BTS fans have long wondered why its members never had their separate media accounts, but that finally changed after the septet announced an “extended period of rest.”  

J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Suga and V now have their very own social media accounts on Instagram, which you can follow.  Everyone amassed over 18 million follows since launching their accounts on Monday, but V currently has the most, with 20.5 million as of early Tuesday afternoon.

If you’re what the guys are posting about, the BTS boys are sharing glimpses of what they do in their spare time — such as RM posting a candid snap of Suga creeping up on a sleeping cat to take its photo.  They have also shared some behind the scenes looks of their recent performances. 

Comments are currently limited on all their accounts so only those they follow can react to their posts, which — surprise — are only the other members of BTS.  

BTS’ management company, Big Hit Music, previously announced that the band will be taking a break “after they complete their official scheduled events.”  The company stressed BTS is not breaking up, but that a hiatus was needed to give the group “a chance to get re-inspired and recharge with creative energy. It will also be the first time for them since their debut to spend the holiday season with their families.”

While several artists have been performing their Las Vegas residencies for years — like Rod Stewart, for example  — Michael Bublé swears that his newly announced residency is a one-time-only deal.

As previously reported, the Resorts World Las Vegas residency includes six shows, which run between April 27, 2022 and May 7.  But he tells Billboard, “I wanted to make sure it was the right kind of residency. In no way was I ready to go and have a theater built for me and spend 10 years there. But the fact that it’s a couple of weeks, it’s a lot of fun for me.”

Michael is going to use the six shows to introduce his new album, which he says includes “some of the greatest songs I think I’ve ever written in my life.”  He says the artists he’s written and produced his new material with, and the ones he’s duetting with, will “blow your mind.”

As for why he won’t extend his engagement in Sin City, Michael says, “The truth is I really love traveling all over the world. I go to 50-some odd countries and I just love showing up in their backyards.”

“I’ve always wanted to be tangible to the audience out there supporting me,” he explains. “So as much as Vegas is fun, I want to do this in this bite-sized way and makes them want me a little more. Play a little hard to get.”

Tickets for the residency go on sale December 10.

These days, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are happily married, but it turns out they almost didn’t even go on a first date.

While appearing on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Keith revealed that he was hesitant to pursue the Nine Perfect Strangers actress simply because he was “nervous.”

“Literally, I was like, ‘There’s no way this girl is interested in me at all,'” Urban said. “Somebody had given me her number. I couldn’t bring myself to call that number…I was nervous!”

The “Blue Ain’t Your Color” singer also set the record straight on reports that, at first, he wasn’t interested in Kidman. When Clarkson joked, “Where was your bar for humanity if Nicole Kidman doesn’t make the cut?,” he explained that the comment wasn’t about how high his bar was for women, but “how low mine was about myself.”

Urban and Kidman, both 54, now have 15 years of marriage under their belt. They also share two daughters, 13-year-old Sunday Rose and 10-year-old Faith Margaret.

A charity fundraiser turned into a veritable Lollpalooza in Malibu, California, over the weekend.

Rockers including Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters, Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tool‘s Danny Carey, and Queens of the Stone Age‘s Josh Homme and Troy Van Leeuwen all jammed together during the event, which raised money for the Malibu Elementary School arts program.

The all-star band also included Jane’s Addiction bassist Chris Chaney, and Ozzy Osbourne producer Andrew Watt on guitar. You can check out footage from the concert via an attendee’s Instagram.

While you probably didn’t get the attend the show, you can still listen to Hawkins and Chaney play together in the band NHC with the bassist’s Jane’s band mate, Dave Navarro. Chaney is also part of Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder‘s solo band The Earthlings, alongside Smith and Watt.

If you, like many fans of the Jonas Brothers, were dying to know what happened behind the scenes during their Remember This Tour, you’re in luck.  The “Sucker” singers are coming out with a mini-series that does exactly that.

The JoBros teamed with Messenger and Instagram for the five-part special, called Moments Between the Moments, which launched Tuesday. The docuseries is meant to show fans what Kevin, Nick and Joe were up to before taking the stage and after they took their final bow during their 44-stop headlining tour.

“As some of you already know… we were doing a bit of filming during the #RememberThisTour,” the group shared on Instagram. “It’s so exciting for us to be able to share some off these off-stage moments with all of you. Thank you again for making these last few months special for us.”

Aside from providing fans an intimate glimpse of their touring lifestyle, the series comes with a few extra surprises, such as “footage from a special secret show in LA.”  The mini-series will also provide a deeper look into the brothers’ aspirations and opinions about their music, career, family and other influences that impact their journey as a band.  Plus, we’ll finally know how they really feel about the specific challenges 2021 presented them.  In addition to predictable pandemic obstacles, for example, the JoBros grappled with other major disasters, such as “a hotdog cart almost ruining everything five minutes before their sold-out Fenway show.”

The first Moments Between the Moments episode is out now and can be viewed on the Watch Together function on Instagram, Messenger and Facebook Watch.  

The fifth and final episode airs Tuesday, December 28.  The JoBros will then release a concert special the following week, on Thursday, December 30.

Tame Impala has announced a North American headlining tour for 2022.

The outing will kick off March 7 in Pittsburgh, and will wrap up March 23 in Nashville. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 10, at 10 a.m. local time.

Along with the headlining dates, Tame Impala will also be playing a number of U.S. festivals in 2022, including Innings Arizona, Okeechobee and Hangout.

In other Tame Impala news, the Kevin Parker-led outfit has unearthed a previously unreleased song called “No Choice.” The track will appear on upcoming The Slow Rush B-Sides & Remixes compilation, which will be released February 18, 2022.

The Slow Rush, Tame Impala’s most recent album, was released in 2020.

Jimmy Fallon is trying his hand at music again and this time he’s teamed up with mega pop star Ariana Grande and the hot girl herself, Megan Thee Stallion, for his new song, “It Was A… (Masked Christmas).”

The peppy track was released at midnight on Tuesday but before the official release, Fallon shared a bit about the song and how it came to be during The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. 

“It’s basically about like how last year was just rough on everybody,” he explained. “I wanted to say, ‘It’s going to get better. It really is going to get better trust me’ and how can I portray that and also think of the funny things happened.”

Well, the comedian and talk show host seemed to hit the nail right on the head when it came to the lyrics. 

“It was a masked Christmas / we stayed in the house / We covered our nose and covered our mouth / But it’s Christmas time / We’ll be in line for a booster,” Fallon and Grande harmonize in the chorus. 

The “Body” rapper follows with her verse that begins, “This Christmas, Imma make it count / No more quarantine on the couch / This year hang that mistletoe toe / Imma kiss everyone that I know.”

The holiday track wouldn’t be complete without an equally entertaining music video to accompany it. The visuals are the epitome of the holiday season, with scenes ranging from skiing down a mountain, to sitting in front of a fireplace with Christmas decorations all around, and, as the lyrics state, standing in line for a booster shot. 

“It Was A… (Masked Christmas)” is available to stream now.
