(NOTE LANGUAGE) While many movies have been adapted into video games, one might not have expected the multiple Oscar-nominated The Banshees of Inisherin to be among them — but someone has done it.

Banshees: The Game is an 8-bit version of the hit movie, almost like Pac-Man, except you play a cute little version of Brendan Gleeson‘s Colm. The goal is to try to avoid not ghosts, but the “boring local gobsh***,” Colin Farrell‘s Pádraic, trying to “talk your ears off” on your way to the pub.

Sustaining you on your journey aren’t dots, but teensy severed fingers. Get caught and you hear Colm’s oft-repeated line, “I don’t like you no more.”

While technically it would make more sense for you to play Jenny the donkey, given her propensity for gobbling up said errant digits in Martin McDonagh‘s award-winning film, the 8-bit graphical representation of the characters and the stone walls of Inisherin, as well as the twee Irish music that overlays the game, more than make up for that quibble.

We’d give creators Cogs & Marvel two thumbs up, but given Colm’s predicament, it might not be appropriate.

Good Burger 2 has officially gotten the green light at Paramount+, original stars Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell confirmed on Friday’s episode of The Tonight Show.

“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger…Part 2,” Mitchell exclaimed, drawing cheers from the audience.

“It’s a blessing, man, it’s unbelievable. We’re gonna shoot it this summer and it’ll be out soon,” Thompson told Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon.

Good Burger began as a sketch on the Nickelodeon series All That and spawned the fan-favorite 1997 film, which earned just under $24 million at the box office against a reported budget of $8 million.

Good Burger 2, according to Paramount+, centers on Thompson’s character, Dexter Reed, who is “down on his luck after another one of his inventions fails.” He’s welcomed back to Good Burger by Mitchell’s Ed, who gives him his old job back and “devises a plan to get back on his feet, but unfortunately puts the fate of Good Burger at risk once again.”

Neither has announced the birth or the sex of the baby, but Rodriguez was spotted out in Los Angeles with the newborn in a carrier strapped to her chest over the weekend, according to photos obtained by Page Six

The new mom wore a ponytail, glasses and all-black loungewear with Nike sneakers for her stroll about town. The infant was covered by an animal print blanket.

Terry Crews has been tapped to star in a CBS comedy pilot based on the JumpStart comic strip, according to Variety. The pilot, per CBS, follows as “a devoted husband, son, father and Philadelphia police officer” and his wife Marcy, a nurse — a pair of “hip, urban parents with old school values who are willing to sacrifice for their kids and have some laughs while doing it.” Crews currently hosts the NBC competition series America’s Got Talent. His other TV acting roles include Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Everybody Hates Chris and Are We There Yet? His film roles include the Expendables franchise, as well as Idiocracy and White Chicks

Following reports that The Goldbergs is wrapping up its 10th and final season on ABC, series star Wendi McLendon-Covey has already nailed down her next TV role in the NBC comedy pilot St. Denis Medical, according to Deadline. The pilot is described as “a mockumentary about an underfunded, understaffed Oregon hospital where the dedicated doctors and nurses try their best to treat patients while maintaining their own sanity,” per the outlet. McLendon-Covey will reportedly play Joyce, the medical center’s executive director and former oncological surgeon with “big dreams for the future of St. Denis — dreams not currently being realized.” McLendon-Covey can currently be seen in the movie Paint, opposite Owen Wilson

Kelly McCreary, who has played Maggie Pierce, the half-sister of Ellen Pompeo‘s Meredith Grey’s and head of the hospital’s cardiothoracic surgery since the end of season 10, is leaving ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy after nine years, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Her last episode as a series regular will air April 13, though, similar to Pompeo, who will return for the season finale, McCreary will also return for a visit later this season following her farewell episode. Pompeo paid tribute to McCreary Friday on Instagram, writing, “Congratulations Kelly. Thanks so much for your super hard work and the valuable contributions you’ve made to the Grey’s legacy. Looking forward to your next chapter”…

Bruce Willis‘ wife Emma Heming Willis is keeping it real when it comes to how she celebrated her husband’s first birthday since his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis.

Taking to Instagram Stories on Sunday, Emma began, “Today is my husband’s birthday. I have started the morning by crying as you can see by my swollen eyes and snotty nose. I just think it’s important that you see all sides of this.”

“I always get this message or people always tell me, ‘Oh, you’re so strong. I don’t know how you do it.’ I’m not given a choice. I wish I was, but I’m also raising two kids in this,” the 44-year-old explained. “Sometimes in our lives, we have to put our big girl panties on and get to it. And that’s what I’m doing.”

“But I do have times of sadness, every day, grief every day, and I’m really feeling it today on his birthday,” she continued.

Emma also posted a reel in honor of the Die Hard star’s 68th birthday, showing Willis in moments with his family, in particular playing with and dancing with his children. Heming Willis captioned it, “…He is so loved. And I’ll be loving him always. Happy Birthday my sweet.”

“My birthday wish for Bruce is that you continue to keep him in your prayers and highest vibrations because his sensitive Pisces soul will feel it,” she wrote. “Thank you so much for loving and caring for him too.”

Willis and his entire blended family, including his ex-wife Demi Moore and their adult daughters TallulahScout, and Rumer, can be seen in a video singing “Happy Birthday to You” with the star. Looking slightly unsteady on his feet, Bruce nonetheless sings along smiling, and blows out a pair of candles on his pie with gusto.

Actor Sam Neill revealed to The Guardian he has been battling angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, a form of blood cancer, ahead of the release of his memoir, which addresses his health.

The paper reveals the book opens with a shocker: “The thing is, I’m crook. Possibly dying,” he reportedly writes in the beginning of Did I Ever Tell You This?

The cancer was stage 3, the 75-year-old explains, but he’s now cancer free thanks to a new chemotherapy drug he was switched to when the usual kind failed.

Neill, who played paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park movies and reprised in the recent Jurassic World: Dominion, explains he was diagnosed after feeling swollen glands while promoting that trilogy’s third film.

The actor says his isn’t a cancer memoir, but the illness forms a “spiral thread” throughout, intermingled with anecdotes from his early life, growing up in Ireland and New Zealand, and from his time in the movie business.

He “never” set out to write a memoir, the actor explains, but while he was being treated last year, “I found myself with nothing to do … I love going to work. I love being with people every day and enjoying human company and friendship and all these things. And suddenly I was deprived of that. And I thought, ‘what am I going to do?'”

“As I went on and kept writing, I realised it was actually sort of giving me a reason to live and I would go to bed thinking, ‘I’ll write about that tomorrow … that will entertain me.'”

Neill says, “I can’t pretend that the last year hasn’t had its dark moments … But those dark moments … have made me grateful for every day and immensely grateful for all my friends. Just pleased to be alive.”

“I think it’s time”: Tyra Banks says she’s ready to “graduate” from hosting ‘Dancing with the Stars’
Disney+

Model, entrepreneur and Dancing with the Stars host Tyra Banks revealed she’s ready to “graduate from the ballroom floor to the stock market floor.”

Tyra, who has co-hosted the reality competition show since 2020, was caught by TMZ cameras on a shopping trip in Santa Monica, California, Thursday, and had a “mic drop” moment when she explained she was ready to move on.

As it turns out, Banks was picking up some sundae supplies as “research and development” for her ice cream brand Smize and Dreams, proof the brand is on her mind.

“I’m really focused on business, like crazy, crazy focused,” she explained, noting her ice cream brand is “global” and coming to the U.S.

“I feel it’s time for me to really focus on my business and entrepreneurship, but also producing more TV, but behind the scenes,” she told the gossip site, adding, “So, you know what? I think it’s time to graduate from the dance floor to the stock market floor.”

When she was asked if that meant she was stepping away from DWTS, Tyra said she thinks it’s time, describing herself as an entrepreneur at heart.

“I really, really want to focus on my business and you can’t do that hosting a show,” she expressed, noting she is producing new television projects, including a “business show.”

“You’ll see me creating things, not just hosting things,” she added. “From the ballroom to the boardroom, baby!” Tyra exclaimed.

So far, there has been no official reaction from ABC.

Dancing with the Stars currently streams on Disney+, the streaming service from ABC News’ parent company, Disney.

Ben Savage and his longtime girlfriend, Tessa Angermeier, tied the knot in February, according to Us Weekly.

“Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Savage, we couldn’t be happier for you ‘guuuyyyss’,” an attendee captioned a since-deleted post from February 19, which included a carousel of photos of the couple, including one of Savage, and Angermeier dressed in a tux and a white gown, respectively, with floral arrangements around them. Ben’s brother, Fred Savage, can also be seen standing with the couple, who was tagged in the post.

Neither Savage, 42, nor Angermier, 30, have confirmed the wedding, though Tessa changed the name on her Instagram account to Tessa Savage.

The Boy Meets World actor seemingly announced the couple’s engagement on his Instagram in January, sharing a photo of the couple posing together in front of a lake with Angermeier’s left hand on display with a ring on that finger.

While the post didn’t explicitly mention a proposal, many flooded the comments to celebrate the twosome.

Danica McKellar, who starred in The Wonder Years with Savage’s brother, Fred, wrote, “Congratulations!!” followed by several heart-eye emojis. Meanwhile, The Vampire Diaries actress Arielle Kebbel left a trio of red heart emojis under the post.
