“Only phones and radios should break up out here,” Priscilla Block sings in the latest preview of her sophomore album.
The backroad breakup tune is one of 14 tunes on Things You Didn’t See, which arrives Oct. 10.
“‘Phones & Radios’ has been a favorite of mine since the day we wrote it,” Priscilla says. “The sound feels fresh and different, and I couldn’t think of a better way to lead into the full record.”
Priscilla is currently working the Happy Hour Sad Tour with Cole Swindell, ahead of her own Monster Energy Outbreak: Things You Didn’t See Tour, which starts Oct. 23 Fort Myers, Florida.

Former Yes keyboardist Rick Wakeman has announced a new set of U.S. tour dates, which will have him touring with his son Oliver Wakeman for the very first time.
Some of the dates on this tour are actually rescheduled shows from the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer’s July 2025 Strictly Wakeman tour, which was postponed so Rick could undergo surgery. That tour was supposed to feature singer Hayley Sanderson, but she is no longer on the bill.
“It’s always an honor for me to share the stage with one of my wonderful children,” says Rick, “and for the first time, it’s a thrill to be actually doing a tour with my eldest son Oliver. I know it will be very special – especially if, on the odd occasion, he buys me dinner!!”
While this is the first time Wakeman and his son have toured together, it isn’t their first time performing together. They previously shared the stage at London’s O2 Arena during Rick’s performance of The Myths And Legends of King Arthur.
The Wakeman & Son tour will kick off March 11 in Ridgefield, Connecticut, with dates confirmed through March 29 in Red Bank, New Jersey. Tickets for any of the postponed dates will be valid for corresponding new shows.
A complete list of dates and ticket information can be found at rwcc.com.

After touring to celebrate the 40th anniversaries of R.E.M.’s Murmur and Fables of the Reconstruction, actor Michael Shannon and his musical partner Jason Narducy are taking on another one of the band’s classic albums.
The duo just announced dates celebrating the 40th anniversary of R.E.M.’s fourth studio album, Lifes Rich Pageant. They’ll play the album in full, along with other R.E.M. classics. The trek kicks off Feb. 11 in Denver and wraps March 16 in Bloomington, Indiana.
The tour also includes two nights, Feb. 26 and 27, in Athens, Georgia, birthplace of R.E.M. Their two nights in Athens for the Fables of the Reconstruction tour included an onstage reunion of all four members of R.E.M.: Michael Stipe, Mike Mills, Peter Buck and Bill Berry.
“It dumbfounds and delights me that we continue our crusade through this astounding catalogue of music from one of America’s most influential and unique bands,” says Shannon. “Now we find ourselves at a summit, Lifes Rich Pageant, and we’re all pinching ourselves in disbelief to be so lucky.”
Narducy adds, “I’m thrilled to join Michael and our band in celebrating the 40th anniversary of R.E.M.’s monumental fourth album. This impeccable collection of songs meant so much to me when I first heard them and they continue to inspire and invigorate me.”
Tickets for the 2026 tour go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
Released in July 1986, Lifes Rich Pageant peaked at #21 on the Billboard chart. It featured such songs as “Fall on Me,” “Begin the Begin” and a cover of “Superman,” which was sung by Mills.
Lady Gaga‘s “The Dead Dance” proves her career is alive and well.
Her new single, which she recorded for the Netflix series Wednesday and subsequently added to the deluxe edition of her album Mayhem, has debuted at #40 on the BillboardHot 100. According to the publication, this is the first time in a dozen years that she’s released an album with four top-40 hits.
In addition to “The Dead Dance,” Mayhem features “Disease,” the Grammy-winning #1 hit “Die With a Smile” and “Abracadabra.” Her last album to achieve four top-40 singles was 2013’s Artpop, which had “Applause,” “Dope,” “Do What You Want” and “Venus.”

Overall, “The Dead Dance” is Gaga’s 29th top-40 hit.

Kane Brown started his week hanging with Taylor Swift and fiancé Travis Kelce at Patrick Mahomes‘ 30th birthday celebration.
The “2 Pair” singer posted a photo of himself and his wife, Katelyn Brown, posing with Taylor, Travis, and Mahomes and his wife at 1587 Prime, the new Kansas City steakhouse owned by the two Chiefs stars. “Happy birthday Pat & congrats TT,” Kane captioned the photo, referring to Taylor and Travis’ engagement. There’s also video of Mahomes blowing out his candles.
According to People, Taylor’s plaid ensemble cost more than $3,700; it included a matching plaid vest and skirt by Simkhai, Gucci pumps and a Chanel necklace. Travis wore a schoolboy-style Thom Browne suit, which featured a blazer and matching shorts — which means Taylor and Travis were showing off an equal amount of leg in the pic.
The photo was taken Sunday after the Chiefs’ first home game of the season. Mahomes’ actual birthday is Wednesday, which is also the day the restaurant — which features a Taylor-coded cocktail called The Alchemy on the menu — officially opens.

Kenny Chesney’s ‘Heart Life Music’ (William Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers)
Kenny Chesney will launch Heart Life Music with a book tour this fall in Tennessee and Massachusetts.
The first stop will be Nov. 1 at East Tennessee State University’s Martin Center for the Arts in Johnson City.
“The idea I’d chase this dream came together in Johnson City, trying to learn Doc Watson picking from Jack Tottle, playing Quarterbacks and Chuckey’s, and going to Russia with East Tennessee State University’s Bluegrass Band,” Kenny says.
“For me, going back to East Tennessee State University where all of this began was the only way to kick this book tour off,” he continues. “Hopefully, someone in the audience who’s wondering about their own dream might find what they need to get serious about whatever it is they’re chasing.”
The next day, Nov. 2, Kenny’s tour continues at Back Bay Events Center in Boston.
“There’s been something about the people of New England that recognizes the kid from East Tennessee in me,” he reflects. “I like to say, ‘They believe me,’ but I think it’s more they know the same grit and passion that’s driven me and my team all these years.”
Co-author Holly Gleason will join Kenny for both discussions about the book.
“I know these are intimate events,” he says. “But I want everyone to really be able to hear, absorb and feel like we’ve come together before they dive into the book. There’s a lot there, and a lot that went into it – and I want to have very real conversations about all of it to give people a real sense of the role where they live has played in my journey and the man I wanted to be and – hopefully – became.”
Heart Life Music drops Nov. 4. Tickets for the book tour go on sale Friday.
Malcolm-Jamal Warner‘s mother, Pamela Warner, is opening up about the death of her son.
Warner, best known for his role as Theodore Huxtable on The Cosby Show, died off the coast of Costa Rica in July after drowning.
The actor was brought to shore by a volunteer lifeguard and another surfer, police said at the time. The Forensic Pathology Department ruled Warner’s death as accidental.
“They were in the water, I think maybe chest-deep at, even at that,” Pamela Warner told Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Roberts in an exclusive interview. “Maybe waist-deep. There was an undertow and my son was not an experienced swimmer. He did not know how to deal with an undertow.”
Warner’s mother also clarified conflicting details surrounding his death; reports previously stated that the actor drowned trying to save his daughter, who had been in Costa Rica three weeks prior with his wife for an immersion program.
“She was on shore,” Pamela Warner said. “She was not in the water.”
Instead, Pamela Warner said that her son was in the water with another man who was also caught in the undertow, but was able to rescue himself.
“He was a more experienced swimmer, but Malcolm was not,” she said.
While her son’s death is still painful, Pamela Warner said that she is “at peace with everything that happened” and said that it was “his time.”
“That was his time,” she said. “That was the manner in which he was to transition, and this is what I believe and what I feel.”
Pamela Warner said she’s comforted by the deep conversations they shared through the years.
She added, “I’m very grateful that I was chosen to be his mother. I think more than anything, I’m at peace with everything that happened. There was nothing left on the table.”
“There was no shoulda, coulda woulda. I wish I would have said this, I wish I would have done this,” she continued. “I don’t have that. I feel that our journey together as mother and son was complete.”
Warner is survived by his wife, Tenisha Warner, and their daughter. Pamela Warner said that they’re both still grieving Warner.
“Children process differently,” Pamela Warner said about her granddaughter. “She watched them resuscitate him, try to resuscitate him. She saw that, and I know that’s awfully, awfully traumatic.”
She added, “She loved her father dearly. She adored papa. He was papa. And so they’re both in deep grief.”
On Sept. 12, Tenisha Warner took to Instagram for the first time since her husband’s death and shared a photo from their wedding day.
She thanked everyone for “holding us in so much love during this tender time” and said that the following day would mark their wedding anniversary.
Pamela Warner says she is working to honor her son’s memory and is asking others to continue supporting his legacy.
“Support the MJW Living Legacy page,” she said, referring to an Instagram page she started to honor her son.
“And love where you can, give when you can. Just be better. Just be better,” Pamela Warner continued. “Because that’s what he wanted, and that’s what he was working toward. We can all be better selves.”
