Donna Kelce is speaking out about what it’s like to suddenly be thrust into Taylor Swift’s orbit amid the pop star’s rumored involvement with her son, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
While Donna said that Travis and Taylor’s relationship is too new to comment on, she did give her feelings on the uptick in media attention her son has received.
“Every week it’s something new. Like, really? I feel like I’m in some kind of an alternate universe,” Donna told Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie on the Friday, October 6, episode of Today. “It’s really strange. But it’s fun – it’s a great ride. At times it gets a little annoying, but most of the time people are just so sweet, so kind, so generous. What mother doesn’t want to hear that their kids are great?”
When the co-hosts pressed Donna again for her opinion on Taylor, she gave them a short response about what it was like to watch the game alongside her. “It was okay,” Donna said.
According to Donna, Travis didn’t explicitly warn her against speaking about Taylor, but rather, she felt she didn’t have anything to tell.
“It’s not so much a warning,” Donna said. “It’s his personal life. I’ll talk about my life and when the kids were little and I was with them, but they’re men now, they’ve got their own lives, and there isn’t a man alive that’s going to talk to their mom about their personal life.”
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are celebrating 27 years of marriage on October 6.
Tim, who wedded Faith in 1996, shared the couple’s first photo together, before dedicating an Instagram post to his wife.
“This is the very first picture ever taken of us, the very first time we ever met back in spring of 1994. This was backstage of the ‘New Faces’ show at the Country Radio Seminar……I fell for you in an instant!” Tim captions his heartfelt post alongside a throwback picture.
“Today is our 27th wedding anniversary and I fall for you everyday, every time you walk into the room, every time I see you in our 3 beautiful daughter’s smiles. I just keep falling and always will,” he professes. “Happy anniversary my love! @faithhill.”
Tim previously sang his wife’s praises in an August interview with Yahoo Entertainment, noting he wouldn’t be where he is today without her.
“She’s always been my rock. She’s my rock in everything that I do. I don’t think I could stand up straight without leaning on her in everything that I do,” he said.
Tim’s latest album, Standing Room Only, is out now. Its title track is currently #6 and ascending the country charts.

Drake will soon be stepping away from music for a while.
He said so just hours after releasing his highly-anticipated latest album, For All the Dogs.
“I probably won’t make music for a little bit,” Drake said during an episode of his Table for One show on SiriusXM’s Sound 42, per People. “I got some other things I need to do for some other people that I made promises to, but I probably won’t make music for a little bit. I’m gonna be real with you. I need to focus on my health first and foremost and I’ll talk about that soon enough.”
With the update, Drake revealed he’s been having the “craziest” issues with his stomach.
“I want people to be healthy in life,” he said. “And I’ve been having the craziest problems for years with my stomach. So I need to focus on my health and get right, and I’m going to do that.”
He added, “I have a lot of other things that I would love to focus on. So I’ma lock the door in the studio for a little bit. I don’t even know what a little bit is. Maybe, maybe a year or something, or maybe a little longer.”
After weeks of delay, fans can finally enjoy what may be Drake’s last album for a bit, For All the Dogs. His eighth studio album features J.Cole, Chief Keef, Sexyy Red, SZA, 21 Savage and more.
