Adele continues to spill the tea during her Las Vegas Weekends with Adele residency.

In a fan-captured video of her October 14th performance, the star notices that a fan in the front row is drinking a very large whiskey sour. She says, “I stopped drinking … when did I stop drinking? Feels like forever … maybe, like, three-and-a-half months ago? It’s boring. Oh my God, it’s boring.”

“I mean, I was literally a borderline alcoholic for quite a lot of my 20s,” she continues. “But I miss it so much. I cut out caffeine so… enjoy your whiskey sour!”

Earlier this year, Adele told fans in Vegas that she used to drink “four bottles of wine” before 11 a.m. during COVID lockdown.

In other Adele news, she recently posted a picture of her holding partner Rich Paul‘s new memoir, Lucky Me.  He tells Entertainment Tonight, “I just really appreciate it. You know, I don’t really get into my personal life, but yeah, you appreciate it. It’s important to support those who support you. And we support each other, so it’s great.”

Mariah Carey‘s 12-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, will officially become teenagers on April 30, but so far, Mariah tells People, they haven’t exhibited any typical teen behavior.

Mariah says watching Moroccan and Monroe grow is “actually really beautiful,” adding, “They’re good, nice kids. They’re kind-hearted people, and I really enjoy being around them and watching them grow up into the people that they’re ultimately going to become.”

She shares that the two are into playing sports, noting, “I was hoping they would be, because when they were little, I had them doing that.”

As previously reported, Mariah and the twins star in the new holiday ad campaign for The Children’s Place. She says she’s keeping her family’s holiday plans “as secret as possible until we get everything set” but shares that their traditions include “rolling in the snow, jumping in the hot tubs” and playing games like Heads Up! and Taboo.

“For the past four years, I’ve been trying to make my traditional Christmas meals, like my dad’s recipe for linguini and clam sauce,” she adds. “I like to make sure Monroe and Rocky come in and cook with me.”

“All of us spending time together is more than enough as a gift for what I want for Christmas, and what I want for my kids for Christmas is to just enjoy themselves, be happy, enjoy being with family, and feel loved,” Carey says.

Ask Carrie Underwood to name you her favorite George Strait song and she’d be in a pickle.

“I don’t think I can pick out a favorite George Strait song. He’s one of those artists that I feel like I’ve been listening to for my entire life who’s just always been around,” says Carrie.

“But a few favorites – ‘Baby Blue,’ ‘The Chair,’ ‘Amarillo By Morning,’ ‘Ocean Front Property,’ ‘All My Exes Live in Texas,'” she shares. “Yeah, I mean, the list goes on and on.”

Coming up, Carrie and George will perform at the fourth annual ATLive in Atlanta, Georgia, Saturday, October 20. Also featured on the performance bill are Willie Nelson and Little Big Town.

“I’m super excited to get to play before [George] in Atlanta. I’m sandwiched between George Strait and Willie Nelson, so that’s not a bad place to be in,” Carrie adds with a laugh. “I wish I could tell my childhood self that someday that’s gonna happen, but I’m just super excited.”

Sam Hunt‘s new song “Came the Closest” is slated to release October 20, but you won’t have to wait long for a sneak peek.

The country hitmaker has just shared a preview clip of the track on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“I cut my hair off/ I wore the tie/ I woke up at 7, came home at 5/ For a while I traded whiskey for Miller Lite/ I know your mama calls me polite/ Mr. Right/ Oh, but that ain’t right, Sam sings in the piano-driven opening verse.

“‘Cause I always gotta know/ What’s behind the other door/ I’m never gonna be that straight-laced Sunday-mornin’ man you were lookin’ for/ Nobody’s ever tied me down in a clapboard house/ With some kids and a bed of roses/ But you came the closest,” he continues in the heartfelt chorus.

“Came the Closest” follows earlier releases “Women in My Life” and “Outskirts,” the latter of which is in the top 40 of the country charts.

“Came the Closest” is available for presave now.

Nikki Sixx responds to Sharon Osbourne’s podcast comment: “We had a lot of love and respect for Sharon”

Per Ole Hagen/Redferns

Nikki Sixx has responded to Sharon Osbourne calling him an “a**hole.”

As previously reported, Sharon made the comment on the latest episode of The Osbournes Podcast amid a conversation about the time Ozzy Osbourne allegedly snorted a line of ants while on tour with Mötley Crüe in the ’80s. The legend, which Sharon doubts but Ozzy maintains is true, was depicted in the 2019 Crüe biopic, The Dirt. Ozzy also disagreed with Sharon’s assessment of Sixx.

In a social media post reacting to the podcast, Sixx writes, “We had a lot of love and respect for Sharon. We love Ozzy.”

Sixx’s tweet quoted another post mocking Sharon’s appearance, which he’s apparently seen more of since she made her comments.

“When people comment on stuff calling [Sharon] a plastic granny t***** I have it deleted,” Sixx writes, though he spells out the word. “Not sure what she’s upset about now but let’s not [perpetuate] her comments by posting negativity about her.”
