Jordan Davis may be getting ready to drop a summer anthem.

On Monday, the singer posted a video to Instagram responding to a fan’s comment that the unreleased “What My World Spins Around” is “my summer song, calling it right now.”

“I agree with this comment. I think it would be a great summer song. So, in order for it to be a summer song, I should probably release it. And y’all know exactly where I’m going with this,” he teases, alongside several eye emojis as the chorus of the song is heard playing in the background.

This sent off a fury of excitement in the comment section, with many fans demanding to know when the song will be released. One fan called it a “banger” and another referred to it as a prime “summer boat song.”

Jordan previously shared a sample of “What My World Spins Around” on socials back in March and has performed it live during recent concerts. Though he hasn’t shared an official release date for the song, it is currently available for presave.

The Louisiana native recently saw massive success with his multiweek #1 hit with Luke Bryan, “Buy Dirt.”

Doja Cat is still planning on retiring from music, but she hinted in a new interview that her time away will look more like a hiatus than a permanent goodbye.

Speaking to Elle in an interview before she was forced to drop out of The Weeknd’s tour due to tonsil surgery, the Grammy nominee explained, “I want to finish this tour up, kill it, and see my fans happy. And then I want to start writing again. I’m going to finish this next album, and then I’m going to get the f*** out for a second.”

Doja is already fantasizing about a life post music and revealed, “I want to disappear for a little bit and just do things like wear slides and go to the farmers market” — even though she admittedly doesn’t really care about vegetables.

The singer also quipped, “And I want a dog, too,” revealing she is thinking about getting a Chinese crested dog because they are so unique looking. “They look like they’re 90 from age two weeks. They’re like old people,” she joked. “I think it’s beautiful.”

Speaking of her forthcoming album, Doja admitted she hasn’t “started” it because she’s “got a lot going on, but it’s coming up.”

“I have been getting songs and things sent to me,” she continued. “There’s some really cool stuff that I got sent from friends. They’re all working on beats, and I’m giving them notes and they know what I want, so I’m excited.”

The “Kiss Me More” singer is also thinking about branching out into Hollywood and told the outlet, “I’d love to be in movies. That’s a massive want for me.” She also revealed, “My one hidden passion is stand-up … It feels like it could be a natural, fun thing to do.”

Walmart pulls Juneteenth ice cream amid social media backlash

Following the social media backlash over Walmart’s Juneteenth ice cream, the retail corporation has decided to pull the “celebration edition” treat from its stores.

In a statement to Fox, the company responded to the criticism and issued an apology.

“Juneteenth holiday marks a celebration of freedom and independence,” the statement reads, as shared by Newsweek. “However, we received feedback that a few items caused concern for some of our customers and we sincerely apologize. We are reviewing our assortment and will remove items as appropriate.”

The decision comes after comments flooded the internet over the weekend when a picture surfaced of the newly introduced swirled red velvet and cheesecake-flavored ice cream and its branding of red, green, yellow and black coloring — colors associated with Pan-African ideology.

As previously reported, many Twitter users commented on Walmart’s decision to include the trademark symbol, placed directly next to the word Juneteenth. Others pointed out alternate ice cream brands to purchase, such as Creamalicious, the Black-owned company launched by chef Liz Rogers.

Sharing a side-by-side collage of both the Walmart and Creamalicious ice cream, one user said, “If you’re at Walmart and you’re thinking about buying the one on the left. Take a few seconds to look for and buy the one on the right. They are the same flavor except Creamalicious Ice Creams is black owned.”

Highlighting the incident some refer to as another example of white-on-Black capitalism, one user wrote, “For those who don’t get the outrage behind the #Juneteenthice cream: A White-owned company named @Walmart is trying to trademark Juneteenth.”

Juneteenth is a federal holiday celebrated annually on June 17 in observance of the news of freedom for enslaved Black people in America.

Sadie Sink, star on Netflix’s horror show Stranger Things, is still pinching herself that she starred in the 10-minute music video for Taylor Swift‘s “All Too Well.”

Appearing Monday on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, the late night host noted that Taylor “wasn’t going to make [the music video] if you didn’t star in it. She really wanted you to star in this film.”

When asked if the two had known each other before the viral music video, Sadie insisted, “I didn’t know she knew I existed!”

“If she would have asked me to be a tree in something I would have said yes, like, in a heartbeat,” the actress added.

The 10-minute version of “All Too Well” also served as Taylor’s directorial debut, of which Sadie said the Grammy winner did an “amazing” job. “This was kind of like her first time at really directing actors,” she explained. “She can do anything … She was incredible at it.”

Fallon also whipped out a throwback photo of the first time Sadie met Taylor — which appeared to be at one of Taylor’s previous shows. “That [was taken] at one of her concerts.  I, like, knew someone who could like get me into a meet and greet,” she said. “It was a big moment … But I was so upset.”

Sadie was not thrilled with the snap because, as she pointed out, “My eyes were, like, halfway closed and I looked like a drunk child.” She said she thought she “blew it.”

But it all worked out in the end, with the actress saying everything is “fine now” between them.

“All Too Well” also starred Teen Wolf alum Dylan O’Brien. Taylor previously said during the video’s premiere she was “elated” he and Sadie agreed to star because “I didn’t have backups in mind.”

A young Limp Bizkit fan got to rock “Break Stuff” with the band during their recent concert in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Frontman Fred Durst invited the kid rocker onstage for the show’s encore, telling the crowd, “I promised this young man a little favor.” Bizkit then launched into “Break Stuff,” with the members of the tour’s opening bands moshing behind them.

In case you were wondering, the performance was very much not censored. In fact, the young vocalist seemed to relish singing each and every swear word.

You can watch fan-shot footage of the Kid Bizkit collaboration streaming now on YouTube. Durst also posted clips to his Instagram Stories, along with a shoutout to the guest singer, reading, “This young human accepted the challenge in Green Bay and crushed it.”

Limp Bizkit is currently on tour in support of the band’s new album, Still Sucks, which was released last October. The outing continues Tuesday in Kansas City, Missouri.

Gwen Stefani recently took a trip down memory lane while sharing the sentimental video of her saying “Yes!” to her wedding dress, which was designed by the legendary Vera Wang.

The singer previously revealed she had set out to try on wedding dresses. The Vera Wang gown was “the second dress we tried on and we were like, ‘That’s the one!'”

Wang spoke to ABC Audio about the standout dress — a custom tulle high low gown that featured a plunging neckline and a cutaway back — which personified Gwen’s personality and love of fashion. “It was couture and made for her,” the fashion designer said.

Although the dress wasn’t specifically made for Gwen when Wang first designed it, the two embarked on a “great collaborative effort” to make it unapologetically hers. The 72-year-old designer adds she “wasn’t worried” about making the dress to suit Gwen’s needs because the singer “embraces fashion,” which she said “always makes it easier for the designer.”

“I’m a massive fan [of Gwen’s]. I think it’s hard not to love her. She’s such an honest person,” Wang said of the Grammy winner. “She’s just one of those people that radiates kindness and authenticity and who she is. And she is a fashion girl. She always has been.”

Wang is now looking ahead to wedding season, which is picking up speed after the pandemic forced many brides to postpone their nuptials. That is why she partnered with The Knot for an exclusive collection of wedding stationary, including save the dates and invitations along with free matching wedding websites, that embrace her iconic styles.

Speaking of her contributions to fashion and the wedding industry, Wang said, “That’s something I really love. It keeps me renewed. It keeps me creative, and it’s very organic for me.”

Luke Combs is one month away from releasing his highly anticipated new album Growin’ Up, and he’s getting fans excited with the teaser of a new song.

On Monday, the superstar singer shared a snippet of “Used to Wish I Was,” the sixth track on the album, which finds him referencing Bill Dance, the famous fisherman and host of the show Bill Dance Outdoors, and former Atlanta Braves baseball player Chipper Jones Jr. among the people he tried to emulate while growing up.

But Luke is now in a season of life where he fully accepts himself as he is, as he confirms in the chorus. “I’m just an old Carolina good old boy/Boys I ain’t got no choice/I couldn’t be anybody but me even if I tried/I used to wish I was/But I’m glad I’m not,” he sings.

The Kid LAROI is just starting to understand the world of banking and investing — so who better to receive advice from than Elon Musk?

LAROI spoke of the Tesla CEO on Australian radio station Nova and explained he didn’t feel intimidated to ask the multibillionaire for some financial tips. “He’s actually a really down to earth (guy),” the “Stay” singer said, noting the two were “hanging out” at a Saturday Night Live after-party.

LAROI performed his hit “Without You” with SNL musical guest Miley Cyrus in May 2021. Musk was the week’s host.

The 18-year-old Australian singer said he “went up” to Musk and asked for financial tips. “He basically … told me to invest in something that I love,” he said. “I thought (that) was great advice.”

While LAROI was hoping the SpaceX founder would have given him “an entire plan,” the singer said of the exchange, “I walked away realizing, ‘Damn, that is probably the best financial advice you could give anyone.’ Because I mean, if you don’t believe in something, then how is everybody else gonna believe in it?”

“He could tell me something to invest in, whatever. But if I don’t believe in it, then why would I do it,” LAROI shrugged.

Also during the interview, the singer called out fake friends and gave some fashion advice to his fans — he warned against wearing “band T-shirts that I don’t listen to.”
