Nearly three hundred separate lawsuits have been filed against Travis Scott and the promoters of the tragic Astroworld Festival, which resulted in 10 deaths and hundreds of injuries. Now a legal motion has been filed to consolidate all the lawsuit into one giant case.

Attorneys for the victims and the festival organizers filed a joint petition seeking to combine the cases, which represent 1,250 plaintiffs, into a one litigation before a single judge, Billboard reports.

The lawsuits accuse Scott, who headlined and organized the event on November 5 at Houston NRG Park, as well as promoters Live Nation and other companies involved in the festival, of criminal negligence in how they planned and conducted Astroworld.

The largest lawsuit is a $2 billion case on behalf of 282 clients.
