Heart‘s Nancy Wilson is set to appear on a new podcast from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

The Music Makes Us podcast, premiering Nov. 18, will be hosted by Bikini Kill‘s Kathleen Hanna. In addition to Wilson, it will feature such guests as Chaka Khan and Paramore‘s Hayley Williams.

“I wanted to sit down with the most exciting musicians on the planet to talk about their influences, weird behind-the-scenes moments and the music that made them,” Hanna says. “Everyone says their podcast is for you the listener and that’s true, but it’s also for me. By talking to other artists I’m being reminded of all the ways music can comfort us, fuel us and create community.”

Wilson, by the way, performed at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Saturday. She joined Toni Cornell, daughter of the late Chris Cornell, for a performance of “Fell on Black Days” in honor of inductee Soundgarden. She also played alongside Bad Company drummer Simon Kirke, Aerosmith‘s Joe Perry, Bryan Adams and The Black CrowesChris Robinson to celebrate Bad Company’s induction.

Highlights from the ceremony will air as an ABC primetime special on Jan. 1.

Backstreet Boys‘ residency at Sphere Las Vegas has been wildly popular, but it’s wrapping up in February. So who would the group like to see take their place at the state-of-the-art venue? AJ McLean says Taylor Swift‘s on his list — but he suggests she pop up at one of their shows first.

Speaking to TMZ, AJ was asked which acts he’d love to see perform at the Sphere. After naming Coldplay, Lenny Kravitz and Red Hot Chili Peppers, he added, “I don’t know if she would ever do it, but I think Taylor would absolutely destroy it.”

“She’s the sweetest … she’s been so kind to my daughters, anytime that we’ve had a chance to hang out and meet her at her shows, she’s just the best,” AJ continued. He and the TMZ reporter then discussed the viral remix that mashes up the Backstreet Boys hit “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” with Taylor’s song “Elizabeth Taylor.” AJ loves the remix.

“I mean, fans are hoping that she’ll come do ‘Elizabeth Taylor’ while we do ‘Backstreet’s Back’ [at the Sphere],” AJ noted. “We would break the planet if that happened. So Taylor, if you want, come see the show first, so you know what’s going on, and then you can figure out if you wanna come up with us. We’re not gonna say no.”

If you didn’t already know, Megan Thee Stallion‘s new single, “Lover Girl,” gives fans insight into her current space in life. She tells US Weekly the song’s “just reflective of this new chapter of my journey.”

“Right now, I’m in a great space where I’m just more comfortable and open to receiving love from everyone in my life,” says Meg, who is currently dating NBA star Klay Thompson. “It’s a beautiful and peaceful place to be, so I’m really just enjoying the soft life right now.”

“Lover Girl” is the newest song added to Meg’s discography, which includes hits she hopes to one day perform on the Super Bowl stage.

“I’m manifesting a Super Bowl halftime performance for myself in the future. Honestly, I would really love the opportunity if it presented itself and I would embrace the challenge,” Meg tells the publication. “The Hotties know I love to put on a show, so I would just want to turn the halftime show into a big party, come with some surprises and put on for my city.”

Little Feat is ready to say goodbye to the road. The band just announced that their upcoming tour will be their last.

The trek, fittingly called The Last Farewell Tour, a callback to their 1975 release, The Last Record Album, will kick off April 10 in Orlando, Florida.

“Playing is the joy and satisfaction of touring, but it comes with the hard part — travel, the endless miles on a bus,” the band said in a statement. “There’s no dodging the wear and tear, and Little Feat has been playing for quite a while.”

Although dates are currently confirmed through May 24 in Thornville, Ohio, more shows are expected to be announced.

“It’s definitely not an absolute, never-gonna-play again statement,” the band adds. “This wind-down will take several years to accomplish, and while it does, Feat will continue to perform and record as long as they are able. It’s a retirement from the travel of touring.”

“Feat has an incredible legacy of music and the celebration that comes with it, and the near future will see them honoring their own past with more playing,” they note. “But it’s time to give the trusty tour bus, however comfy, a rest.”

To coincide with the announcement, Little Feat has released the previously unreleased song “Feathers and a Smile,” which was written by Little Feat’s late co-founder Lowell George and features his daughter Inara George on vocals. It is now available via digital outlets.

A complete list of dates can be found at LittleFeat.net.

Megadeth may be embarking on a farewell tour, but their Countdown to Extinction still has a ways to go.

Frontman Dave Mustaine tells Kerrang! that “we’re easily talking about touring for another three to five years” before Megadeth officially hangs it up.

“And if we’re going to be doing it for that long then, s***, I’ll be looking at the birthday I don’t even want to think about!” the 64-year-old Mustaine adds.

So far, Megadeth’s touring plans include 2026 U.S. dates with Iron Maiden.

A final, self-titled Megadeth album is due out Jan. 23. Lead single “Tipping Point” is out now; a second cut, titled “I Don’t Care,” will premiere Friday.

More than two years after its release, Chris Stapleton‘s “White Horse” is getting the cinematic treatment with a new music video

Filmed in Marfa, Texas, the clip stars actor Josh Brolin, Mae McKagan and Tommy Martinez, alongside Chris and Morgane Stapleton.

“Listening to ‘White Horse’ over and over again, we visualized a couple on the run and wanted to add some complexity with the parental sheriff relationship between Mae and Josh’s characters,” filmmakers Stephen Kinigopoulos and Alexa King Stone say in a statement. “What was just going to be an action-packed love story, also became a story about letting go and trust.”

Released in July 2023 as the lead single from Stapleton’s fifth album, Higher, “White Horse” topped the chart in January 2024.

The awards show favorite is currently up for three CMAs at the Nov. 19 ceremony, as well as four Grammys at the February event.

‘Wicked: The Soundtrack’ ( Universal Pictures / Republic Records / Verve Records)

Grammy nominations were announced Nov. 7, but now the Recording Academy has amended its initial list of nominees to add additional people — including Ariana Grande.

Ariana and her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo were nominated on Nov. 7 for best pop duo/group performance for “Defying Gravity” from the film. But on Tuesday, according to Billboard, both of their names were added to the list of nominees in the category of best compilation soundtrack for visual media for the Wicked soundtrack.

With this extra nod, Ariana’s career total of Grammy nominations now stands at an even 20. So far, she’s won two Grammys: best pop vocal album for Sweetener and best pop duo/group performance for her Lady Gaga duet, “Rain on Me.”

As for why the academy was delayed in announcing the nods, Billboard explains that after the initial nominees are revealed, the nominees in this category are then researched to determine who is eligible to be included.

The 2026 Grammy Awards will take place Feb. 1 in LA.

Black Label Society has announced a U.S. tour for 2026.

The headlining outing kicks off Feb. 27 in San Antonio and concludes May 14 in Nashville. The bill will also include frontman Zakk Wylde‘s Black Sabbath cover band, Zakk Sabbath.

Tickets go on sale Friday. For the full list of dates and all ticket info, check out the BLS Instagram.

Black Label Society has released two new songs in 2025: “Broken and Blind” and “Lord Humungus.” The band’s most recent album is 2021’s Doom Crew Inc.

Meanwhile, Wylde, who long played guitar in Ozzy Osbourne‘s solo band, recently told NJ.com that the late Prince of Darkness wanted to record a new album with him before his death in July.

“He was texting me, ‘Zakk, let’s do another record. Because I really loved it when you were going through your Allman Brothers, [Lynyrd] Skynyrd phase when we did ‘No More Tears,’ it’s heavy but it’s more melodic, it’s not pummeling heavy,'” Wylde said. “So I said, ‘Alright Oz, whatever you want.'”
