Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco at the 2025 Oscars (Disney/Gavin Bond)
Has Selena Gomez subtly responded to recent criticism of her husband, Benny Blanco?
On her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Selena shared a video of her and Benny kissing, adding the caption, “I fall more and more in love with you every day my love.”
The post comes amid Benny’s controversial appearance on his new Friends Keep Secrets podcast. Social media was quick to call the songwriter and producer out over the episode, because he not only showed his visibly dirty feet on camera but also casually passed gas. He then joked about whether or not the camera could pick up the sound.
While they’ve known each other since Selena was a teen, she and Benny began dating in June 2023. They revealed their engagement in December 2024 and married in Santa Barbara, California, in September 2025.
An R.E.M. classic is featured in season 3 of Apple TV’s Shrinking, but it’s not the version most fans are used to.
Episode 5 of the show, which premiered Wednesday, features a cover of the song performed by series star Jason Segel, and his take on the track has just been released.
In the episode, Segel’s character, Jimmy, is having a discussion with Meg, played by Lily Rabe, who’s the daughter of Harrison Ford’s character, Paul. During the chat, Jimmy opens up about his love life and expresses his desire to have “one easy romantic moment” or “one uncomplicated kiss” so he can feel hopeful about romance again. He adds that he pictures “Nightswimming” playing in the background while it happens, but with him singing the song.
At the end of the episode, Segel’s version of the song plays as he and the married Meg kiss, and the episode’s credits start to roll.
“Nightswimming” appeared on R.E.M.’s eighth studio album, Automatic for the People. It was released as a single in the U.K., where it went to #27 on the singles chart.

T.I.’s son King Harris has released a diss track toward 50 Cent. In “Made Man,” he attacks the rapper for throwing shots at his mother, Tiny Harris, amid his back-and-forth with T.I.
T.I. and 50 have been feuding since T.I. expressed disappointment over 50’s refusal to take part in a Verzuz that he allegedly initially agreed to. King entered the feud after 50 posted an unflattering photo of Tiny on his Instagram.
“Wanna say something about my mama, your mama dead,” King said to 50 in one clip. “Go dig her up.”
T.I. also responded to 50 with a new diss track titled “The Right One,” in which he mentioned 50’s ex Daphne Joy’s past relationship with Diddy.
“You ain’t that savage, n**** you 5-0 dispatcher/ Ol tender d*** n**** all mad ‘cause Puff let your b**** have it/ Gave her tartar sauce and mustard like a fish sammich,” T.I. raps.
While 50 had initially taken more digs at Tiny and responded to King on his socials, the posts have since been deleted from his Instagram.
Tammy Wynette Tribute Concert (Sony Music Entertainment)
The First Lady of Country Music passed away in 1998, but her music will once again fill Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium on March 30 for the Tammy Wynette Tribute Concert.
Randy Houser, Wynonna, Lorrie Morgan, Terri Clark, Patty Griffin, Heart’s Ann Wilson, The War & Treaty, Gretchen Wilson, Carlene Carter, Macy Gray, Lucinda Williams, Valerie June, Mandy Barnett and Carter Faith will take the stage, along with Georgette Jones, Tammy’s only child with George Jones.
Look for more artists to be added as well.
While we don’t know who will be singing what, we do know some of the songs that will be part of the program.
“Stand by Your Man,” “D-I-V-O-R-C-E,” “I Don’t Wanna Play House,” “Til I Get It Right,” “Woman to Woman,” “Apartment #9,” “Your Good Girl’s Gonna Go Bad” and “‘Til I Can Make It on My Own” are just some of Tammy’s hits set to be performed.

Tickets are on sale now, with the show set to be recorded to air as part of Great Performances on PBS.
Olivia Rodrigo attends the 2023 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction (Disney/Michael J. Le Brecht II)
Is Olivia Rodrigo’s next album closer than we think?
Her producer and musical collaborator Dan Nigro posted a photo on Instagram Wednesday showing himself crashed out on a couch with Olivia sitting next to him. The caption reads, “Finishing records…”
Olivia commented, “the palpable stress in this photo hahahha.”
Eagle-eyed fans noted that on the coffee table in front of Liv and Dan is a copy of KATSEYE’s album, inscribed “To John Janick,” who is the head of Olivia’s label. When a fan in the comments speculated that this might be a hint that Liv is collaborating with the group on her new project, responses ran about 50-50 positive and negative for the idea.
Olivia, who recently celebrated her 23rd birthday, hasn’t released a new studio album since 2023’s GUTS. She put out the album Live from Glastonbury (A BBC Recording) in December, and earlier this year marked the fifth anniversary of her hit “drivers license” by releasing a duet version with former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne.
At the time, she said she was planning to release several other “reimagined” cover versions that will celebrate the forthcoming fifth anniversary of her debut album, SOUR, which was released May 21, 2021. So perhaps those “records” Dan is finishing are those cover versions and not OR3. Stay tuned.
Connor Storrie hosts ‘SNL’ on Feb. 28, 2026. (Rosalind O’Connor/NBC)
Connor Storrie is showing off his gift for accents in a new promo ahead of his appearance on SNL this weekend.
The Heated Rivalry star, who plays Russian hockey player Ilya Rozanov in the show, engages in an “accent duel” with SNL cast member James Austin Johnson.
Fellow SNL cast members Ashley Padilla and Marcello Hernandez shout out different accents for them to do, including German, Cajun, French, Shrek, Na’vi and Shakespeare — before Storrie delivers the final blow by doing the Russian accent he mastered on Heated Rivalry.
“When you get to Hell, tell them Rozanov sent you,” a cowboy hat-wearing Storrie says, before shooting Johnson to win the duel.
Things get a little too real when Johnson collapses to the floor and Padilla and Hernandez run to his side. “You killed him!” Padilla screams, as Storrie backs away.
Storrie hosts this Saturday’s episode with Mumford & Sons as the musical guest.

The Hives have premiered the video for “Roll Out the Red Carpet,” a track off the band’s latest album, 2025’s The Hives Forever Forever The Hives.
The clip is animated in claymation and begins with a magic show before taking increasingly more surreal turns.
“A lot of magicians out there but very few WIZARDS,” The Hives say of the video. “The Hives pulling you through the rabbit hole in a claymation fever dream.”
The “Roll Out the Red Carpet” video is available on YouTube.
The Hives will launch a U.S. headlining tour in March.
“This one’s a gut punch,” Des Rocs says in a statement. “It’s about losing something that was everything to you. The riffs are aggressive but it’s all tied up in these vulnerable moments.”
“It’s funny, ’cause sometimes rock music these days can feel so distant. Like it’s coming from up on some hill,” the “I Am the Lightning” artist adds. “But I’ve always felt that when you mix it with real pain and real stories it hits harder than any detuned riff or breakdown on the planet. That’s what I’m always chasing in a way.”
“When the Love Is Gone” follows the Des Rocs single “This Land,” which was recorded for the Borderlands 4 video game. “This Land” currently sits in the top 20 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart.
Dr. Casey Means, nominee for the medical director in the Regular Corps of the Public Health Service and U.S. surgeon general, testifies at a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee hearing on Capitol Hill on February 25, 2026 in Washington, DC. Andrew Harnik/Getty Images
(WASHINGTON) — President Donald Trump’s surgeon general nominee, Dr. Casey Means, indicated she supports vaccines but stopped short of recommending certain shots during her confirmation hearing before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) committee on Wednesday.
Means, who has a medical degree but does not hold an active medical license, appeared hesitant to say that some vaccines, such as the flu vaccine, prevent serious disease.
When asked by HELP committee chair Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La., if she would encourage mothers to vaccinate their children with the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine amid widespread illness in the U.S., Means said, “I absolutely am supportive of the measles vaccine, and I do believe vaccines save lives and are important part of the public health strategy.”
However, she stressed personal autonomy and said each patient or parent needs to have a conversation with their doctor or pediatrician before taking any medication.
Later in the hearing, Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., asked Means for her opinion on the efficacy of the flu vaccine.
“Do you believe that there is evidence that the flu vaccine prevents serious disease and prevents hospitalization or deaths in children?” Kaine said.
“I believe that all patients should talk to their doctor–” Means began answering.
“And so do I, and that’s not what I’m asking,” Kaine interjected.
“I support the CDC’s guidance on the flu vaccine,” Means replied, adding that she believes the shot reduced the risk of hospitalization “at the population level.”
Earlier this year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it was changing the childhood immunization schedule, removing the universal recommendation for multiple shots, including the flu vaccine.
Means was originally scheduled to testify before the HELP committee in October, but her appearance was postponed for four months after she went into labor.
If confirmed, Means would become the nation’s top doctor, leading more than 6,000 members of the U.S. Public Health Service, including physicians, nurses, scientists and engineers working at various federal health agencies.
Means’ views largely mirror those of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., with a focus on tackling the chronic disease epidemic, creating a healthier food supply and expressing vaccine skepticism.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.

Phil Collins received his first-ever solo nomination for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Tuesday, and his daughter Lily Collins is reacting to the news.
“Proud daughter moment. Congrats dad you deserve it,” the actress wrote on her Instagram Story. “Love you to the moon and back.”
Lily, star of the Netflix series Emily In Paris, is Phil Collins’ only daughter with his second wife, Jill Travelman, who he divorced in 1996. He has four other children.
Phil was previously inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2010 as a member of Genesis. While this is his first time being nominated for the Rock Hall as a solo artist, he’s actually been eligible for a nomination since 2006.
And Phil certainly has the credentials to justify the nomination. He’s won multiple Grammys, an Oscar and two Golden Globe Awards, plus he’s sold 100 million records as both a solo artist and as a member of a band. Only two other artists have achieved such a feat: Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson.
Fan voting for this year’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class is now open. Inductees will be announced in April, with the induction set to take place this fall, although an exact date has not yet been announced.
