Snoog Dogg is paying homage to Tupac Shakur with the introduction of a new wine.

2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted is named after their 1996 collaboration of the same name, which celebrates its milestone 30th anniversary this year. The wine label includes a written tribute to Tupac; a design featuring photos of both rappers at the 1996 VMA Awards; and a QR code that gives buyers access to Snoop’s tribute, and archival footage of him and Tupac.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since Pac and I got together to make ‘2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.’ Nobody did it like us, and I can’t think of a better way to honor his legacy than with a drink,” Snoop said in a statement. “This wine is perfect for celebrating with loved ones, and I’m looking forward to the people pourin’ a little out with me for my friend.”

He’s seen pouring out the drink in a tribute film in which he looks back on their time together. The film also features behind-the-scenes footage from the “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted” music video.

More information, including a note Snoop wrote about his and Tupac’s life journeys, can be found on calibysnoop.com.

Boston founder Tom Scholz has paid tribute to the band’s late singer Tommy DeCarlo, who passed away Monday at age 60 after being diagnosed with brain cancer last September.

“Everyone who has heard Tommy sing on stage, or on BOSTON albums, knows what a gifted artist he was, but few know how hard he worked to fill that role of BOSTON’s lead vocalist, and to turn himself into a top-tier live performer – or more important, what a dedicated father he was to his children,” Scholz wrote on Facebook on behalf of the band. He noted DeCarlo was “a sweet man who did not deserve to be cut down at such a young age.”

“While many people will remember Tommy giving his audience amazing live performances,” Scholz continued, “I will remember him as the incredible singer who appeared out of nowhere to rescue BOSTON in 2007, and gave all of us with the band 10 additional years of performing our most memorable live shows.”

DeCarlo joined Boston in 2007 following the death of the band’s original frontman, Brad Delp, and had been part of the band’s touring lineup ever since.

Miley Cyrus back in costume as Hannah Montana? This is the life.

Disney has released the first trailer for its upcoming Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special, which debuts to Disney+ on March 24, exactly 20 years after the series originally premiered on Disney Channel.

“Happy Hannah-versary! The Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary special premieres March 24 on Disney+. #HannahMontana20,” the trailer’s caption reads.

The trailer marks the first time fans have seen Miley perform as Hannah Montana in 15 years. It begins with the pop star, donning Hannah’s signature blonde wig and sequins, stepping onto the sitcom’s iconic set of the Stewart family’s kitchen and living room.

“I’m already getting emotional,” Miley says as she takes in the recreation of the set all by herself.

We also see a snippet of Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper interviewing Miley.

“This show defined a generation,” Cooper says, before the trailer cuts to a new clip of Miley and her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, dancing in front of the Stewart family’s iconic green couch.

We also see Miley and her mother, Tish Cyrus-Purcell, looking through a scrapbook in a recreation of Hannah’s iconic closet, which is filled to the brim with Y2K fashions.

Miley then notes the importance of the Hannah Montana fans. “This anniversary is for them, it’s for us. This feels like home to me,” she says in the trailer.

There’s also a short clip of Miley onstage as Hannah with a band as confetti falls down, blowing a kiss out to a crowd.

Hannah Montana will always be a part of who I am. What started as a TV show became a shared experience that shaped my life and the lives of so many fans, and I’ll always be thankful for that connection,” Miley said in a press release back in February.

(TORONTO) — Investigators are looking for two suspects and clues after shots were fired at the U.S. consulate in Toronto on Tuesday morning.

There were people inside the building at the time, but no one was injured, Toronto Police Service Deputy Chief Frank Barredo said. Officers got a call about the shooting around 5:29 a.m., and found shell casings and damage to the building when they arrived, he noted.

Witnesses observed two people emerging from a white Honda CR-V and discharge a handgun at the consulate before driving away, according to Barredo.

“This is very early in the investigation. It is very active, and we are aggressively assigning investigative resources to determine what happened and to bring the offenders to justice,” he told reporters.

Chris Leather, the chief superintendent for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Ontario Criminal Operations, told reporters that it is “being treated as a national security incident,” and prompted increased security around embassies in Toronto and Ottawa.

“There will be no tolerance for any form of intimidation, harassment, or harmful targeting of any communities or individuals in Canada. We want to ensure that everyone’s safety and security remain at the forefront of everything we do,” he said.

Leather noted that it was too early to determine if the shooting was linked to the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran.

The RCMP is in communication with the FBI and other U.S. agencies, Leather said.

He noted that recent incidents in Toronto and elsewhere have prompted a need for heightened vigilance and security around diplomatic missions, expressing hope that these measures will help “bring the temperature down in the coming days and weeks.”

Beyoncé and Taylor are known to be pals, and now they’ve got something new in common: They’re both billionaires.

Forbes is out with its annual World’s Celebrity Billionaires list, which features people who became famous first, then became billionaires. Bey is a new entry on the list at #21, with a net worth listed as $1 billion. According to Forbes, her wealth comes from her three-decade music career. She is married to another billionaire, Jay-Z, whose net worth Forbes lists as $2.8 billion.

As for Taylor, she ranks #7 on the list, one step behind Jay-Z, with a listed net worth of $2 billion. As per Forbes, her net worth comes from the value of her music catalog, estimated to be worth $900 million, plus $100 million worth of real estate and earnings from her Eras Tour.

Other musicians on the list include Bruce Springsteen, worth $1.2 billion; Rihanna, worth $1 billion thanks to her Fenty Beauty empire; and another new billionaire, Dr. Dre, who’s worth $1 billion after he and other investors sold the companies he co-founded, Beats Electronics and streaming service Beats Music, to Apple for billions of dollars in 2014.

Dr. Dre and Beyoncé are among the newest billionaires in town. Both artists are listed on Forbes‘ World’s Billionaires list, their first time on the tally.

They’re both worth an estimated $1 billion, thanks to Dre’s decision to sell Beats by Dre to Apple and Bey’s music sales, touring and art collecting.

Also on the 2026 list are Bey’s husband, Jay-Z, and Tyler Perry. Jay became hip-hop’s first billionaire in 2019; he has an estimated net worth of $2.8 billion. Perry, according to the list, is worth an estimated $1.4 billion.

FBI increases reward for ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ fugitive to $1M

FBI increases reward for ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ fugitive to $1M
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000,000 for information leading to the arrest of Omar Alexander Cardenas. (FBI)

(WASHINGTON) — The FBI is now offering $1 million for information leading to the arrest of one of its “Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives.”

Omar Alexander Cardenas is wanted by local and federal authorities for a 2019 murder in Los Angeles.

Cardenas is accused of firing several rounds at the victim, Jabali Dumas, at a barber shop on Aug. 15, 2019, according to the FBI. Dumas was struck in the head and died, authorities said.

Cardenas has “known gang affiliations,” and the shooting is believed to have been gang-related, according to Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell.

A local arrest warrant was issued for Cardenas in April 2020 after he was charged with murder, the FBI said. He is believed to have possibly fled to Mexico and has also been federally charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, according to the FBI.

The FBI initially offered a $100,000 reward for information on Cardenas’ whereabouts when he was added to its “Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list in 2022. The reward, which subsequently increased to $250,000, has now surged to $1 million, the FBI announced on Tuesday.

McDonnell called the new reward a “critical step forward” in the case.

“We believe that someone knows Omar Cardenas’ whereabouts, and we’re urging anyone with information to please come forward,” the chief said during a press briefing on Tuesday. “Our mission is clear — to locate and apprehend Cardenas and bring justice for the Dumas family.”

Akil Davis, the assistant director in charge of the FBI Los Angeles field office, said the U.S.’ relationship with the government of Mexico “has never been stronger,” pointing to the recent apprehension in Mexico of another “Most Wanted” fugitive — former Olympic snowboarder turned alleged drug kingpin Ryan Wedding.

Davis shared a message directed at Cardenas.

“Mexico is not safe for you. Mr. Cardenas, if that’s where you’re hiding,” Davis said during the briefing. “I have full faith in this task force that they will bring you to justice.”
