The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says it’s looking into new allegations of sexual assault against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Investigators say they received a report on Friday from a police department in Florida, where the alleged victim lives. The LA County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims Bureau will be investigating the allegations.

A spokesperson for the Largo, Florida, police department told ABC News that the department assisted the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office with an investigation into Combs but that it is not investigating any alleged crimes independently.

Largo police took a report in September from a man who claims Combs sexually assaulted him in 2020. The victim’s name is redacted on the report, but music producer Jonathan Hay identified himself as the complainant in social media posts that have since been removed. Hay also identified himself as one of the John Does who filed a civil lawsuit against Combs in July.

According to the police report, Combs pleasured himself in front of Hay and asked Hay to “finish him off” in February 2020. Hay said he did not respond because he was in shock and that Combs then tossed a semen-stained shirt at him.

The report also details an alleged incident in March of 2021 in which Hay says C.J. Wallace, the son of the late rapper Christopher Wallace, aka Notorious B.I.G., took him to a location where two men put an item over Hay’s head before Combs came into the room and allegedly forced his penis inside of Hay’s mouth several times.

Hay provided Largo police with pictures and videos to show he was collaborating with C.J. Wallace on a music project, which he said led to him being introduced to Combs and the incidents occurring.

Wallace filed a counterclaim against Hay in Florida last week, denying what he said were Hay’s “wildly false and defamatory allegations” and calling them in part a “calculated smear campaign” intended to damage his personal and professional reputation. The complaint requests a jury trial as well as compensatory and punitive damages.

An ABC News sent requests for comment to Combs’ legal representatives and to attorneys listed for Wallace on his countersuit and did not immediately receive a response from any of the parties.

Combs was found guilty in July on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and is currently serving 50 months in prison following his sentencing in October.

Morgan Evans has released an unusual Christmas song. “How to Make Gravy” is a holiday classic in his home country of Australia that was originally written and recorded by Paul Kelly. The song is told from the point of view of an inmate calling his brother from behind bars. “It’s one of the greatest songs ever written,” Morgan says. “It’s not your typical Christmas song, but it’s always hit me right in the guts. Anyone who’s ever spent Christmas away from home knows that feeling.”

Darius Rucker is a country music superstar, but he also occasionally reunites with his band Hootie & the Blowfish for tours. However, he says he’s not really interested in doing that anymore.

Speaking to the Rolling Stone Now podcast, Darius says, “Every time I played with Hootie, in ’19 and two years ago, it’s because I thought the fans wanted it. It’s not because I wanted to. I wasn’t dying to go play with Blowfish. I wasn’t dying to take a huge pay cut, but, you know, the fans wanted it.”

While Darius and Hootie are scheduled to play the Stagecoach festival next spring, he notes, “We won’t play again anytime soon. If we play again, I’ll be well into my 60s if we ever play again.”

Darius also reveals he’s almost done with his next solo country album, but he’s currently more focused on Howl Owl Howl, the “supergroup” that features him, R.E.M.‘s Mike Mills and Steve Gorman, a former member of The Black Crowes. They’ve released a single and wrapped up a tour on Saturday.

Warren Haynes has announced dates for a new 2026 solo tour.

The trek will feature just Haynes and his guitar, and will have him playing stripped down shows that will feature two sets each night. He plans to play songs from his catalog, including solo recordings, and Gov’t Mule and Allman Brothers Band tunes, plus music that has influenced his career.

“Although I have done a few solo dates here and there, I’ve never afforded myself the opportunity to do an actual solo tour so I’m extremely excited about this,” Haynes says. “Anytime I get the chance to do something that I don’t get to do often enough is a rewarding experience for me and hopefully for the audience as well.”

The 11-date tour kicks off Feb. 12 in Grass Valley, California, and wraps Feb. 26 in Pelham, Tennessee.

Haynes will also be hitting the road with the Warren Haynes Band starting March 1 in Birmingham, Alabama, and wrapping March 7 in Ithaca, New York.

A fan club presale for all new shows will begin Wednesday at 12 p.m. ET, with local presales starting Thursday at 12 p.m. ET. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Friday at 12 p.m. ET. A complete list of dates can be found at WarrenHaynes.net.

Next up, Haynes will hit the stage in his hometown of Asheville, North Carolina, for his annual Christmas Jam. The show will feature a special Christmas Jam tribute to Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh, featuring Haynes, Lesh’s son Grahame Lesh, Widespread Panic‘s Jimmy Herring, John Molo and Jason Crosby, along with special guests.

Recipes created by the late Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul will be served at the Rainbow Bar & Grill.

The famed Los Angeles eatery and watering hole, where late Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister was known to be a regular, will be serving Paul’s BBQ sauced cheese burger, Texas style cheese steak sammich and lemon pepper wings throughout the holiday season.

You’ll find those recipes and more in Paul’s cookbook, Drumming Up an Appetite, which was published posthumously in March.

Paul died in 2018, 14 years after the 2004 murder of his brother and Pantera bandmate, “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott. Pantera reformed in 2022 with Anthrax‘s Charlie Benante and Black Label Society‘s Zakk Wylde in place of Vinnie and Dime, respectively.

Jewel isn’t just a music artist, she’s a visual artist as well.

The singer-songwriter is set to debut an art exhibition at the Salone Verde in Venice, Italy, called Matriclysm: An Archeology of Connections Lost.

The exhibition, Jewel’s largest to date, will feature paintings, sculpture, tapestry, original music and voicework exploring themes of “motherhood, feminine power and the consequences of its loss.”

“At first glance, this exhibition centers on issues of femininity, power, and ecological consciousness, but at its core it is about memory, both profoundly personal and alarmingly global,” Jewel says in a statement. “If something of a cautionary tale, my hope is that the show reminds us what it feels like to be in closer harmony, inviting us to unearth ways to reconnect us to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.”

The exhibition will be on display from May 10, 2026, to Nov. 22, 2026.
