Megan Thee Stallion was hospitalized Tuesday night after becoming “very ill” during her Broadway performance as Zidler in Moulin Rouge! The Musical.

A statement shared with ABC News on behalf of her spokesperson read, “During Tuesday night’s production, Megan started feeling very ill and was promptly transported to a local hospital, where her symptoms are currently being evaluated.”

The statement added, “We will share additional updates as more information becomes available.”

Megan will not be performing in Wednesday night’s show, according to a prompt that appears on the show’s website before purchasing tickets.

Breakfast Club morning show host Loren Lorosa posted on X that she was in attendance at Tuesday night’s show when Megan became ill.

“Announcement just came on in the theatre .. they have removed Meg Thee Stallion from the show as Zidler for the rest of the night,” Lorosa wrote at the time.

She added that Megan was eventually replaced by “a black male actor” and that the show continued.

Megan kicked off her eight-week run as Zidler in late March, with plans to conclude the role on May 17.

Last week, the “Savage” rapper took to social media to share clips from her Broadway debut, writing, “So grateful for this incredible cast&crew&everyone who worked so hard to make opening night a success!!”

“HOTTIES IM ON BROADWAY!!” she added.

With all the streaming services nowadays, you may feel paralyzed by choice in trying to figure out what to watch. Luckily, Pavement is here to help.

The “Cut Your Hair” outfit has announced Pavements+, described in a press release as “the world’s first subscription service dedicated almost entirely to Pavement-related content.”

“Yes. Just Pavement,” the release continues. “Pavements+ will exclusively stream the critically adored, structurally perplexing, semi-meta-cinematic opus Pavements — the film about the band that may or may not be about the idea of the band — that will also include additional bonus content never before seen by human eyes.”

You can also expect “new bonus features, archival footage, rehearsal fragments, unexplained silences, and at least one camera accidentally left rolling for 47 minutes.”

“We noticed there were too many streaming services,” says guitarist Scott “Spiral Stairs” Kannberg. “So we made another one.”

You may notice that the date is April 1. While Pavements+ may or may not be an April Fools’ joke, you can watch the Pavements movie via Pavement’s website and the platform Altavod

Pavements will also be returning to select arthouse theaters on April 18 in celebration of Record Store Day. You can also catch Pavement live on tour starting in July.

Jon Bon Jovi’s not a chef, but he’s just won a prestigious James Beard award for his food-related philanthropy.

Jon’s charity, the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, has been named a recipient of the James Beard Foundation‘s Impact Award, which recognizes those who work to “create a more equitable, sustainable, and economically viable restaurant industry and food system,” according to the JBF website.

When Jon established his foundation in 2006, it was focused on building affordable housing. He and his wife, Dorothea Bongiovi, expanded it in 2011 to open the JBJ Soul Kitchen, a nonprofit community restaurant in New Jersey that’s based on a “pay it forward” model. There’s a suggested donation for each meal, but those who are unable to pay can volunteer instead. Additional donations from customers cover food costs for those unable to pay.

In addition to serving food, the JBJ Soul Kitchen, which has four locations in New Jersey, also provides job training, resume support, employment assistance, access to local mental health providers and housing resources.

Jon’s charity is one of several Impact Award winners this year; they will all be honored June 14 at a ceremony in Chicago.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band launched their Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour in Minneapolis Tuesday night, streaming the first two songs live on YouTube.

The Boss began the show with “a prayer for our men and women in service overseas,” before saying, “The mighty E Street Band is here tonight to call upon the righteous power of art, of music, of rock and roll in dangerous times.”

“We are here in celebration and defense of our American ideals, democracy, our Constitution and our sacred American promise,” he continued, noting America “is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, racist, reckless and treasonous administration.”

The show kicked off with a performance of the Edwin Starr track “War,” which according to setlist.fm, was the first time the band had performed the song live since 2003. That was followed by “Born in the U.S.A.,” which was recently used for a ACLU ad about President Trump’s attempt to get rid of birthright citizenship. Both songs featured Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello on guitar.

Springsteen also performed “Streets of Minneapolis” for the first time with The E Street Band, “The Promised Land,” “My City of Ruins,” “The Ghost of Tom Joad,” “Badlands” and “Land of Hope and Dreams,” as well as classics like “Born to Run,” “Hungry Heart,” “Dancing in the Dark” and “Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out.”

Paying homage to Minnesota native Prince, the band performed “Purple Rain” for the first time since 2016. They ended the night with a cover of Bob Dylan’s “Chimes of Freedom.”

Some people hold out for marriage, but Lizzo held out for a Grammy.

Lizzo appeared on Benny Blanco’s Friends Keep Secrets podcast, and told Benny and co-hosts Dave Burd and Kristin Batalucco about losing her virginity, saying, “I was a late bloomer. I lied about it for a long time.”

When they tried to guess how old she was, Lizzo said, “Can I just tell you the year? 2020. Isn’t that crazy?” She went on to explain, “For me, it was, like, I just promised myself when I was younger that I wouldn’t have sex until I won a Grammy.”  The night of Jan. 26, 2020, she won three, but clarified that she didn’t actually have sex that same night.

Lizzo then talked about the lies she told to cover up the fact that she’d never had sex. “It was so embarrassing,” she recalled. “I was in, like, a friend group of girls and we were all ‘girling’ one night, and it was just like, ‘Wait. Lizzo, are you a virgin?'” Lizzo said she hotly denied it, and then went a step further, claiming she “loved” sex.

But that wasn’t the only way in which Lizzo was a late bloomer: She also revealed that she didn’t have her first kiss until the age of 21. She explained that she came from a religious background, and all the kids at her church had made a pact “that we wouldn’t do anything before marriage.”

“And then, I was just so scared, like, no one wanted to kiss me,” she added.

When she finally did kiss a guy, she said, “It was, like, a New Year’s Eve thing and he, like, forced it on me and I was really mad, and I was like, ‘My first kiss is ruined!'”

Justin Moore’s latest hit, “Time’s Ticking,” is #3 on both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay charts.

It’s a message the Arkansas resident takes to heart, especially as the father of four kids, ranging from 16-year-old Ella Kole Moore to 8-year-old Thomas South Moore.

He admits his only son starting school really got to him.

“I’ve cried with all of ‘em startin’ kindergarten, which my oldest daughter made fun of,” he reveals. “She’s like, ‘Why are you cryin’?’ I go, ‘I did it for you and your sisters too, so stop.'”

“I think knowin’ that it was our last one to start school, I was like, ‘Golly, man, this is tough.’ You know, I’m the emotional guy in our household, the softy,” he adds. “My wife’s more of the tough guy.”

Justin just released the 17-track Greatest Hits… Moore to Come, which showcases the version of “Time’s Ticking” that adds Dierks Bentley

The late Bob Weir is being honored for his commitment to protecting the environment.

The Music Sustainability Alliance has announced a new award named after the Grateful Dead co-founder, who passed away in January. The MSA Bobby Weir Sustainability Awards, to be handed out annually, will recognize “individuals and organizations in music who are advancing environmental responsibility and climate action.”

Weir’s family has thrown their support behind the awards, which “celebrate those who embody his long-standing commitment to protecting the natural world while strengthening the cultural power of music.”

“Bobby always strived to leave nothing but bare footprints on the Earth. If it was helpful to the planet, animals, or others, it was always a yes for him,” the Weir family said in a statement. “He spent decades encouraging the music world to consider its impact on the land, the climate, and future generations. We appreciate the opportunity to support MSA as it recognizes leaders carrying that spirit forward.”

“Bobby Weir has long demonstrated how music can inspire care for the planet, and we’re honored to have the support of the Weir family to recognize the innovators and leaders transforming the music industry and turn that spirit into real environmental progress,” said MSA co-founder and CEO Amy Morrison. “We hope the awards will shine a spotlight on the people across the music ecosystem who are proving that sustainability and creativity can move forward together.”

The first Bobby Awards, as they will be called, will be handed out April 14 in Los Angeles during the 2026 Music Sustainability Summit. More info can be found at musicsustainability.org.
