livestream users tuned in to the show, which garnered 53 million social video views. A limited-edition Brainrot called “Brunito Marsito” was downloaded more than 5 million times.

The previous record was held by Travis Scott, whose 2020 Fortnite concert drew 12.3 million viewers. A 2024  Fortnite event featuring Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice and Eminem drew 14.3 million viewers, but that was multiple artists, not one performer .

For those hoping to see Bruno in real life, his The Romantic Tour starts April 10 in Las Vegas, Nevada. His new album, also called The Romantic, drops on Feb. 27.

Send Help was helped to a second week atop the box office by Mother Nature — and the NFL.

The thriller by Sam Raimi took $10 million in its second week, according to Box Office Mojo, with a 47% drop in revenue from its debut. As Variety notes, Super Bowl weekend is usually slow at the box office, and below-freezing temperatures across the East Coast and the Midwest also kept people away from the theater.

Debuting in second place was the romantic comedy Solo Mio with $7.2 million, while last week’s #2, Iron Lung, dropped to #3, taking in $6 million. Stray Kids: The dominATE Experience, a concert documentary from the superstar K-pop group, debuted at #4 with a gross of $5.56 million.

Another new debut, a remake of Dracula starring Caleb Landry Jones and Christoph Waltz, landed at #5 with $4.5 million. The only other debut in the top 10 was horror film The Strangers: Chapter 3 at #8.

Of note, Variety also reports that Marty Supreme has become A24’s highest-grossing worldwide release, taking in $147 million globally. It out-earned the studio’s previous record-holder Everything Everywhere All at Once, which has earned $142 million.

Here are the top 10 films at the box office:

1. Send Help — $10 million
2. Solo Mio — $7.2 million
3. Iron Lung –– $6 million
4. Stray Kids: The dominATE Experience — $5.56 million
5. Dracula –– $4.5 million
6. Zootopia 2 — $4 million
7. Avatar: Fire and Ash — $3.5 million
8. The Strangers: Chapter 3 –– $3.4 million
9. Shelter — $2.4 million
10. Melania — $2.37 million

Keke Palmer stars as a new mother on Peacock’s The ‘Burbs, a new take on the 1989 Tom Hanks film of the same name. The new series follows Palmer’s Samira and Rob, played by Jack Whitehall, after relocating to Rob’s childhood home, where they uncover dark secrets about the house across the street and the neighborhood.

The series filmed after Keke gave birth to her son, Leodis Jackson, and she tells E! News playing Samira helped her see her own journey from an outside perspective.

“It was just really awesome having some space between my reality and the characters,” Keke says. “Because it actually was kind of cathartic to see it from the outside looking in of like, it is really hard to reconnect with yourself after having a baby and reconnect with your partner. And I think it’s something we talk about, but we don’t talk about it enough, because it really is a thing.”

Keke notes she and Jack, who became a father in 2023, recognized their own experiences in their characters’ storylines.

“[W]e’ve been there. Where you’re nervous trying to figure out, ‘Am I being a good parent? Is this my role? And does my partner, do we have love? Did we move too fast?’” she says. “There’s all this confusion that I think a lot of new parents will relate to. And even people have been a parent for years. They’ll be like, ‘I remember that.’”

Keke also praises how the show generally addresses serious issues while “leaning in in a way that makes it fun for the audience.”

“I think that’s something that also excited me because there are a lot of stuff we’re covering in the show,” she says.

The ‘Burbs is now streaming on Peacock.

(SANTA CLARA, Calif) — Dominating the New England Patriots in a defensive game, the Seattle Seahawks won Super Bowl 60, 29-13. It was the franchise’s second Super Bowl title in its history.

After a first half that had no touchdowns and ended with the Seahawks leading purely on field goal points courtesy of kicker Jason Myers, Seattle scored the first touchdown of the game in fourth quarter, bringing the Seahawks’ lead to 19-0.

The Pats eventually scored two touchdowns of their own, also in the fourth quarter, but it wasn’t enough to beat Seattle quarterback Sam Darnold and his team. Darnold is now the first starting quarterback in history to win a Super Bowl after playing with more than five teams.

Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III was named MVP, finishing the night with 135 rushing yards and 26 receiving yards. He’s the first running back to be named Super Bowl MVP since 1998.

Myers, meanwhile, set a Super Bowl record by scoring five field goals.
