Rush is celebrating the release of the deluxe edition of their 10th studio album, 1984’s Grace Under Pressure, with the release of a classic concert.

The band has just debuted a recording of their Sept. 21, 1984, concert at Toronto’s Maple Leaf Gardens on YouTube. The concert features performances of Grace Under Pressure tracks, as well as Rush hits like “The Spirit of the Radio,” “Subdivisions,” “Tom Sawyer” and “Closer to the Heart.”

The concert is part of the Grace Under Pressure: Super Deluxe Edition, which is now available as limited-edition four-CD + Blu-ray and five-LP + Blu-ray sets. The sets also include a newly remastered version of the original album and a new stereo mix taken from the original analog recordings.

Portions of the 1984 concert previously appeared on the band’s 1986 Grace Under Pressure Tour home video and CD. The new version, titled Grace Under Pressure Tour: Live in Toronto 1984, adds 37 minutes of previously unreleased footage.

Rush is getting ready to hit the road again. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, with new drummer Anika Nilles, will launch the Fifty Something tour on June 7 in Los Angeles, with North American dates running through Dec. 17 in Vancouver, Canada. A complete list of dates can be found at Rush.com.

Jack Harlow is being a ‘little less self-indulgent’ on new album, ‘Monica’

Jack Harlow pivots from rapping to singing on his new album, Monica. In an interview with The New York TimesPopcast, he said he made the shift because he was unhappy with the rap songs he had initially recorded for the project — and with the braggadocio that typically defines the genre.

“I was getting to the point where I was dreading going to the studio,” he said. “And I thought about, what do I actually want to do? What would intrigue me? It just struck me that I would want to do something a little more egoless.”

Jack said that as he gets older, he finds it harder to be boastful in his music, though he knows it’s “a pillar of rap.”

Inspired by Stevie Wonder’s timeless music — which he described as “infused with love” — Jack said he aimed to make music that feels closer to the person he wants to be: a “little less self-indulgent.”

He also leaned toward the softer, more melodic music he enjoys listening to.

Unlike some of his white counterparts who pivoted from rap to country, Jack took the R&B route on Monica and “got Blacker,” a choice that he said made the creative process even more appealing.

“I love Black music. I love the sound of Black music. And, of course, I’m hyper-aware of the politics of today, that safer landing spot that a lot of my white contemporaries have found,” he said.

He added that he ultimately followed what sounded right to him.

Recorded at New York’s Electric Lady Studios, Monica is now available on streaming platforms and features nods to ’90s R&B, though Jack said he still considers himself a rapper first.

“I just want it to be pleasant,” he said of the album. “I wanted to add something to my discography that could be enjoyed passively.”

Fans who’ve been hoping for more shirtless shots of Riley Green finally get their wish in his new music video for “If I Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay” with Carly Pearce.

The steamy video is a bit of a callback to his treatment for “Worst Way,” as he and Carly drink wine, embrace and — yes — remove items of clothing.

Any sexual chemistry you see, however, seems to be based on a sense of mutual admiration as musicians.

“Collaborating with artists I’m a fan of is one of my favorite things to do,” Carly says. “I’ve been a fan of Riley’s for so long and knew if we could find the right moment, it would be special. ‘If I Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay’ is the perfect moment for us!”

“I’ve been a huge fan of Carly and her voice for a long time,” Riley adds, “so it was cool to get the text from her about this song. The harmonies were unique and there was something really different about it. I’m glad she thought of me for this song, it’s awesome to get to do something together.”

“If I Don’t Leave I’m Gonna Stay” is the third track to be released from Carly’s upcoming fifth studio album, following “Church Girl” and “Dream Come True.”

Former Slipknot drummer Jay Weinberg has released a new solo song called “Drone Operator.”

The track features NOWHERE2RUN, made up of Code Orange members Jami Morgan and Eric Balderose.

“It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience, collaborating with my brothers [Morgan] and [Balderose] on this cathartic piece of music,” Weinberg writes in an Instagram post.

The “Drone Operator” video is now streaming on YouTube.

“Drone Operator” marks Weinberg’s second solo track, following 2025’s “Sandstone,” featuring George Clarke of Deafheaven.

Weinberg, the son of E Street Band drummer Max Weinberg, played in Slipknot for nearly a decade before being let go from the band in 2023. His other post-Knot endeavors have included touring with Suicidal Tendencies.

The 98th Academy Awards air March 15 on ABC and will also stream live on Hulu.

The 98th Academy Awards will be held Sunday, where the best movies from the past year will be honored and celebrated.

Comedian Conan O’Brien will host the ceremony for the second time. At the 98th Oscars Creative Team press conference, the ceremony’s executive producer and showrunner, Raj Kapoor, said this year’s Oscars theme is humanity.

“Everything that you see in the show is inspired by human touch and creativity,” Kapoor said. “We’ve completely redesigned what the stage looks like. It’s very immersive. We hope all our nominees are celebrated in a very big way. We have beautiful photos and clips and nomination packages that a lot of time and thought and care has been put into.”

As for specific teases and surprises that will happen during the show, Kapoor confirmed a rumored reunion happening onstage.

“We are very excited to announce that we have a Bridesmaids reunion that is going to be very special,” Kapoor said.

Executive producer Katy Mullan teased two other surprises.

“There’s also going to be a Marvel reunion for the superhero fans. So we’re gonna have superstars, superheroes and there is also gonna be an extraterrestrial on the stage, so you can figure that one out,” Mullan said.

The Oscars will take place on Sunday at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood. The show will air live on ABC and will also stream live on Hulu.

In a new series of promos for his upcoming Saturday Night Live stint as host and musical guest, Harry Styles is bullied into leaving Studio 8H by cast members Chloe Fineman and Jane Wickline.

When Harry announces he’s the host and musical guest for Saturday’s episode, Jane says, “I’m sorry, that’s too much.” “Much too much,” agrees Chloe.

“What’s too much?” asks Harry. “You’re doing all this stuff. Let’s just calm down,” Jane says.

“It’s what I signed up for,” he argues. “K, well maybe just sign up for a chill pill,” Chloe says.

“Or a calm-down vitamin, I dunno,” Janes chimes in. “Just stop it.”

“Alright, fine. I could leave,” says a dejected Harry.

Harry walks offstage as Chloe, referring to Harry, says, “A lot. A lot. A lot. A lot.”

Jane agrees, “I’ve never liked him.”

In another promo, Harry claims he’s a “bit off” because he’s “pretty nervous standing next to Jane.”

“Harry, you promised you wouldn’t catch feelings,” says Jane, who is gay.

“Sorry, is there something going on between you two?” Chloe asks.

“There always has been,” Harry confirms. “The original title of my album Fine Line was Fine Wickline.”

Saturday will mark Harry’s second time hosting and performing on the show; he last did it in 2019. He also appeared as the musical guest as a solo artist in 2017 and three previous times with One Direction.
