After much anticipation surrounding Roddy Ricch‘s upcoming mixtape, the Grammy-winner confirmed Feed the Streets III will release November 18. 

The announcement arrives just days after releasing his latest single “Aston Martin Truck” which is expected on the new album, along with new song “Stop Breathing” the rapper dropped off in September.

“MY GIFT TO YOU,” he wrote in the Instagram announcement alongside the project’s official cover art. The image shows Roddy at the head of a dinner table full of food, holding hands with others whose eyes are closed while Roddy’s remain open.

Feed the Streets III follows the Los Angeles rapper’s latest EP, The Big 3 and his RIAA certified 2-times multi-platinum debut album Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial. 

Roddy currently assists Post Malone on his Twelve Carat Tour which continues through November. Remaining tour dates can be found on Roddy Ricch’s official website.

Taylor Swift has already teased some as-yet-unannounced U.K. concert dates, but Monday night, she told Jimmy Fallon that she may have a more extensive trek in mind to support her new album, Midnights.

While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Taylor responded to Fallon’s comment that she hadn’t toured in four years by saying, “I think I should do it!”  As the audience cheered, Fallon asked, “Are we talking sooner than later?” to which Taylor responded, “Um, y’know, I should DO it!” 

“When it’s time, you’ll let us know,” Fallon countered.

“When it’s time, we’ll do it,” Taylor agreed.

“I miss it, I really miss it,” she continued. “Y’know, when you write songs and you’re proud of the songs and you have the fans reacting…the most potent way that you can see them react is when you’re looking into their faces, do you know what I mean? I miss that a lot! I really miss that connection.”

As for the record-breaking numbers that her new album Midnights has been posting — including selling more than one million copies in just three days — Taylor said, “I’m beside myself I’m feeling very overwhelmed by the fans’ love of this record. I’m also feeling, like, very soft and fragile. The two can exist at once.”

Oh, and make sure to watch the Tonight Show video to marvel at Taylor’s ability to name 24 breeds of cats in 30 seconds.

The first batch of performers for the upcoming 2022 CMA Awards has been announced.

The 56th annual CMA Awards, airing Wednesday, Nov. 9, live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, will be filled with performances from artists including Miranda Lambert, Kelly Clarkson, HARDY, Marcus King, Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Carly Pearce, Carrie Underwood, Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson and Zac Brown Band.

Luke Bryan, who is co-hosting the show with Peyton Manning, will also take the stage to perform.

The night will open with a powerful with tribute to late country music legend Loretta Lynn, who died on Oct. 4 at the age of 90. Artists participating in the tribute performance have not yet been revealed.

The night’s star-studded performances will of course be filled with plenty of epic collaborations with fan-favorite country stars. Ballerini will sing her new song “YOU’RE DRUNK, GO HOME” with Clarkson and Pearce, HARDY and Wilson will take the stage to sing their duet “wait in the truck,” and Zac Brown Band will perform their song “Out in the Middle” with Allen and King.

Additional artists performing at the 2022 CMA Awards will be announced ahead of the show on Nov. 9.

The nominations for country music’s biggest night were revealed in September. Lainey Wilson leads this year, with six nods in major categories including album of the year, song of the year, female vocalist of the year, music video of the year, musical event of the year and new artist of the year.

“Angela Bassett is a Vibe,” reads the title of Essence‘s latest cover story featuring the award-winning actress. 

For the November/December issue, Bassett opened up about a plethora of topics, including navigating Hollywood after career-early gigs like Boyz N the Hood and filming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever without Chadwick Boseman. 

Bassett said she felt butterflies when returning to set. “There are these two things that we were dealing with: the loss of our leader and trying to meet the expectations of an audience,” she said, adding, “The mantle is monumental, but it’s not so heavy that we can’t accomplish what we all gathered together to do.”

Bassett told Essence she and the cast and crew worked nonstop during filming — 10 hours straight for five to six days a week. According to director Ryan Coogler, she easily adapted to the work schedule and “was always there on time and right where you needed her to be.”

To help with the hectic schedule, Bassett said, “I would try to make the best of it. Play some music, add a glass of wine to that after we wrapped, and then get some rest for another early pickup.”

The 64-year-old actress is no stranger to late nights and early mornings. “You have to stay hungry and you have to remain hungry,” she said while reflecting on building her decades-long entertainment resume after ’90s classic Boyz N the Hood. 

Bassett cites her working-class upbringing as the source of her industrious work ethic.  

“I think a part of me, or part of us as Black women, is that we become used to the stress of life,” she said. “It can become so pervasive, so everyday, that it’s just what it is…”

Mitchell Tenpenny is a married man. 

The singer tied the knot with his wife, fellow country singer Meghan Patrick, on Sunday during a ceremony at a friend’s farm in Nashville.

The couple was married by Mitchell’s high school football coach and longtime friend, and they exchanged vows under an archway that Meghan made with her father, which was also adorned with a horseshoe he crafted. The topper on their cake was the same one used at Meghan’s grandparents’ wedding.  

Meghan wore a dress designed by Rue de Seine and snakeskin boots made by Lucchese, while Mitchell’s groomsmen had boutonnières containing feathers from a bird he hunted. 

“Trust, respect, [and] never stop flirting or dating each other [keep our relationship strong]. Fight for each other, not with each other,” they shared with People ahead of the wedding, adding that they’re most looking forward to “getting to call each other husband and wife.”

The couple got engaged last November at the Nashville bar where they first met.

As promised, earlier on her Instagram, Taylor Swift released the video for “Bejeweled,” at the stroke of midnight Tuesday with a little help from some friend for the Cinderella-inspired clip.

Swift plays “House Wench Taylor,” who’s forced to scrub the floor while her wicked step sisters, played by Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim, as well as “Stepmommy,” Oscar-winning actress Laura Dern, prepare to attend a ball in hopes of getting a marriage proposal from the prince.

We then see Swift transform herself into a “Bejeweled” princess who leaves a stream of glitter in her wake, splashes around in giant champagne glasses with “Fairy Goddess” Dita von Teese and ghosts Jack Antonoff.

“I want[ed] to make a video that is just for the fans who like certain things like glitter and easter eggs and lots of little cameos, she told Jimmy Fallon during an appearance on The Tonight Show.

“So basically I was thinking about Midnights, the the concept, and I was like, ‘Where do we hear about a lot?'” she continued. “We hear about it a lot when we talk about the Cinderella fairytale. And so I was like, ‘What if we did a little twist on a Cinderella story and I could cast my friends.”

The video also contains “a psychotic amount of Easter eggs” in the video, said Taylor, who claimed to have “a PDF file for the Easter eggs in this video,” because there are so many we could not keep track.”

Joe Nichols is living with an attitude of gratitude that’s reflected in his new single, “Good Day For Living.” 

The title track of his most recent album, “Good Day For Living” captures how he shapes his reality through positive thinking.

The song’s lyrics allow him to see the bright side of life’s unfortunate situations, such as when the air conditioning blows out or money falls out of his pocket. He vows to not make “no worry no bigger than it is when it isn’t.” 

Though Joe didn’t write the track, it does capture how he walks through life with gratitude.

“I think the number one take away for me emotionally is that it’s filled with gratitude, the kind of happiness that comes along with gratitude. In my personal life, I feel like the happiest moments of my life are always followed by gratitude,” he explains of the “fun song.” “That changes my perspective on the way I live. Situations or circumstances or things in life, good and bad, don’t change how I think — the way I think changes how I see things. So this song in a very lighthearted, ditty, ‘what’s a guy got to do’ kind of way, represents that very thinking.”

“Good Day” is nearing the top 30 on country radio, serving as his biggest hit since his 2014 chart-topping single, “Yeah.” Joe is also known for hits “Brokenheartsville,” “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off,” “Gimme That Girl” and “Sunny and 75.”

Joe wrapped his Good Day For Living Tour in September and has shows booked through the end of the year.

Incubus will kick off 2023 with a quick run of tour dates.

The four-show outing launches January 31 in Corpus Christi, Texas and will stay in the Lone Star State for stops in San Antonio on February 2 and Houston on February 3 before wrapping up February 4 in New Orleans.

Incubus’ 2022 included a summer tour with Sublime with Rome. The outing was briefly interrupted after frontman Brandon Boyd injured his back.

The most recent Incubus release is the 2020 EP Trust Fall (Side B), which followed the band’s 2017 album, 8. Earlier this year, Boyd dropped a new solo album called Echoes & Cocoons.

It was all about Michael Bublé on Dancing with the Stars! Michael made it abundantly clear how “honored” he was to be invited onto the show because he’s a longtime fan.

He opened the night with an energetic performance of “Sway.” He also brought his “Higher” music video to life on the ballroom floor thanks to Derek Hough and Hough’s fiancé Hayley Erbert, who respectively choreographed and starred in it. 

While sitting with the judges, Michael eagerly praised the contestants for doing his songs justice.

One highlight was when drag queen Shangela revealed she was secretly carrying around two fried chicken drumsticks during her tango to Michael’s “Hollywood.” Apparently head judge Len Goodman had criticized Shangela for not having “crispy legs” last week, so her mother whipped up her signature recipe to sway the judges. “This is the best day of my life,” Michael raved.

He also charmed Bachelorette Gabby Windey who performed a rumba to his song “Home” by declaring at the end of her routine, “I have sung this song a billion times and that is easily the sexiest version I have ever seen.” 

He also got to geek out over Jordin Sparks by revealing he’s been a fan of her voice since 2007, when she won American Idol, and declared himself a fan of her dancing.

Michael also lavished praise upon Wayne Brady, who unfortunately lost several days of rehearsal due to illness and exhaustion. “I’m bitter over how jealous I am of you,” he scolded. “Why are you so good at everything, dude?” He later awarded Wayne a 10.

He also saluted deaf actor Daniel Durant for interpreting “Feeling Good” into an emotional foxtrot. Michael raved, “You are amazing. My new hero!”
