(SAN JOSE, Calif.) — An 18-year-old is facing charges for allegedly using a 3D printer to manufacture ghost guns in his bedroom, according to the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office.
Jacob Reyes allegedly had two working 3D weapon printers and 27 finished or almost finished guns in his room in San Jose, California. Some of the guns were modified to act as machine guns, and ammunition was found in the home, according to the DA’s office.
All of the weapons seized from Reyes’ bedroom, except one, were manufactured using the printers, the DA’s office said.
Reyes was arraigned on Thursday on charges related to unlicensed manufacturing of firearms using a 3D printer and felony charges of possession of a machine gun, the DA’s office said.
If convicted, he faces prison time, according to the DA’s office.
“There is a black market of weapons thriving right under our noses,” District Attorney Jeff Rosen said in a statement. “Once again, the DA’s investigators and their law enforcement partners have taken off the streets an arsenal of untraceable, illegal, and deadly weapons.”

Pink is going to be hosting a week of The Kelly Clarkson Show in March, so on Friday’s episode she popped in to learn the ropes.
Kelly was talking about the guests on the episode when Pink appeared, clipboard in hand, ready to take notes. She then brought out her best friend, actress and comedian Kerri Kenney-Silver, who’s going to co-host at least one episode with her. Kerri also had a clipboard and declared, “We’re so ready.”
The video cuts to Pink and Kerri watching Kelly, clipboards in hand. “I feel like I’m back on American Idol and, like, Randy [Jackson] and Paula [Abdul] and Simon [Cowell], and they have clipboards, they’re watching,” Kelly laughed. “I’m gonna be so great.”
Pink’s hosting stint begins Monday in honor of Women’s History Month.
On Thursday, Pink refuted reports that she and her husband, Carey Hart, had split. According to Page Six, Pink has been in New York City, where The Kelly Clarkson Show films, quite a bit lately. The outlet speculates that this may have led to the erroneous reports.
Jason Aldean will sing Songs About Us on the road this summer, as he kicks off the tour of the same name July 16 in Bangor, Maine.

Nine Inch Nails have released a companion album to their Tron: Ares soundtrack.

(WASHINGTON) — Former President Bill Clinton, in his historic deposition with the Republican-led House Oversight Committee on Friday, denied any knowledge of the crimes committed by convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, going on to say the subpoena of his wife Hillary Clinton “was simply not right.”
In his opening statement, he stated that he will often say, “I do not recall” throughout his questioning because the events were “all a long time ago.”
“I saw nothing, and I did nothing wrong,” Clinton said, according to a release of his opening statements.
The former president is facing questions from the committee as part of its investigation into Epstein in Chappaqua, New York — marking a historic moment for a former president. Friday’s deposition is the first time a former president has appeared in front of a congressional panel since former President Gerald Ford in 1983.
He is facing questions under oath about his relationship with Epstein and photos that show the former president with both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s co-conspirator who was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sex trafficking and other crimes.
In her deposition Thursday, Hillary Clinton said she did not know Epstein, could not recall ever encountering him and never visited him on his island or at his home or office.
Hillary Clinton, on Thursday, also gave a preview of how her husband, former President Bill Clinton, will handle his own deposition.
“I think it is fair to say that the vast majority of people who had contact with him before his criminal pleas in ’08 were like most people — they did not know what he was doing. And I think that that is exactly what my husband will testify to tomorrow,” she said.
Hillary Clinton said after her deposition that the committee asked her over and over if she knew Epstein. She said there were also questions that were off subject — about UFOs and the debunked “Pizzagate” conspiracy.
“So if they are going to fulfill their responsibilities to literally investigate the investigations, which is what they originally said was the scope of their work, I think they could have spent the day more productively,” she said.
Neither Bill Clinton nor Hillary Clinton has been accused of wrongdoing and both deny having any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.
No Epstein survivor or associate has ever made a public allegation of wrongdoing or inappropriate behavior by the former president or his wife in connection with his prior relationship with Epstein.
“No one is accusing, at this moment, the Clintons of any wrongdoing,” Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Thursday morning ahead of Hillary Clinton’s deposition. “They’re going to have due process, but we have a lot of questions, and the purpose of the whole investigation is to try to understand many things about Epstein.”
Bill Clinton’s association with Epstein was first noted publicly in 2002 after reporters learned of the former president’s flight that year on Epstein’s jet for a humanitarian mission to multiple African nations.
Bill Clinton told New York Magazine through a spokesperson at the time that “Jeffrey is both a highly successful financier and a committed philanthropist with a keen sense of global markets and an in-depth knowledge of 21st century science.”
Maxwell said in a recorded interview last year with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, that it was she, not Epstein, who had a friendship with Bill Clinton, and that she was the one who suggested and organized his trips on Epstein’s aircraft.
The Clintons were subpoenaed to appear under oath in front of the committee for a deposition in January, but failed to comply, arguing the subpoenas were without legal merit. Rather, they proposed a four-hour transcribed interview instead.
David Kendall, the Clintons’ lawyer, argued that the couple has no information relevant to the committee’s investigation of the federal government’s handling of investigations into Epstein and Maxwell, and should not be required to appear for in-person testimony.
Kendall contended the Clintons should be permitted to provide the limited information they have to the committee in writing.
Comer had long threatened to hold the Clintons in contempt if they failed to appear before the committee, so when they didn’t, a contempt resolution was drafted and put to a vote.
The Oversight Committee passed the contempt resolution with nine Democrats voting in favor of it, teeing it up for a full House vote.
At the last minute, just before the resolution was to be voted on in the House, the Clintons agreed to sit for a deposition, postponing further consideration of a contempt vote.
Democrats on the committee said they hope this week’s testimony from the Clintons spark Republican committee members to investigate more of Epstein’s ties to President Donald Trump.
Trump has repeatedly denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes and has said that he cut off contact with his former friend more than 20 years ago.
While the Clintons have agreed to speak with the committee behind closed doors, they have still pushed for public hearings as part of the committee’s investigation.
“I will not sit idly as they use me as a prop in a closed-door kangaroo court by a Republican Party running scared,” Bill Clinton wrote in a lengthy post on X. “If they want answers, let’s stop the games & do this the right way: in a public hearing, where the American people can see for themselves what this is really about.”

My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way guests on a new song from the death metal band Frozen Soul.
The track is called “No Place of Warmth” and will appear on the upcoming Frozen Soul album of the same name. Way’s voice shows up about two-thirds of the way into the song in a screeching style in keeping with the extreme genre.
The video for “No Place of Warmth” is now streaming on YouTube. The album No Place of Warmth is due out May 8.
Way will be back singing with MCR on the band’s upcoming U.S. stadium tour, which launches in August. The trek celebrates the 20th anniversary of My Chem’s 2006 album, The Black Parade.

Running a billion-dollar beauty and fashion empire and taking care of three young children keeps Rihanna busy, but we now have proof that she’s actually carving out time for the studio, too.
In an Instagram video, Rihanna documents a night in her life, which begins at 9 p.m. and then segues to a 10 p.m. meeting for her Savage X Fenty lingerie brand. After looking at sketches and autographing vinyl copies of her albums, she and her team get the giggles and announce that everything is “approved.”
“I have to go to the studio after this,” Rihanna declares. “And I have to make a Mardi Gras costume for my son, after the studio. Longest day ever.”
At 2:18 a.m., we see the word “Sleep?” being crossed out and replaced with “Studio.” Rih is then seen in the studio with collaborators at 5 a.m., vibing out to what we assume is music, but we can’t hear it.
“We in business, Kuk,” someone says. “Yes, let’s go,” Rih replies. It’s possible that “Kuk” refers to Kuk Harrell, who did vocal production on Rihanna’s hits “Only Girl (In the World)” and “Umbrella,” among many other songs.

(LONDON) — Tensions remain high as Pakistan and Afghanistan exchange airstrikes over the last 24 hours with Pakistan’s defense minister calling it “open war.”
“Any further provocations by the Taliban regime, or attempts by any terrorist group to undermine the security and welfare of the people of Pakistan, will be met with a measured, decisive and befitting response,” Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement Friday.
Casualties have been reported on both sides, with each side claiming larger enemy losses.
Pakistan claims the Taliban-led government in Afghanistan is providing support for terror groups that have carried out attacks inside Pakistan.
“Pakistan’s actions were undertaken in exercise of its right to self-defense and to ensure the safety and security of its citizens, as well as that of the wider region and beyond,” the statement said.
Zabihullah Mujahid, a spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, said Afghanistan’s soil will not be used against any country and highlighted its fight against ISIS as evidence of its commitment to regional security.
Mujahid described Pakistan’s conflict with Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as an internal issue that predates the current Afghan government, arguing it is unreasonable to blame Afghanistan for a long-running domestic conflict.
Despite the tensions, Mujahid said the Islamic Emirate prefers resolving disputes through dialogue and understanding, emphasizing that its actions have been in self-defense and that it remains open to peaceful negotiations.

The nine-minute video features the band’s four cartoon members — Murdoc, Noodle, Russel and 2D — as they take a journey through a jungle toward the titular mountain, all animated in a style very reminiscent of the original Jungle Book Disney movie. Along the way, you’ll hear three songs off The Mountain: “The Moon Cave,” “The Sad God” and the title track.
The album The Mountain is out now. It’s the follow-up to 2023’s Cracker Island.
