Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood has shared new music from his score to the upcoming film The Power of the Dog.
The tracks, which premiered via Variety, are called “25 Years” and “West,” and give a preview of the tone that you can expect from the Western movie, which was written and directed by Oscar winner Jane Campion.
“Jonny Greenwood, our composer, is a genius,” Campion says. “Simple as that.”
The soundtrack for The Power of the Dog will be released in full on November 17. The film, which stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons, will open in select theaters that same day, followed by a Netflix release on December 1.
Greenwood, meanwhile, is also scoring the Princess Diana movie Spencer, as well as the Alana Haim-starring Licorice Pizza, which is directed by frequent collaborator Paul Thomas Anderson.
