You’ll soon be able to work out your body and emotions thanks to the new Apple Fitness+ Taylor Swift workout program.

The platform announced Thursday that it has designed a series of new workouts around her music, which includes her forthcoming Midnights album.

“Get ready to sweat, Swifties. In our next Artist Spotlight, you will be able to work out to the tunes of @taylorswift, including tracks from her monumental new album Midnights,” the platform revealed on Instagram. 

Fans can jam to Taylor while will working out with Apple Fitness instructors on the treadmill, while doing high-intensity interval training or practicing yoga. For yoga, songs on the workout playlist include the Fearless (Taylor’s Version) deep cut of “Breathe” featuring Colbie Caillat, the Taylor’s version of “Wildest Dreams” and two mystery songs off the Midnights album.

The treadmill workout features more upbeat songs, such as her new versions of “Love Story” and “Red.”  The playlist also includes some mystery Midnights tracks.   

Finally, the HITT course features a shorter playlist, with songs like “You Need to Calm Down” and “22.”

It appears there are only three workout programs available right now, based on the Instagram reveal.

Taylor joins a growing list of artists who have their own Apple Fitness+ workout program. Previous artists to be highlighted by Apple include Elton John, Katy Perry, Queen and BTS.

Midnights arrives next Friday, October 21.

Carly Pearce, Kane Brown, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, Walker Hayes and Luke Combs were the men and women of the hour at the 2022 CMT Artists of the Year ceremony on Wednesday night: all six artists were feted for their massive year at the forefront of the country genre.

“It feels like all the hard work is finally coming to fruition,” says Lainey, a first-time honoree who had her breakout year in 2022. “I mean, it’s been 11 years in the making.”

Lainey says CMT has always shown her support, even before her mainstream stardom. Fellow newcomer Cody Johnson echoes that gratitude for being honored at the show.

“They could have picked anybody. There’s a lot more people that are more qualified … and yet here we are,” he notes. “And I’m very, very honored to be here.”

Cody also points out the diversity in the room, saying, “Nobody sounds the same, and that versatility is what I feel like country music should be.”

Dustin Lynch agrees: He was on hand to honor Kane and says he admires how his fellow star has carved out his own lane, bringing new listeners to country music. “I think Kane’s done an amazing job at straddling genre lines and having success in different worlds,” he says.

Few artists have enjoyed more momentum in 2022 than Carly, who says she never stops feeling grateful for her seat at the country table.

“It’s just, like, the biggest cherry on top,” Carly says. “You think about just wanting to matter in country music … that’s all I wanted as a kid. And tonight solidifies for me that I’ve had a year where I matter, and that’s all I ever wanted.” 

The CMT Artists of the Year ceremony will air Friday at 9 p.m. ET on CMT.

The Used has announced a new single, but you may want to be careful where you sing the lyrics.

The track is simply titled “F*** You” and will premiere next Friday, October 21. You can presave it now.

“F*** You” follows The Used’s 2020 album, Heartwork, which includes collaborations with Blink-182‘s Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, FEVER 333‘s Jason Aalon Butler and Beartooth‘s Caleb Shomo. A deluxe version of the record was released in 2021.

The Used is currently on tour with A Day to Remember. “The Bird and the Worm” rockers are also performing at the When We Were Young festival, taking place October 22, 23 and 29 in Las Vegas.

BLACKPINK is getting ready to go on tour and shared a video of them hard at work rehearsing for the Born Pink trek. The girl group shared a behind-the-scenes video to their YouTube, but left fans guessing about the dance moves they’ll unveil during their global jaunt.

Harry Styles continues to make Billboard history by sending three songs off his Harry’s House album into the Pop Airplay chart’s top 10. He is the first male artist to have three simultaneous top 10s on the chart. 

Ellie Goulding took home Ally of the Year at the Attitude Awards. She wrote on Instagram, “I believe that it is the minimum of human decency to allow people to be their true selves, love who they love and do both things without harm, danger or oppression.” She called for more people to “step up” to protect LGBT rights.

Halsey is coming out with a new Amazon Original version of their song “So Good,” which is now available to stream free for Amazon customers. The remastered track features a live orchestra. 

Marvel had a response to fans who complained about She-Hulk twerking with Megan Thee Stallion and wrote on Instagram, “Let’s get t’werk,” along with a tongue out emoji. Marvel also posted a lengthy video of star Tatiana Maslany and Megan goofing off and twerking it out on set. Marvel is owned by Disney, the parent company of ABC News.

Kelly Clarkson channeled the late Whitney Houston during her talk show by covering the 1993 single “Queen of the Night.” Fans saluted Kelly for taking on a challenging Whitney hit and for giving it a rocker vibe.

Mel C was named Attitude’s Honorary Gay by the Attitude Awards and celebrated the win on Instagram. “Us girls have always had such wonderful support from the LGBTQ+ community and I’m humbled by this acknowledgment of my everlasting ally-ship,” she wrote.

Gunna will remain behind bars following a denied request Thursday to be released from jail. 

According to Billboard, an Atlanta judge made the decision to deny the rapper bond in connection to his case on gang-related charges, citing fear of witness intimidation. 

“I still have the same concerns that have not been otherwise alleviated,” Judge Ural Glanville said. Gunna, born Sergio Kitchens, had been denied pretrial release twice before for the same reason. 

At Thursday’s hearing, prosecutors claimed a codefendant offered to “whack someone” on Gunna’s behalf. Gunna’s lawyer, Steven Sadow, argued against it, but the judge proceeded with keeping him in jail. 

Gunna’s supporters who were present in the courtroom were not happy with the outcome, says Billboard; Glanville said he’d make arrests if they didn’t calm down. 

Gunna, alongside fellow rapper Young Thug, is one of two dozen people who were indicted in a Fulton County RICO case involving Young Slime Life, an alleged Atlanta gang. Gunna surrendered to authorities in May and is currently facing one count of conspiracy to violate RICO.

Gunna will remain in jail until his trial in January.
