(LAS VEGAS) — The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled that the criminal case against six so-called “fake electors” who were charged for their alleged role in efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election can proceed in Las Vegas.

The decision, released on Thursday, reversed a lower court’s dismissal of the case after a judge ruled last year that the case was filed in the wrong venue.

Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford brought the charges two years ago against some of the top officials from the Nevada Republican Party, who were accused of falsely portraying themselves as Nevada’s presidential electors.

The charges included offering a false instrument for filing, offering a forged instrument, and offering a false instrument titled “Certificate of the Votes of the 2020 Electors from Nevada” to the president of the Senate and other officials.

The case was filed in Clark County, which is home to Las Vegas.

In response to Thursday’s decision, Ford said that the defendants “cannot evade accountability in Nevada for their unlawful actions.”

“As attorney general, it is my duty to hold those who sought to undermine the results of our state’s free and fair election responsible,” Ford said in a statement.

Last week, President Donald Trump issued a sweeping pardon to dozens of key figures who were allegedly involved in the plan to arrange an alternate slate of 2020 electors, including the defendants charged in Nevada.

The pardons are largely symbolic as no one on the list was facing federal charges, and Trump does not have the ability to pardon state charges.

Limp Bizkit‘s scheduled concert in Estonia has been canceled, the country’s news organization ERR reports.

The show’s organizer, Baltic Live Agency, says, “We inform you that due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the Limp Bizkit concert planned for May 31, 2026, is canceled. Our apologies!”

The news comes after comments previously made by frontman Fred Durst regarding Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea from Ukraine resurfaced. Durst had been photographed holding a sign reading “Crimea=Russia” and was reportedly banned from Ukraine in 2015.

“Estonia supports Ukraine’s territorial integrity and the principle that every last centimeter of Ukrainian territory belongs to Ukraine,” Ministry of Foreign Affairs media advisor Brita Kikkas told ERR.

Regarding Durst’s past comments, Baltic Live Agency media manager Gunnar Viese says, “The only way we can explain it is that at the time (until 2019), Fred Durst was married to a Russian Crimean woman and evidently living in a distorted information bubble.”

In other, presumably unrelated, international Limp Bizkit news, Yungblud is no longer listed on the bill for the “Break Stuff” outfit’s upcoming Latin American tour. Instead, the lineup now features Bullet for My Valentine.

ABC Audio has reached out to reps for Yungblud for comment.

Limp Bizkit’s Latin American tour, which launches Nov. 29, marks the band’s first live outing since the death of bassist Sam Rivers in October.

Trump calls for DOJ probe into other Epstein ties, including Clinton

(WASHINGTON) — President Donald Trump, in a social media post on Friday, said he will “be asking A.G. Pam Bondi, and the Department of Justice, together with our great patriots at the FBI, to investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s involvement and relationship with Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and many other people and institutions, to determine what was going on with them, and him.”

“Stay tuned!!!” Trump wrote.

Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes and has denied ever visiting Epstein’s private island.

The post comes after House Democrats released emails from Epstein that mentioned Trump by name, including a post that referred to Trump as the “dog that hasn’t barked” and told his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell that an alleged victim had “spent hours at my house” with Trump.

Bipartisan pressure is ramping up on the administration to release the rest of the Epstein files. This week, Democratic Rep. Adelita Grijalva became the 218th signature needed on a discharge petition to compel the DOJ to make those records public.

Trump, who was friendly with Epstein for years, said after Epstein’s arrest in 2019 that they hadn’t spoken in more than a decade after having a falling out. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt dismissed the new emails in a press briefing earlier this week, saying they “prove absolutely nothing other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong.”

This is a developing story. Please check back for updates.

Leonardo DiCaprio paid tribute to Jane Goodall on Wednesday in a moving eulogy at the late primatologist and wildlife conservationist’s funeral service in Washington, D.C.

Goodall died of natural causes on Oct. 1 at the age of 91.

The actor delivered the eulogy at Washington National Cathedral. In his speech, DiCaprio remembered Goodall as an influential and impassioned environmentalist and reflected on the personal relationship he shared with her.

“It’s a privilege to stand here today honoring a person of such immense magnitude, an extraordinary woman who changed not only the world, but so many of us in it, my good friend Jane Goodall,” DiCaprio began.

DiCaprio highlighted Goodall’s optimism in her approach to the environmental issues plaguing the Earth.

“When most of us think about environmental issues, we tend to dwell on destruction and loss,” said DiCaprio, who said Goodall “led with hope, always.”

“She never lingered in despair. She focused on what could be done. She reminded us that change begins with compassion, and that our humanity is our greatest tool,” he continued.

DiCaprio discussed his personal relationship with Goodall, describing her as “gentle, curious, funny, witty and absolutely unstoppable.”

“We got to cross paths in so many different places — at conferences, on panels, and in friends’ homes. And every single time, we’d end up tucked away in a corner talking late into the night about politics, biodiversity, and our shared hope that the next generation might do better than we have done,” he said.

DiCaprio concluded, “Jane often said, ‘Every day that we live, we can make an impact on the planet.’ May ours be an impact of hope for her, for all living things, and for the generations to come. Thank you, Jane, for being everything you said you would be and for spending your lifetime proving it to all of us.”

Meghan Trainor is dancing — and flying — through life in the new video for her song “Still Don’t Care.”

The video begins with footage of Meghan hanging from a crane, high above an LA street, wearing a purple ballgown and a tiara. “I’m done. … Hate it, hate it, hate it,” she says as she’s lowered to the ground, then gasps with relief when her feet touch down.

Then the actual video starts, which features Meghan dancing through the streets of Los Angeles, visiting landmarks like Rodeo Drive and The Grove and riding on top of a tourist bus, all while wearing a lavender bodysuit and white platform heels.

At the end, her bodysuit transforms into a ball gown and she magically soars up, up and up over the streets … which is where we came in. Of course, this time we don’t see the crane.

Meghan has shared Instagram Stories of footage fans have posted of themselves stumbling across her shooting the video while out and about in LA.

“Still Don’t Care” is from Meghan’s new album, Toy With Me, which comes out in April 2026.

The chaos is now making its way to Amazon Music’s City Sessions. Miguel has been named the performer for its upcoming episode, taking place live Nov. 19 at the Intel Experience Store in Manhattan. He’ll take the stage with an acoustic version of songs from his new album, Caos, as well as some fan favorites. The intimate, stripped-down show will begin at 9 p.m. ET, following a preshow experience for Miguel fans.

Tickets for Miguel’s City Sessions go on sale Friday at 2 p.m. ET. Fans can also tune in via Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch.

Caos arrived on Oct. 23 and features “Always Time,” where he reflects on his relationship with ex-wife Nazanin Mandi. He also opened up on Club Shay Shay about where things between them went wrong.

“I know where I went wrong, though; I wasn’t whole,” Miguel said. “I’m not saying that I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I got all the answers now,’ but even being able to say and admit that I’m not whole … it completely changes the way that I approach things, you know?”

He said that he “wasn’t in the headspace to be with anyone” and “didn’t know how to communicate that.”

“If I was to do it again, I would have really said, ‘Hey, I’m actually not ready right now!’” Miguel said. “But when you meet someone and you’re like, man, I really need something special here, I can see where everything happened.”

He’s since moved on from Mandi, who he says “deserves the best,” and credits “Always Times” for helping with through the healing process.

“It allowed me to kind of look at myself and go, ‘You know, I made a lot of mistakes, man. I’m not perfect!’” Miguel said.

(NEW YORK) — Looks like Team Rocket has struck again.

Almost $10,000 worth of Pokémon and baseball cards were stolen from Tom Brady’s card store in New York City last month, the NYPD said Friday.

The crime occurred at CardVault at around 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 20 when the male suspect bypassed the store’s payment machine, leaving the SoHo store with a collectable card stash worth approximately $9,710, according to police.

“Once the transaction was declined, the unidentified individual began to enter manual prompts into the contact payment terminal without the employee’s knowledge to bypass the transaction being declined,” the NYPD said in a statement to ABC News.

The NYPD told ABC News that the suspect is being investigated for grand larceny.

“At time in place of occurrence, unknown defendant utilized a tap to pay account and then manipulated the point of sale system in order to obtain property without the permission and authority to do so, resulting in the loss of 9,710 U.S. currency in merchandise. It’s being investigated by the Financial Crimes Task Force of the NYPD,” a police department spokesperson said, citing the crime report.

The suspect was last seen walking south on Lafayette Street wearing black clothes with a black Yankees cap and a multicolored bag, according to video of the crime shared by police.

The store had just opened on Oct. 8, less than two weeks before the robbery. Brady had acquired 50% of the company in February, according to a press release.

CardVault describes itself online as a store where customers can engage in “buying, selling, trading, and grading sports cards and collectibles.”

“Founded in 2020 by an all-star team and backed by Brady’s personal passion for the hobby, CardVault’s commitment to community, authenticity, entertainment, and exceptional customer experience sets it apart in the collectibles market,” the store’s website reads.

The store also has locations in Dallas, Chicago, Boston, East Hampton and more, according to the store’s website.

Brady is set to attend the opening of a new CardVault at the Mall of America in Minnesota on Sunday, according to the mall.

CardVault did not immediately respond to a request for comment from ABC News.

Anyone with information about the suspect can call the NYPD at 1-800-577-8477 in English or 1-888-57-74782 in Spanish.
