Beyoncé and Adidas have mutually agreed to end their partnership in her Ivy Park activewear line, a source tells The Hollywood Reporter.
Ivy Park began as a joint venture between The Grammy-winning singer/entrepreneur and Sir Philip Green of Topshop in 2016, but the 50-50 venture with Topshop ended two years later and Beyoncé gained full ownership of the brand, leading to her partnership with Adidas.
However, there have apparently been major creative differences between Ivy Park and Adidas and Beyoncé is hoping to “reclaim her brand, chart her own path and maintain creative freedom,” per THR.
Ivy Park launched its latest collection, Park Trail, in February, after previewing it at a private concert in Dubai, which marked Beyoncé’s first live show in four years.
