Ed Sheeran is doing his part to help England in their quest for a World Cup championship.
Sheeran’s Instagram account shared video of him visiting the team at their camp, explaining in the clip that he’s been visiting the team camp since 2021.
“I’ve just been to every one ever since,” he says in the video. “It’s been great. It’s been a nice little tradition.”
He adds, “The first time I played for the lads in 2021 we bonded and so it’s never a tough crowd.”
The clip also features a snippet of Sheeran performing “Castle on the Hill” from his third studio album, Divide, for the team.
England is set to take on Norway on Saturday in Miami, but Ed already has his prediction for how the tournament is going to turn out.
“I think it will be England/France final and I think when you get to the final anyone can win and I think it will be us.”

Tank pays homage to Floetry’s “Say Yes” with the release of his new single, “Yes.”
“‘Yes’ is about taking a classic feeling and giving it new life,” he says in a statement. “Everybody remembers where they were when they first heard Floetry’s version. I wanted to pay homage while creating something that speaks to where we are today.”
The song arrives with a music video in which a birthday girl is surprised with a private performance from Tank. As the night wraps up, one lucky woman shares an intimate moment with the singer.
Tank has been playing shows as part of Chris Brown and Usher’s R&B tour.

Shinedown bassist Eric Bass is stepping away from Shinedown’s upcoming tour due to his mental health.
“I had a pretty serious mental health crash, I guess you could say, a few weeks ago,” Bass says in a video posted to Facebook on Friday. “I don’t really feel it’s the wise thing for me to do to go out on tour right now.”
“I debated whether or not to make this announcement at all and just not be there and then show back up when it’s time,” he continues. “But mental health being such a thing that I have championed and the band has championed, I thought that it would be not the best look to maybe seem like I’m ashamed of it.”
Bass adds that he’s currently in treatment and is feeling better, but he doesn’t yet have a timeline for his return.
“Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later,” he says. “But I wanna make sure that I’m safe.”
Josh Sturm and Zack Mack will be filling in for Bass during his absence.
Shinedown’s tour launches Saturday in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. It supports the band’s new album, EI8HT.

Hudson Westbrook is heartbroken and lonely in his new song, “Hits Me.”
“That’s when it hits me/ Lonely with a side of misery/ I’m laying in bed and I’m up in my head with the words that you said on repeat,” he sings on the track he co-wrote. “On repeat like an old sad song/ The walls come down and the sky falls/ Just when I think I’m finally through and the me missing you might miss me/ Yeah, that’s when it hits me.”

Andy Grammer has released his brand-new single “Best Hearts,” as well as its companion track, “Big Stupid Heart.” The new song “Best Hearts” was inspired by a fan-submitted story that was shared on Grammer’s podcast, Showing Up With Andy Grammer. It started as a mother’s voicemail about her son who was battling mental health issues. Even though he was having a difficult time, he still found the strength to comfort his roommate, who was also struggling.
Malcom Todd has put out his new song “I Just Got Mad.” The song is described as a longtime fan favorite that Todd first started teasing back in 2024. It arrives alongside an official visualizer that was shot and edited by Todd. “I Just Got Mad” is Todd’s first new song since the release of his sophomore album, Do That Again.
Teddy Swims has released his newest single, “Break Up in Reverse.” The heartbreak anthem is a breakup song that doesn’t focus on regret. Instead, the song focuses on his wish to be able to relive the relationship and have it work out in a happy ending this time. Swims also released an accompanying official music video.

Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Steve Winwood is a special guest on The Rolling Stones’ just-released album Foreign Tongues, and he’s revealing how he got involved in the project in a new Instagram post.
“I think Ronnie Wood called me first, when they were cutting ‘Hackney Diamonds’. He said, ‘Hi, man. Come and play a track.’ I said, ‘Yeah, sure, just let me know where and when,’” Winwood writes. “I think I was asked just to play on one song, then they said, ‘There’s another couple you can do.’ I did a couple more and then they said, ‘Come next week and do some more.’’
Winwood then explains why he thinks they wanted him on the record.
“Nicky Hopkins and I were on a similar journey, in a way,” he writes, referring to the legendary pianist who contributed to some of the Stones’ biggest hits and briefly toured with the band. “I think the Stones knew that, and I suspect that they wanted that sort of feel.”
“Everything they do has this wonderful vintage Stones thing going on,” Winwood continues. “Much of the album was done with everyone playing together, which is a rarity these days and adds some magic and temperament.”

Jack White has invited the band Twin Temple to open for one of his upcoming shows after they were dropped from playing country artist Charley Crockett’s tour.
Twin Temple, who describe their music as “satanic doo wop,” announced on Wednesday that Crockett “has decided to remove Twin Temple from his upcoming shows next week due to our Satanic imagery.”
“We are sorry to everyone who was planning to see us,” Twin Temple wrote. “We’re grateful for your support, not only of Twin Temple, but more importantly of artistic freedom. HAIL SATAN!”
For his part, Crockett told Rolling Stone, “I thought they were like Black Sabbath, but they ain’t. Not today, Satan.”
White, however, is apparently unfazed by Twin Temple’s satanic imagery — after all, he released an album with The White Stripes called Get Behind Me Satan — and asked them to open for his Sept. 29 show in Los Angeles in an Instagram post published Friday.
“Get in front of me Satan!” White wrote.
Twin Temple then responded in the comments, “Unholy hell…. Sir Jack, you have no idea what this means to us.”
“We were actually planning on coming to this show,” they added. “It would be a most infernal pleasure to play the devils music with you.”
White, meanwhile, released a new solo album called Frozen Charlotte on Friday and will launch his U.S. tour Friday night in Washington, D.C.

“I grew up listening to all those great story songs in the ’90s,” Lee says. “They had a huge impact on me as a writer, and honestly, they’re still some of my favorite kinds of country songs. The second I heard this one, I knew I was gonna record it. It just felt like the kind of songs that made me fall in love with country music in the first place.”
“Dogs Are Barking” is the latest release from Lee’s 32-track deluxe Sunriser (All-Nighter), which comes out Oct. 2.

It’s a love story, and Taylor Swift just said yes.
The music superstar married NFL star Travis Kelce one week ago at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Swift paid the City of New York $160,000 to cover the cost of resources used during her wedding, New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani said Friday.
Swift and Kelce’s July 3 wedding required a permit for street closures and traffic management, while the New York Police Department deployed dozens of officers.
The pair wed in a ceremony said to have included over 1,000 guests. No official wedding photos have been released.
Adam Sandler officiated the couple’s ceremony. Swift’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her man of honor while Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, was his best man. They were the only members of the wedding party.
The bride and groom wore custom looks by Dior, with Swift wearing a haute couture gown designed by Jonathan Anderson. It was the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a “world-renowned celebrity,” according to a rep of Swift. The couple wore custom-made shoes by Christian Louboutin and Swift wore Cartier jewelry.
