Though Kelsea Ballerini has signaled on socials that she’ll be talking less about her rekindled relationship with Outer Banks actor Chase Stokes, it was again the topic of conversation on the Grammy Red Carpet Sunday.
“I feel like outwardly, it looked a lot more dramatic than it was,” she told ET. “And that was quite the learning lesson for us.”
“But I love him so much,” she continued. “We’ve been together for quite a while now and done a lot of life together, and he was with me getting ready today and he’ll be with me when we wrap. I love love and I believe it in it.”
Kelsea was nominated for best contemporary country album for Patterns, though Jelly Roll took home the first-time award for Beautifully Broken.

Lil Wayne has managed to secure a headlining spot, though it’s not for the Super Bowl. He’s set to perform Friday in the virtual world of a real-time strategy mobile game called Clash Royale. He will play a rendition of his hit song “A Milli” alongside the giants, goblins and musketeers in the game.
Those interested can watch the Clash Royale Halftime Show on Friday at 9 a.m. PT from the Clash Royale app.
“Music, sports, and gaming all in one place — y’all know how much I love being at the center of the culture,” Lil Wayne says in a statement. “I’m turning the Clash Royale Arena into the most lit concert of the week.”
In other Wayne news, he recently addressed being left out of another big event, Sunday night’s Grammys. “Congrats to the nominees and winners. Wasnt included. As usual,” he wrote on X. “I gotta work harder. As usual.”

Teddy Swims has no shortage of famous pals, but he says there’s one in particular he’d trust to babysit his 8-month-old son with partner Raiche Wright.
Speaking during theLive from E!: Grammys, Teddy was asked to choose a babysitter from among three of his celebrity friends: Kelly Clarkson, Meghan Trainor and country star Thomas Rhett. For Teddy, it was an considered choice.
“Thomas has already got his hands full,” Teddy said about his “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Woman” duet partner, who has four daughters and another baby on the way. “He’s got nothing but little girls. I don’t even know if he’s ready for my little boy. He’s a girl dad. So I have to take Thomas Rhett out.”
“I would probably say Meghan Trainor,” Teddy continued, noting that she and husband Daryl Sabara just welcomed their third child, daughter Mikey Moon Trainor.
“That is the best mother in the world right there,” said Teddy. “Meghan Trainor has just got it, man. She’s such a wonderful mother and they’re just wonderful people.”
Teddy also talked about performing the song “Without You” during the MusiCares Person of the Year tribute to Mariah Carey Friday. He told the crowd after his performance, “That was definitely a little terrifying.”
“I just put my sunglasses on and held my eyes closed. [Mariah’s] so close to looking at you while you’re actually butchering her song,” Teddy told E!. “It’s the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done to this day — the greatest singer of all time, singing her song way not as good as the best ever. So it was horrifying! Horrifying.”

We don’t blame you if you kahan’t keep up with all the Noah Kahan news.
In addition to announcing a new album, The Great Divide, releasing its title track and scheduling a stadium tour, the “Stick Season” artist has revealed that a new documentary is in the works.
The film, due out on Netflix later in 2026, follows Kahan as he begins work on his aforementioned new album, the follow-up to his 2022 breakout, Stick Season.
“When we started filming, I had no idea what we’d capture, only that Noah was determined to be honest about everything, especially the messy bits,” director Nick Sweeney tells Netflix. “He was in a strange in-between moment, caught in the collision between almost surreal fame and a quieter inner world he’d tried to keep offstage.”
“What we captured over the course of a year surprised me — moments that were thrilling, terrifying, [and] hilarious, often all at once,” Sweeney continues. “I’m so excited to partner with Netflix to invite viewers worldwide into Noah Kahan’s head as his world shifts beneath his feet.”
The Great Divide is due out April 24. Its title track dropped Friday, and the video premiered Sunday during the Grammys.

Pretenders played their last show in London in July, and it appears frontwoman Chrissie Hynde is missing life on the road.
The singer gave fans an update on what’s been happening with her via social media, writing that she’s finding not being on tour “quite challenging.”
“I understand completely why people follow bands around on tour,” she says. “If I wasn’t in a band, it’s probably exactly what I’d been doing myself. Because nothing beats moving and seeing new places. I just love it and I miss it.”
But, she notes, “you’ve gotta come off the road once in a while so you can remember how to live. Slow down a bit. Recharge the batteries.”
As for when her hiatus from the road may end, she offers, “we have no plans for touring at the moment, but you’ll be the 1st to know when we do.”
“I’m wondering who Pretenders fans are following in our absence?” she adds. “Well, don’t get too cozy because we miss you.”
While Hynde has been off the road since the summer, she did release new music in the fall. She dropped the new solo album Duets Special in October, featuring collaborations with artists like Blondie’s DebbieHarry, The Killers‘ Brandon Flowers, Garbage’s Shirley Manson, Julian Lennon and more.

Charli XCX is currently in movie theaters with her film The Moment, but soon she’ll be on your TV — in a Super Bowl ad.
Charli reteamed with The Moment director Aidan Zamiri and co-star Rachel Sennott for an ad for Poppi, a low-calorie, low-sugar soda that contains prebiotics. Charli posted photos on Instagram of herself and Rachel promoting the ad. She’s wearing a “Rachel is the moment” tee, while Rachel sports a “Charli is the moment” shirt. Charli also posted several behind-the-scenes shots that appear to be from the shoot, including one that shows Rachel with a flamethrower.
“I love working with Aidan and Rachel. We’ve done so much stuff together now. … It’s just so easy to work with them, and it’s always so fun,” Charli tells Cosmopolitan. “When we were approached to do this ad for poppi, and we knew it was gonna have to be this colorful, bright, chaotic madness, I knew I wanted them to be a part of it.”
When asked if she has a favorite Poppi flavor, Charli tells Cosmo, “To be honest, I was drinking all of the different flavors all day on set, and they were delicious. The vibes were pretty crazy, especially with Rachel having a flamethrower. It got quite hot in the room, and it really did feel like a genuinely wild party.”
You’ll be able to see the results on Feb. 8 during the big game.
Brothers Osborne are planning a very special show to celebrate the decade anniversary of their debut album and the beginning of their career.

“It’s an intimate room (emphasis on intimate),” they add, pointing out in their newsletter that the 8th Ave. S. venue is expected to sell out during the fan club presale on Tuesday.

SZA added another Grammy to her collection Sunday night, winning best rap melodic performance for her feature on Kendrick Lamar‘s “luther.” Though she appeared surprised, she said she’s thrilled about the win.
“I literally did not expect to win. I just feel like the records that were nominated were so amazing,” SZA said, adding she “didn’t think [Kendrick] could win again” after his wins last year and at this year’s Grammys.
She expressed gratitude for Kendrick’s support. “I just felt so blessed that Kendrick continues to lift me up. … I just trust God and trust him and things be working out,” she said.
Reflecting on the song itself, SZA said it’s one of the few tracks she’s been involved in that soothes her, capturing the smoothness and gentleness of the late Luther Vandross. “Being allowed to tap into that, it’s such a blessing,” she said. “And the fact that it’s brought us blessings, just like it brought him blessings, it’s just amazing.”
In a separate interview with ET, SZA addressed the moment Cher mistakenly announced Luther Vandross as the winner of the best rap melodic performance category.
“We share the frequency of the [Luther Vandross] song [‘If This World Were Mine’ with Cheryl Lynn],” she told ET. “Like, that’s his frequency that allowed us to win and that allowed it to be memorable.”
“So, [Cher’s] not wrong and she’s from that era. She probably really knew Luther Vandross,” SZA continued. “Of course, her brain and her energy is connecting that energy to the energy that we’re sharing.”
“We’re mooching off what Luther already gave us,” she added. “I wish I could speak to him. Thank you, Luther.”
