Marilyn Manson — a.k.a. Brian Warner — has reached an agreement with Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco, putting an end to her sexual assault and sexual battery case against him.
“Ms. Bianco has agreed to resolve her claims against Brian Warner and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc,” Howard E. King, the lawyer representing Warner and the record label, tells Deadline. Bianco’s attorney released a similar statement Tuesday too, stating his client wanted “to move on with her life and career.”
Details of the settlement have not been revealed.
Bianco had accused Manson of abuse in February, 2021, telling ABC News at the time that the rocker had physically, sexually and psychologically abused her during their three-year relationship.
“I was coerced, I was defrauded, I was transported from the U.K. to the U.S., I was harbored, and then I was coerced into involuntarily servitude, which included sexual abuse and physical abuse,” she said.
The suit also named Warner’s longtime manager, Tony Ciulla, accusing him and Warner of violating human trafficking laws and forcing Bianco into “unpaid labor” when she was invited from the U.K. to Warner’s house in Los Angeles to star in a music video, only to learn that no video was being filmed.
Manson’s legal team attempted to dismiss Bianco’s lawsuit on statute-of-limitations grounds.
Bianco was one of several women who came forward with abuse claims against Warner after actor Evan Rachel Wood, the musician’s ex-fiancée, accused him in February 2021 of having “horrifically abused [her] for years.” Three others, including his former assistant Ashley Walters, model Ashley Morgan Smithline and an anonymous Jane Doe, have also filed lawsuits against Warner. Walters’ case was dismissed last May. Warner has denied all accusations.
