NBA YoungBoy‘s Wednesday show at the United Center in Chicago has been canceled. The venue announced the news on its website, although it did not provide a reason for the cancellation.

Refunds will be given to those who secured their tickets through Ticketmaster, while those who purchased their tickets from a third-party reseller are advised to contact their point of purchase.

NBA YoungBoy’s canceled show is one stop on the MASA tour, which supports his latest album of the same name. He kicked off the tour by donating $50,000 to two nonprofits in Dallas and was recently awarded his own day in Kansas City, Missouri.

National criminal justice advocate Donte West also presented NBA with the key to the city on behalf of Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas for his music, community outreach and work toward reducing violence and supporting underserved communities.

Green Day headlined Riot Fest in Chicago on Sunday, and fan-shot footage shows frontman Billie Joe Armstrong pulling a fan named Argyle onstage to join them for the song “Know Your Enemy.” Well, it turns out the move helped ease the stress of the kid’s mom.

Argyle’s mom, Bobbi Dunn Cantrell, commented on Armstrong’s Instagram photos from the show, which the rocker posted as a screenshot. Cantrell writes that she was in “panic mode” during the concert because she and Argyle had gotten separated.

“I was in panic mode all day because we got separated when I went to the bathroom and couldn’t get back to him,” read the comment. “He parked by the stage around noon and didn’t leave all day.”

She went on to thank Armstrong “for making my amazing kid’s dream come true and for easing my anxiety.”

“As soon as I saw him on stage I screamed ‘OMG THAT’S MY KID!!!!!’” she added. “What an amazing night! I am a new fan forever.”

Green Day has a couple more festivals on their schedule this year. They play Oceans Calling in Ocean City, Maryland, on Friday, and Eddie Vedder’s Ohana Festival in Dana Point, California, on Sunday.

Last year’s 40th anniversary of The Cars’ Heartbeat City is being marked with a new expanded reissue of the album.

Dropping Oct. 31, Heartbeat City (Deluxe Edition) is a four-CD/one-LP set that comes with the original album on both LP and CD, along with two CDs of bonus material made up of unreleased studio recordings, B-sides, early mixes, alternative takes and demos, including a demo for the band’s top-10 hit “Drive.”

There’s also a CD with a live concert recorded at The Summit in Houston on Sept. 11, 1984. The concert was originally released on VHS and Laserdisc, and this marks its first-ever CD release. The package also comes with a color booklet with photos, liner notes by keyboardist Greg Hawkes and an essay by drummer David Robinson.

Heartbeat City (Deluxe Edition) is available for preorder now.

Heartbeat City was produced by Mutt Lange and released in March 1984. It became a huge hit for The Cars, peaking at #3 on the Billboard 200 chart and hitting #1 on the Billboard Rock Albums chart. It went on to be certified four-times Platinum by the RIAA.

Much of the album’s popularity was due to singles like “You Might Think” and “Drive,” both of which reached the Billboard Hot 100 top 10. They both benefited from videos that received huge airplay on MTV, especially “You Might Think,” which went on to win the first-ever video of the year award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

A previously unreleased performance by Nirvana is up for auction. The video and audio footage captures the band’s Feb. 17, 1990, live show at Iguanas in Tijuana, Mexico.

According to the description, the footage shows Nirvana “in their formative early days promoting their debut studio album Bleach.” The Seattle rockers play 13 songs during the concert, and during the show frontman Kurt Cobain “dives onto the floor seven times, and smashes two guitars and (playfully) into Camera 1.”

The auction includes two original master tapes featuring raw footage of the concert, with each tape a recording from a separate camera. In total there’s 45 minutes of footage, and the package comes with the U.S. Copyright Office Certificate of Registration for the content, a poster for a show two nights earlier at the Los Angeles nightclub Raji’s, an original Sub Pop pressing of Bleach on white vinyl and more.

The auction, hosted by Bonhams, is open until Thursday at 12 p.m. PT. The footage is estimated to sell for between $100,000 and $150,000.

Thomas Rhett’s ‘About a Woman (Deluxe)’ (Big Machine)

Thomas Rhett is going it alone on social media these days.

“Am I doing this right?” he asks in a new Instagram post, going on to explain “my digital manager is on vacation” on a photo that shows him playing at the piano.

“I just sing and don’t know much about this,” he continues as he gives a thumbs-up standing beside what seems to be his front door.

“Hope I’m making her proud,” he adds, this time lifting a dumbbell in the gym.

“Anyways, this song comes out Friday,” he closes, posing in front of a coffee machine with a mug that says Best Dad Ever.

Indeed, TR does know a thing or two about social media posts, since he managed to set his slideshow to his new song, “On a River,” which drops Friday, along with “Water” and “Chapter 10.” Those are the final three tracks that complete the deluxe edition of his album About a Woman.

The new song from Drew Baldridge is a tip of the hat to family traditions.

“Call Me If You Get One,” which comes out Friday, was inspired by an expression his father and grandfather would use when they were going hunting.

“This song is really special to me,” Drew says. “It’s about those little things my dad and grandpa used to say that stuck with me. Now, I get to share those same memories and traditions with my son, and that means the world.”

“Call Me If You Get One” follow’s Drew’s recently released tracks “Deserve Her” and “Get Me Gone” featuring Emily Ann Roberts. It follows his #1 “She’s Somebody’s Daughter” and his top-10 hit “Tough People.”

He’s currently busy writing and recording his next full-length album.
