Justin Bieber’s headlining set at Coachella Saturday has resulted in a streaming spike for the singer.

Spotify notes that Bieber’s catalog saw a 165% increase in streams in the U.S. just one day after his performance. The My World track “Favorite Girl,” which he performed live for the first time in over a decade, saw the biggest bump, with an 870% increase in streams.

Other songs that experienced a surge in streams include My World 2.0‘s “That Should Be Me,” up 445%; SWAG II tracks “EVERYTHING HALLELUJAH” and “I Do,” up 450% and 385%, respectively; “Never Say Never,” up 310%; and his iconic hit “Baby,” up 220%.

Justin’s set was filled with songs from his 2025 albums SWAG and SWAG II. He also performed his past hits, which he sang along with YouTube videos of the tracks.

Meanwhile, Justin’s wife, Hailey Bieber, gave fans a look into her Coachella experience on Instagram, sharing a carousel of pictures and video from her day at the fest. In one video, you can see Hailey holding their son, Jack, and dancing to her husband’s music during soundcheck. There’s even a photo of Jack’s arm with a fake “bieberchella” tattoo.

“such a special weekend. nobody will ever know even an ounce of what it’s taken to get here,” she captioned the post. “so grateful for this beautiful life. SO proud. let’s do it all again!!!!”

Bieber is set to return to the Coachella stage on April 18.

Judging by Liam Gallagher’s past comments on the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, you might expect him to be equally dismissive now that Oasis has been inducted. Turns out, you’d be wrong.

Following the news that the reunited “Wonderwall” outfit is included in the Rock Hall’s list of 2026 inductees, Liam posted on social media, “Reverse psychology vibes in the area Oasis RnR hall of farmers I mean famers.”

In a follow-up post that seemingly starts sincere before maybe taking a turn into more familiar and sarcastic waters, Liam adds, “I wanna thank all the people who voted for us it’s a real honour ever since I was a little kid and singing in the shower I’d dream about 1 day being in the RnR hall of fame it’s true what they say anything is possible if you have a dream.”

As for his change of heart regarding the Rock Hall, Liam credits his mother.

“I was speaking to my mummy last night when the news broke and she thinks I may have been a little hasty with my perception of the organization,” Liam says. “She’s told me to stop being a d*** and go to the awards and behave and you never know you might enjoy it.”

Liam also says that he and his brother Noel Gallagher, with whom he reunited in 2024 after a long and public feud, will be attending the induction ceremony, which takes place Nov. 14 in Los Angeles.

“We’re both going we’re soooooo proud and humble,” Liam says.

Of course, anything Liam says on social media should be taken with a “Champagne Supernova”-sized grain of salt. You may recall when he said Oasis had recorded a new album after announcing their reunion, only to later say he was kidding.

Billy Idol is reacting to the news that he is a member of the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class of inductees.

Idol was chosen on his second nomination to the Rock Hall, and will be inducted with his longtime guitarist and collaborator Steve Stevens.

“Being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame alongside so many of my heroes and influences is a tremendous honor,” Idol says in a statement provided to ABC Audio. “And to be inducted alongside my longtime compatriot Steve Stevens makes this all even more special.”

“When I first started playing with Generation X 50 years ago, it was purely out of love for the music we were making and the scene that we were lucky enough to be a part of,” he continues. “Nobody, especially me, thought it would take me to where I am today.”

Idol says he’s “incredibly grateful” to those who have supported him over the years, adding, “This honor is for my fans, and everyone who has been on this journey with me, as much as it is for me.”

In his own statement Stevens shares that he’s “deeply honored” to be getting inducted into the Rock Hall with Idol.

“If there’s anyone that deserves to be in the HOF it’s Billy,” he says. “For more than four decades, we have shared a remarkable journey full of music, creativity and unforgettable experiences. Thank you to the Rock Hall, to the fans, and to everyone who’s been part of the story!”

The 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place Nov. 14 in Los Angeles. It will air on ABC and stream on Disney+ in December.

HARDY and his wife have their hands full with their 1-year-old

When it comes to writing hit songs for himself and other artists, HARDY is an undeniable master of the craft, having penned close to 20 number ones.

When it comes to being the father of a 1-year-old, however, he’s finding there’s more of a learning curve.

“I’m just not a patient person — and that was a shock to the system for sure,” he reflects. “Like [when you’re] trying to feed this kid because you’re in a hurry and then she like takes the baby food, and then just as a joke, just spews it out of her mouth. You just have to stop and be like, ‘This is funny,’ or like ‘This is OK,’ like to not be impatient, because I don’t wanna teach her impatience.”

Rosie Ryan Hardy was born March 7, 2025, meaning she’s around the age to be picking up a major life skill right now.

“For anybody out there that has their first kid, and that kid is immobile, enjoy it, because the second that kid learns how to crawl, they’re gonna get into everything, and that’s where we’re at right now,” HARDY explains. “And it’s just constantly, constantly chasing her around and cleaning up her mess, which is amazing and cute, but golly, it’s a full-time job.”

Of course, it’s a job he shares with his wife of three years, Caleigh Ryan Hardy.

So does Rosie seem to take after her mom or her dad?

“She acts like Caleigh. She looks like me, but she acts like Caleigh. She has Caleigh’s demeanor 100%,” HARDY says.

See if you can spot the resemblance on HARDY’s socials, where the proud papa has posted at least three moments with her in the last couple weeks.

A spokesperson for Katy Perry is calling claims that the singer sexually assaulted actress and model Ruby Rose years ago “categorically false.”

On Sunday, Rose, 40, replied to a story on Threads posted by Complex about Katy’s reaction to Justin Bieber’s Coachella show. The actress, who’s known for her roles in Orange Is the New Black and John Wick: Chapter 2, wrote, “Katy Perry sexual assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a s*** what she thinks.”

In another reply, she wrote, “I was only in my early 20s. I’m now 40. It has taken almost 2 decades to say this publicly. Though I am so grateful to have made it long enough to find my voice, it just shows how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault takes.”

In a separate post, Rose subsequently detailed what she claims Perry, 41, did to her.

In a statement to ABC News, a rep for Perry says, “The allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous reckless lies. Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named.”

He’s been waiting for this moment for all his life: Phil Collins is being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist.

The inductees for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026 were announced live Monday night on ABC’s American Idol, and Phil’s name was among the honorees. While he’s already in the Hall as a member of Genesis, as a solo artist he’s won multiple Grammys, an Oscar and two Golden Globe Awards. He’ll now join his former bandmate Peter Gabriel as a two-time inductee.

Other inductees this year are Billy Idol, reunited British rockers Oasis, the late Luther Vandross, “Smooth Operator” group Sade, heavy metal icons Iron Maiden, legendary rap group Wu-Tang Clan, and pioneering post-punk acts Joy Division and New Order. Those bands are being inducted together, because New Order formed after the death of Joy Division lead singer Ian Curtis in 1980.

Artists who appeared on the ballot but failed to make the cut this year are Mariah Carey, Pink, New Edition, Shakira, The Black Crowes, INXS, Lauryn Hill, Melissa Etheridge and the late Jeff Buckley.

Those being inducted as recipients of the Early Influence Award include groundbreaking female rappers Queen Latifah and MC Lyte, late Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, the late Queen of Salsa Celia Cruz and the late Gram Parsons, credited with pioneering country rock as a member of The Byrds and The Flying Burrito Brothers.

The Musical Excellence Award inductees are four producers: Rick Rubin and the late Arif Mardin, Linda Creed and Jimmy Miller. The Ahmet Ertegun Award inductee is the late Ed Sullivan.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set for Nov. 14 in LA; it will air on Disney+ and ABC in December.

Phil Collins, Billy Idol, Iron Maiden and Oasis are among the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, announced Monday during the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame-themed episode of American Idol.

Also getting into the Rock Hall this year are new wave pioneers Joy Division/New Order, British soul group Sade, the late R&B singer Luther Vandross and rappers Wu-Tang Clan.

This will be Collins’ second induction into the Hall of Fame; he was previously inducted in 2010 as a member of Genesis. Idol is getting in on his second nomination; he was previously nominated in 2025. Maiden and Oasis are getting in on their third nominations.

“Induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is music’s highest honor,” says John Sykes, chairman of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. “We look forward to celebrating these remarkable artists at this year’s ceremony – it’s going to be an unforgettable night.”

Being inducted as recipients of the Early Influence award this year will be late country-rock star Gram Parsons, rappers Queen Latifah and MC Lyte, the late Cuban singer Celia Cruz and late Afrobeat artist Fela Kuti. The 2026 nominees who didn’t get in this year are The Black Crowes, INXS, Mariah Carey, Pink, New Edition, Melissa Etheridge, Lauryn Hill, Shakira and the late Jeff Buckley.

The 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place Nov. 14 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, and will be taped for broadcast in December on ABC and Disney+.
