Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler’s relationship has had its fair share of ups and downs — many of which have been memorialized in his hit songs — and the pair almost called it quits in February.

Hannah filed for divorce at that time, citing “inappropriate marital conduct” and “adultery” as the reason she was seeking a split from Sam.

The court documents also revealed that Hannah was pregnant, a fact that the superstar pair hadn’t shared with fans. But as they got closer to the birth of their first child in late spring, the couple reconciled, with Hannah filing for a judge to dismiss her divorce petition.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that their relationship is back to smooth sailing: According to US Weekly, an inside source says they’re working hard on rebuilding their bond.

“Their relationship is a work in progress,” the source explains. “He’s hoping to get to a point where he and Hannah can go back to the way things were before she filed for divorce.”

In musical news, Sam recently dropped his latest tune, “Water Under the Bridge.” Plus, “Wishful Drinking,” his duet with Ingrid Andress, recently cracked the top 10 at country radio.
