All Mariah Carey wants for Christmas is someone to buy her New York City home — probably.
The New York Post reports that Mariah has listed the penthouse she owns in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood for $27 million. The penthouse stretches over the 16th, 17th and 18th levels of the building, with just over 12,700 square feet of living space, and has 360-degree views over the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.
Mariah created the property by spending about $9 million for two separate units and then cobbling them together. She hired famed decorator Mario Buatta to design the property, and he included her favorite symbol, the butterfly, everywhere, from the tiles in the kitchen to the handles on the bedroom cabinets.
This is the property that fans saw on Mariah’s legendary 2002 episode of MTV’s Cribs. In 2022, she invited Booking.com customers in for a holiday photoshoot. You can see photos of the property at StreetEasy.com.
Foreigner is set to release a live performance of their iconic track “Feels Like the First Time” on April 17.
The song will be the first single from their forthcoming album, In the Eye of the Storm, the soundtrack to their 50th anniversary concert film, which was shot in New York on Ellis Island and Brooklyn’s DUMBO House. The concert, filmed in the shadow of the Statue of Liberty, had the band pushing through with their show despite torrential rain, thunder and lightning that hit New York.
The new recording of “Feels Like the First Time” features three Foreigner frontmen: original singer Lou Gramm, 20-year Foreigner singer Kelly Hansen and current lead singer Luis Maldonado. The song’s video will feature exclusive footage from the concert film.
The In the Eye of the Storm soundtrack will be released July 17, with the concert film expected to hit theaters sometime this summer.
The song’s release coincides with the opening of Feels Like The First Time – The Foreigner Musical at the Little Theater on Long Island University’s Post campus. The show runs April 17-26 and tickets are on sale now.
Next up, Foreigner will play a string of Florida shows with original frontman Lou Gramm starting April 17. They’ll also hit the road this summer with Lynyrd Skynyrd on the Double Trouble Double Vision Tour, which starts July 23 in Atlanta.
The new single and video are out now. In the surreal clip for the hyperpop song, the women show off their new hairdos and a variety of colorful outfits while cavorting with stuffed animals and going crazy in the club. And of course, they also drink tea with their pinkies up.
However, judging from the Instagramcomments, fans are upset that Manon Bannerman, who went on “temporary hiatus from the group” to “focus on her health and wellbeing,” is not in the video. What’s more, she won’t be joining the rest of the women for their Coachella performance Friday, according to The Korea Herald.
Earlier in April Manon said in a message to fans that she was “happy and healthy” and that she’d been having “positive conversations” with the group’s label.
As for “Pinky Up,” it’s apparently about having fun before the world ends.
“One day, soon, the world’s gonna end/ I’m gonna make out with my new bestest friends/ I wanna live large, right before it all burns down,” they sing. “I wanna get high right before we’re in the ground/ Ooh, we’re screaming from cloud nine/ No one can touch us if they tried.”

Iron Maiden has shared a clip from the band’s upcoming documentary, Burning Ambition.
The clip features throwback footage of Maiden discussing their approach to songwriting as frontman Bruce Dickinson muses, “It seems crazy to write songs about drinking and screwing women and smoking strange substances and going out and partying … it’s much more fun doing it than it is listening to a song about it.”
“We prefer to write songs about things that people don’t do very often,” Dickinson says. “Like death.”
Burning Ambition follows Maiden’s 50-year career, and features interviews with the band members as well as fans including Metallica’s Lars Ulrich, actor Javier Bardem and rapper Chuck D. It’ll premiere in theaters on May 7.
Paul McCartney’s ‘The Boys of Dungeon Lane’ (MPL/Capitol Records)
Paul McCartney has teamed with Jack White’s Third Man Records for a special pressing of his upcoming solo album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane.
The one-time limited white label edition of the album features a reproduction of Paul’s handwritten lyrics to “Days We Left Behind,” the first single released from the album.
The white label edition will be produced at Third Man Records in Detroit and released May 29. It is available for preorder now.
The Boys of Dungeon Lane is McCartney’s first solo album since 2020’s McCartney III. It is described as “a collection of rare and revealing glimpses into memories never-before shared along with some newly inspired love songs.”
The songs have a reflective McCartney writing about his childhood in Liverpool, early adventures with future Beatles bandmates George Harrison and John Lennon, and more.

War Child has announced the return of its Secret 7″ series, which offers exclusive vinyl singles to raise money for the charity.
The 2026 Secret 7″ lineup includes John Lennon’s “Out the Blue,” which appeared on the late Beatle’s 1973 solo album, Mind Games. There are also tracks from Glass Animals, The Last Dinner Party, Bastille and more.
Only 100 copies of each single will be available, and every piece will be housed in its own unique record sleeve with completely different artwork. You can actually submit your own artwork to be featured on a sleeve now through June 1.
Once all the sleeves are ready, the records will go on display Aug. 18 at an exhibit in London and will go up for auction online.
“The artists’ identities and the track inside remain a mystery until the record is in the hands of the buyer,” War Child explains. “It’s anonymous by design and fans bid for the record sleeve they love, not the name behind it, with the track and visual artist behind the sleeves revealed once the auction ends.”
War Child supports children affected by conflict around the world. Launched in 2012, the Secret 7” series has raised over $1.2 million to support the organization.
Miranda Lambert’s 61st ACM nominations (Academy of Country Music)
Miranda Lambert already has more Academy of Country Music Awards than any other artist in history, and the odds seem good she’ll add to her total at the upcoming 61st ACMs.
The Texas native could take home eight more trophies this year, trailing only Megan Moroney in the latest nominations.
“It’s always special to be recognized by @acmawards and it’s even better when the nominations are with friends & heroes. Thank y’all,” Miranda wrote on Instagram after the nods were announced Thursday morning.
Her post includes photos of her wearing roller skates with Chris Stapleton from the “A Song to Sing” music video, which is up for song, music event and visual media of the year.
Another snapshot shows Miranda with Lainey Wilson and Reba McEntire as they perform “Trailblazer” on the 60th ACMs. It’s up for music event of the year.
There’s also a photo with Ella Langley, representing Miranda’s work as a writer and producer on “Choosin’ Texas,” a song and single of the year contender.
If that doesn’t seem to add up to eight, here’s why: Miranda could take home multiple trophies in some of the categories for her work as a writer and producer.
Of course, she’s nominated for female artist of the year as well.
