Chris Lane and wife Lauren Bushnell have revealed the sex of their baby.
The country star took to Instagram to share the news that the couple is expecting a baby boy. For their gender reveal, Chris hit a ball with a baseball bat that expelled blue smoke into the air.
“Dutty’s gonna have a little brother,” the proud dad writes alongside a video, set to the tune of his song “Ain’t Even Met You Yet,” which he wrote after he found out his wife was pregnant with their first child, Dutton.
“Brothers,” Lauren comments with a blue heart emoji. “We can’t wait to meet you baby BOY,” she adds in her own post, accompanied by family photos with her husband and son.
Chris and Lauren welcomed Dutton in June 2021. The new baby is due in October.
When Garth Brooks visits New York City, his favorite street food is a hot dog, and he’s not shy when it comes to toppings.
“A lot. Is that a topping?” Garth jokes on the Kelly Clarkson Show. Chili, cheese and mustard are his go-to toppings, but he is not a fan of relish. “I don’t want anything in my way,” he says.
One of Garth and wife Trisha Yearwood‘s dinner dates was at a baseball game where they indulged in hot dogs. “She was phenomenal,” the singer recalls. “She threw down the challenge and that little gal, when she turns it on, she’s the best.”
The two also bonded over their mutual love of sports when they met. “What I love about her is she’s a guy that’s got all the great girl stuff,” Garth says. “She is fabulous. I love her.”
In the new biopic Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, Westworld star Evan Rachel Wood portrays Madonna circa 1985 — and the film’s director predicts the Queen of Pop will enjoy it, because she knows how to laugh at herself.
“I hope that she loves it,” Eric Appeltold People. “I feel like Madonna has a sense of humor…I think she’ll like it.” Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Al, added, “I second that. I’m sure. It’s great — and [Evan is] playing her. Who could not love that?”
In real-life, Al famously spoofed Madonna’s hit “Like a Virgin” with his song “Like a Surgeon.” In the biopic, which is actually more of a parody that fabricates and exaggerates moments from Al’s life, Madonna pursues the singer romantically in the hopes that he’ll spoof her song.
Wood says she prepared for the part by “just bingeing Madonna interviews from the early ’80s and her music videos and things,” adding, “It was fun. It’s always fun to get to go back and revisit and be like, ‘Oh, right — she’s a genius.’ There’s a reason why she’s Madonna.”
Weird: The Al Yankovic Story debuts on The Roku Channel November 4. Meanwhile, Madonna is working on her own biopic, which will reportedly star Julia Garner as the superstar. No word on whether or not Weird Al will appear as a character in that film.
Ozzy Osbourne has shared his full performance from his halftime set during the NFL’s season opening game last Thursday in Los Angeles.
Leading up to the game, a press release said that a “portion” of Ozzy’s performance would air as part of the NBC broadcast. Metal heads who tuned in to see the Prince of Darkness rock LA’s SoFi Stadium were disappointed to find that NBC only showed about 10 seconds of Ozzy before cutting back to analysis of the game’s first half.
Now, you can finally watch the performance in its entirety streaming via Ozzy’s YouTube.
The seven-minute set included renditions of “Patient Number 9,” the title track off Ozzy’s just-released solo album, and his solo classic “Crazy Train.” Ozzy’s backing band included drummer Tommy Clufetos, bassist Chris Chaney and Patient Number 9 producer Andrew Watt on guitar. Black Label Society frontman and Ozzy touring guitarist Zakk Wylde joined in to shred the solo on “Crazy Train.”
The halftime performance marked Ozzy’s first U.S. live appearance since he played the 2019 American Music Awards alongside Post Malone and Travis Scott. He hasn’t played a full live show since New Year’s Eve 2018.
(NOTE LANGUAGE) At Monday night’s 74th Annual Emmy Awards, there was no actual celebrity slap, but some on social media say there was a backhanded one at Emmy winner Quinta Brunson — and Jimmy Kimmel is to blame.
Will Arnett and Kimmel were to announce the winners for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series, and the Jimmy Kimmel Live! host apparently thought it would be funny to have Arnett literally drag him across the stage to the microphone as he played dead.
Arnett joked it was the, “thirteenth time in a row” that Kimmel lost in the talk show category, and “he just got into the skinny margaritas back there.”
Kimmel remained on his back, even as Abbot Elementary‘s Quinta Brunson was announced as the winner, with Arnett having to move the prone talk show host’s body out of Brunson’s way to accept.
The Internet didn’t like that bit one bit.
“Jimmy Kimmel not moving to get out of Quinta Brunson’s way is a (sh***y, selfish, bulls***) choice,” opinedAndy Dehnart, secretary of the Television Critics Association.
Journalist Ernest Owensoffered, “Can’t lie, I’m still annoyed that Jimmy Kimmel’s annoying a** was on the ground trying to take attention away from Quinta Brunson’s historic victory” — a thought echoed by plenty of others online.
For the record, Brunson played along with the routine onstage, saying “Jimmy, wake up. I won.” Backstage, she called Kimmel “one of the comedy godfathers,” and admitted she was “wrapped up in the moment,” and didn’t Kimmel’s antics much thought. However, she allowed “the Internet” may feel differently.
“Tomorrow maybe I’ll be mad at him,” Brunson continued. “I’m gonna be on his show on Wednesday, so I might punch him in the face. I don’t know. We’ll see what happens.”

With her home goods line, Wanda June, Miranda Lambert is all about creating memories.
The line is named after Miranda’s mother Beverly June and her grandmother Wanda, and is inspired by the memories they made around the table, the singer hoping to pass this tradition on to those who purchase the goods.
Many of the pieces reflect the tableware she and her mother saw on their grandmothers’ tables, noting how her mom and grandma passed their hosting skills down to her.
“It’s based on memories,”Miranda shares. “You can walk in any of our places, kick off your shoes and make a drink. I get that from my mom and from my grandma…I feel like that’s what we’re doing with Wanda June. The whole line’s very cute and sassy, but it’s really about how this casserole dish holds a meal for a family that’s going to make a memory sitting on this table.”
Among the items are cake stands, crock pots, pillows, welcome mats and more that display southern phrases like “bless your heart” and “hey y’all,” the singer noting that her style is “friendly, warm and cozy.”
“There’s some sugar and spice in this home goods line but that’s because who I am as a person,” Miranda says.
Yes‘ classic fifth studio album, Close to the Edge, was released 50 years ago today, Tuesday.
A follow-up to the English prog-rock band’s popular 1971 album Fragile, Close to the Edge is Yes’ highest-charting entry on the Billboard 200, peaking at #3.
Close to the Edge features three long-form pieces, including the four-part, more than 18-minute title track, which took up the entire first side of the LP version.
An edited version of the second track, “And You and I,” was released as a single, reaching #42 on the Billboard Hot 100.
“Making that album was a breakthrough for me completely … as a musician, as a sort of composer with [guitarist] Steve [Howe],” original Yes frontman Jon Anderson explains to ABC Audio, “’cause me and Steve, during the course of the Fragile tour … spent a lot of time sketching out the idea of ‘Close to the Edge.’ So when we got in the studio, everything was planned pretty well.”
Anderson also notes putting together “Close to the Edge” in the studio was an interesting process where the band members worked on multiple 3- to 5-minute segments as they built the epic song.
“At the end of it,” Jon recalls, “I couldn’t believe how extraordinary it was to edit it all together, and sit back after a month of creativity … and listen to it and go … ‘It’s so beautiful. It’s so good. Wow.'”
Close to the Edge was the last 1970s Yes studio album to feature founding drummer Bill Bruford, who left the band to join King Crimson. He was replaced by Alan White.

Offset has two children with his wife, Cardi B, and three more kids from previous relationships. He says he is blessed with how the “Please Me” rapper has embraced all his children into a happy, blended family.
The Migos member shares Wave, 12 months, and daughter Kulture, 4, with Cardi. He is also father to daughter Kalea, 7, and sons Kody, 7, and Jordan, 12. Despite his busy schedule, Offset says he takes time to make sure all his children feel appreciated.
“I don’t play when it comes to that because I know they’re growing up and it’s cool to be the dad that’s an artist and all that, but when you get older and you start thinking about things, all my kids are [going to be] like, ‘Dang, my daddy balanced all of that and he was able to take care of me, teach me things, help me walk, help me say my first words [and was] still was on tour,'” the Atlanta MC tells People.
“That’s my biggest thing,” Offset continues. “I don’t want my kids to have everything in the world and then not have structure coming up because I was never around to give them the structure.”
One week ago, Offset and Cardi celebrated their Wave’s first birthday with all five children in attendance.
“It was just mandatory [they all attended],” the proud father says. “Luckily, I’m blessed with a beautiful wife that’s accepted my kids as hers and family, so it’s always mandatory.”
“MY BIG WAVE IS 1 YEARS OLD TODAY,” Offset commented as he shared a series of photos and videos, including one clip from the hospital when his son was born. “I LOVE YOU BIG MAN!!”
